It is an easy walk down with sea views then an uphill walk back. Lyme is hilly with glorious vistas. It’s a good spot for walkers - near the coastal path plus near a footpath that takes you either inland into Uplyme’s country walks or via the picturesque River Lim for a meandering longer walk to Lyme.

A peaceful apartment located a 15 -20 minute walk from Lyme Regis Seafront and within minutes of many beautiful walks including the famous Jurassic Coast. This self contained apartment is attached to our main house but you have completely private access with your own en-suite bathroom, front door and access to a balcony area with views across the River Lym valley. Fern Studio has its own Kitchen with kettle, toaster, hob and fridge.

Kilnside was rebuilt from an existing outbuilding into a luxury, self-catering cottage with work finishing at the beginning of 2020. The space now boasts a stunning open-plan, vaulted kitchen and living area with large bi-fold doors onto a private patio. The master bedroom features a king-sized bed with ensuite shower room. Both the bedroom and living room have a stunning view down the valley towards the coast at Lyme Regis.
