Kikili Paddy is a beautiful ground floor apartment (2 storey building), in the quiet village of Mihiripenna, on Sri Lanka's South Coast. It sits beside a picturesque paddy field, in a peaceful spot, only a 5-minute walk to the beach, and a tuk tuk ride from the attractions of Galle Fort, an UNESCO World Heritage Site. This stunning 2-bed villa is situated in the peaceful and beautiful area of Unawatuna village. The Villa is just an 8-minute walk to a number of idyllic beaches that are perfect for swimming, snorkeling, and fishing. The nearest surfing beaches are a 15-minute journey by tuk-tuk, including Lazy Lefts, Rams Reef, and Coconuts at Midigamma. In the other direction, it is only 10 minutes by tuk-tuk to Dewata which is a safe beach break for learning to surf and has surf hire equipment available.

Beautiful apartment directly on the beach. We are happy to welcome guests to stay at our beautiful architectural house. Located in the quiet end of the beach only 5 minutes walking distance (on the beach) to the vibrant Hikkaduwa surfing beach. You'll have private access to the garden, kitchen and various dining areas. The house is managed by our lovely staff Jenith and Dilani whom will be happy to help with any requests as well as preparing meals upon request - they are wonderful chefs.
