If you’re going to Iten to train at high altitude then Martin’s place is perfect for you. It is located slightly outside Iten, but this is actually a big plus. It is calm, it is near the legendary Kamariny track and most popular roads and trails where all locals and foreigners train. The place has everything you need - shower with hot water, kitchen with a lot of equipment and a very nice view over the valley. Martin is always responsive and proactive. If I’m going to Iten again this will be my first choice. Thank you Martin for keeping this place!

from day 1 all was good,rooms big enough for 6 easy,plenty of water and gas. be aware that power goes off anytime without warning and no transformers on site so if cooking in oven which is electric it will not cook but rings are gas and is supplied . security is paramount on the estate but don't get uptight is for everyones benefit. there is small shop for essentials and a laundry room you take your clothes to be washed /dried and folded for a great price. swimming pool and small gym if you want that ,I just came back and its nice 26/28° cool breeze . also I nearly forgot to mention if you have kids there is small garden to the property and stairs to the roof if you wanted to sunbath. all in all 100% great holiday

we had travelled as a group and really enjoyed our stay😊the host was pretty awesome and was available to cater for our needs and communicated effectively.. The place looks better than in photos beautifully decorated with thought off touches by the host,the house is spacious and the surroundings is peaceful quiet and beautiful . The place is centrally located to town and Rupa mall yet in a quiet peaceful environment away from the hustle and bustle of Eldoret town. would definitely recommend to other guests

I had a wonderful stay! The host was incredibly responsive and made everything so smooth from check-in to check-out. The room itself was beautiful—clean, cozy, and exactly as pictured. But the absolute highlight of my stay was the jacuzzi. Watching the sunset over Eldoret while soaking in warm water was pure magic. Would definitely stay here again!
