Our adventure begins at morning in Piazza della Calza in Florence at Bar d'angolo. We'll drive to our 12th-generation winery, Wich is not open to the public, in the gorgeous wine country of Chianti Classico DOCG Denomination of Controlled and Guaranteed Origin. Explore the farm with ours kinds pets like truffle dogs, cat, chickens and pig (prosciuttina) and winery whit the owner winemaker and learn about the history of this 12th-century artisanal winery. During the 3-hour session, we will prepare 2 dishes FRESH PASTA and TIRAMISÙ entirely from scratch, guided by chef Paola. We'll begin by sourcing ingredients, emphasizing seasonality and freshness. You will acquire the skills to roll, knead, and shape a variety of pasta forms, such as: Tagliatelle, tortellini, pappardelle, ravioli, cappelletti and tortelli. From this selection, we will choose two formats to create two courses along with their respective sauces. Last but not least, you will also learn how to craft the most delicious dessert from Italy, the tiramisù. After preparing the dishes, you'll indulge in a 3-course meal, complemented and paired with wine. My family, my dog, Billo ,and I will guide you in truffle hunting in our beautiful woods in Chianti. Truffle hunting is an ancient tradition in Tuscany, and has only one rule—respect nature. For this reason, it will be necessary to conduct a small briefing before going into the woods, a sacred place for truffle hunters. During the hunt, I will tell you about the truffle, the magic of its traditions, its history, mythology, and uses in the kitchen. You will learn how to recognize and distinguish a good truffle from other fake "truffles" of inferior quality. After the hunt, we will return home for a scheduled lunch or dinner, based on fresh, real truffles and served with our own wine and extra virgin olive oil. We will show you how to clean truffles and prepare typical truffle recipes, such as crostini al tartufo, tagliatelle al tartufo, and more.

You could be my model and create unique portraits with this technique. Light Painting is an art form of using torches to paint or draw in a scene while a camera shutter is left open during a long exposure photograph. After that we will introduce you in the charming world of professional oil tasting, as done by the official testers (oil sommeliers). Learn how to easily and successfully make homemade pasta by joining us at our cooking school located in the historic centre of Rome. Our team of professional chefs is pleased to meet you and spend a fun and unique lesson teaching you the secrets of making Ravioli, Fettuccine, Spaghetti, and Tortelli in different shapes. After meeting, We will start by standing in front of the Colosseum (1), which was constructed unfortunately by tens of thousands of Jewish slaves. Then we will walk through Mussolini's grand Via Dei Fori Imperiali and then at Venezia Square (2) will take some photos in front of the Altar of the Fatherland/The Vittoriano (3), which is a monument of great symbolic value. Passing by the Pontifical Gregorian University (4), the first university founded by Jesuits, we will admire the marvelous Trevi Fountain (5) at night; a jewel of water and stone in Rome. After the Pantheon (6), which continues to function as a church, we will stroll through Piazza di Pietra, where the charm of Hadrian's Temple (7) is discreetly concealed, then we will lead to our final destination: the French/Spanish Steps(8), famous because of their unique design, elegance, and romantic atmosphere.
