Felt at home as soon as I arrived here, the decor is lovely and is more spacious than I thought it would be. Also, the best shower I’ve had anywhere I’ve stayed! The flat gets so much light and you can open the big windows for a nice breeze. I thought a sofa bed would be an inconvenience but it was super easy to put away/get out. I felt very safe in the flat, a sturdy door and double lock. No disturbances from neighbours in the month I was there, people in the building were always friendly and said hello. Communal areas are kept clean. The location is great, super close to the train station for day trips and a short walk to the beach. And then Audrey is just so lovely, super friendly, replied quickly to any queries I had and always reminded me she was there if I had any questions/needed recommendations. If I could have stayed longer I would have, I recommend a stay here 100%.

Nous avons passé un séjour formidable dans cet appartement au calme avec un très agréable balcon, offrant une vue magnifique sur les jardins et les villas autour en haut de la colline. L’appartement est situé au premier étage d’une petite résidence récente, bien entretenue. On peut y accéder facilement à pied depuis Saint-Jean-Cap-Ferrat et de Beaulieu-sur-Mer. L’hôte est très réactif et très gentil, nous avons eu besoin d’une grande casserole et de couvertures supplémentaires, nous les avons obtenu très rapidement. L’appartement est très propre et bien aménagé, parfait pour un séjour de vacances!

We had an enjoyable stay at Lorenzo’s place! Great location, walking distance to loads of bars and restaurants. We travelled with our baby for the first time and Lorenzo was great at providing additional information to make it seem less. Would recommend staying! Thank you!

The apartment is located relatively close to the train station and also to the center of Florence, in addition to being very well equipped and modern. Excellent choice!

Perfectly located apartment. 1 min from the metro/tram station, 10 min walk to the train station, 5 min walk to the beach. Great value for the price. Fully equipped kitchen. Everything was great!

Beste Wohnung, die wir bisher hatten. Die Terrasse ist einfach eine Sensation und man will eigentlich gar nicht das Haus verlassen, weil die Aussicht auf den Hafen und die Berge einfach toll ist. Terrasse von anderen Nachbarn nicht einsehbar. Es gibt sogar mehrere Beleuchtungsoptionen für die Nacht - an alles ist gedacht. Einzig die Anfahrt durch die Altstadt ist je nach Autogröße nervenaufreibend, aber machbar. Es gibt aber auch kostenpflichtige Parkplätze (unter anderem über Easypark buchbar) direkt 2 Minuten ums Eck. Achtung im Sommer bzw. zu bestimmten Jahreszeiten: Es gibt im Ort verkehrsbeschränkte Zonen (ZTL), in die man mit dem Mietauto nicht reinfahren/durchfahren darf. Kameras erfassen alles und die Strafen können im Nachhinein richtig teuer werden. Einfach vorher informieren oder nachfragen.

I cannot recommend this place enough. The design style alone was a dream. It’s even more beautiful in person. The neoclassical frescoes really set the tone for the timeless beauty there is to experience during a stay in the heart of Florence. The Duomo is just a few minutes walk, as is the Uffizi Gallery, and Galleria Accademia. Even Piazzale Michelangelo was not a long walk. There are so many fantastic restaurants and the shopping can’t be beat. Grab a reservation at View On Art just a few blocks down to see breathtaking views of the Duomo. Our host was top notch from beginning to end. He assisted us with absolutely anything we needed. He provided exquisite local recommendations, arranged our pick up car from the train station, and provided crystal clear instructions with a video for checking in to the apartment. He was always responsive and courteous. I would not stay anywhere else in Florence, I mean that sincerely.

Mariangela’s apartment was lovely. Perfect location, beautifully done with everything you need. We stayed for 2.5 months and it felt like a second home to us. Closed to amazing restaurants, open markets, grocery stores and easy walk to Florence beautiful sites and this amazing cities neighborhoods. Quiet neighborhood. Mariangela and her team were always responsive and lovely to interact with. We are planning on returning next year.

Nous avons adoré passer un moment dans ce logement. Nous y avons passé trois jours avec notre fils et son épouse et leurs trois enfants. nous venions à Nice pour faire connaissance avec notre autre petite-fille qui est née le 20 décembre. La cuisine séparée et surtout l'espace corridor sont un plus pour que les enfants puissent jouer sans encombrer l'espace salon et repas. Ce logement est joliment décoré. Très bien agencé. Très bien placé près du tram et surtout a 10 mn maximum du tram qui peut conduire à l'aéroport. Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour en Famille et reviendrons avec grand plaisir.

Overall had a very great stay at this Airbnb. Everything was very well maintained and I felt right at home. The Apartment ist not in Monaco, but 15meters behind the border to france. This isn't a problem at all for me, it was only noticed when ordering a monaco taxi which wasn't allowed to come to the place, so we had to get a french taxi. Overall recommend 10/10

Het appartement van Franck is ideaal voor je verblijf in Nice. Rustig gelegen, mooi terras en vlot bereikbaar met openbaar vervoer.

Spędziłam miesiąc w tym apartamencie. W większości nie było na co narzekać oprócz typowych problemów niezależnych od właściciela, np. wywóz śmieci. Mieszkanie idealnie sprawdziło się na tak długi pobyt. Polecam.

Super mieszkanie w bardzo klimatycznym miasteczku z pięknymi widokami. Byliśmy u Vincenta całą rodziną i byliśmy bardzo pozytywnie zaskoczeni standardem wykończenia (wszystko fajnie zaprojektowane i wykończone, wysokie sufity, dobry dobór kolorów, jakość wyposażenia) co powodowało, że czuliśmy się bardzo komfortowo i swobodnie. Mieszkanie bardzo dobrze wyposażone (kuchnia, łazienka) - niczego nie brakowało. Vincent zapewnil wszystkie niezbędne produkty (mydła, tabletki do zmywarki, kapsułki do kawy, etc. - w komfortowej ilości co nie jest standardem u innych gospodarzy. To wszystko przy naprawdę bardzo atrakcyjnej cenie Wynajmu. Relacja ceny do jakości rewelacyjna! Stwierdziliśmy z żoną, że biorac pod uwagę to wszystko co napisalem powyzej, to jedno z lepszych (o ile nie najlepsze) z mieszkań jakie wynajmowaliśmy na airbnb. Naprawdę gorąco polecamy!!!

Fantastic apartment for visiting Monaco or spending time in Beausoleil. So close to everything and the apartment is comfortable, clean and secure.

Location fantastic. Next to tram and trendy delicious restaurants. Building is super high tech with security guard access. Balcony has fantastic view. Perfection. Overnight evening parking easy and free. Sundays amazing flea market at your doorstep! 💎❤️

Very lovely apartement, great location in old town, very close to Garibaldi, tram stop, port and Cours Saleya and the sea, yet the apartement was very quiet. Great host!

Incredibly friendly hosts who welcomed us on short notice! The property is beautiful and centrally located, with great amenities and beautiful decor. We wish we were able to stay here longer - we felt right at home!

Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable dans ce super logement. L’extérieur était également très appréciable par sa tranquillité, mais aussi par sa beauté. Son emplacement nous a permis de découvrir et visiter aisément les magnifiques paysages du Verdon (beaucoup de beaux villages à proximité). Pour les sportifs, il y a de nombreux sentiers de randonnée/trail dans les alentours. Nous remercions nos hôtes qui ont été très accueillants, réactifs et bienveillants. Nous avons eu plaisir à séjourner chez eux et à découvrir cette région. Merci !
