Small well appointed kitchen with dual microwave oven, fridge, toaster, variety of pots and pans with tableware etc. Shower room and toilet, towels provided. Wifi, TV, DAB, central heating. Our newly built Shepherd's Hut is self-contained in its own plot at the end of our back garden with direct, private access down a path alongside our property. The hut lies on the fringes of Totnes, in a secluded location with views across fields towards Haytor. A welcome breakfast of bread and cereals is provided on arrival, with tea and coffee available. We are always available should you need tips on where to go or can leave you to discover and enjoy this area entirely on your own.

The self-contained cabin has a south-facing decking so you can sit with your morning coffee (fresh Italian coffee supplied!) and let the day begin. Only 10mins walk from town centre. Cabin has a modern heating system and is cosy all year round due to the quality insulation. We supply tea, oat milk and sunshine (when available in Devon 🙂). Bedding, towels & kitchen equipment is also supplied. There’s a perfect littlel kitchen area with all you need, bathroom and reliable wifi.

Cosy 17th century Grade II listed cottage ,Totnes

Having undertaken a major modernisation the cottage retains many historical features . Sleeping 6 in 3 double bedrooms there is a large kitchen diner , sitting room with log burner , bathroom with bath and separate shower and a downstairs cloakroom . The enclosed small garden to the rear offers lovely views and the opportunity to star gaze at night . We allow flexible check in and check out times if there are no bookings either side. One dog is welcome for a small booking fee.

North Barn on the banks of the River Dart

North Barn is an 18th century stone building, bursting with character, set on the banks of the River Dart. Originally a corn collection point, North Barn has been renovated to a beautiful, romantic ‘one-room-living’ self-catering space. The atmosphere is fresh and light, with skylights that make even the dullest of days seem bright. The patio doors open up on to a large deck area overlooking the river from an elevated height thus giving you great views across the River Dart.
