My stay at Don Aracon’s place in Bayamón was great! I used to live in PR and this residence made me want to come back. I slept in the bedroom closest to the bathroom and the bed was very comfortable. I stayed 4 nights and only ran the air conditioning once, upon my arrival. The neighborhood was quiet, only the sounds of schoolchildren on Monday (which is to be expected and wasn’t bothersome to me). Lastly, for all the solo women travelers who wonder/worry, I traveled as a single woman and had no safety concerns. I checked in really late at night and returned to the Airbnb often late at night and had no issues. No one was outside or anything. I would recommend this place to everyone!

The apartment was squeaky clean and the kids enjoyed the small above ground pool. Oscar was very responsive and made us feel that if any issues should arise, he would attend to them immediately. During our stay the entire island suffered a power outage. When I opened my phone to inform him about it, there was already a message from him letting me know that there was a generator that would be turned on immediately so that our comfort would not be disrupted. Indeed it was not. We enjoyed staying in Oscar's lovey home.

Carmen was a great host. Check in instructions were clear. Place was comfortable and clean. Walkable distance to a mall and to Walmart. Would totally stay here again.

The property is immaculately maintained, evoking a tropical ambiance reminiscent of a beach theme. The cleanliness is exceptional, and the space accurately reflects the provided descriptions and photographs. Notably, the beds were extremely comfortable, and the air conditioning and ceiling fan ensured a comfortable temperature. The neighborhood is remarkably quiet, although limited activities are available in the immediate area. However, nearby attractions can be easily accessed via Uber, with fares approximating $17. Our stay was an authentic Puerto Rican experience, which we thoroughly enjoyed with our family. One delightful aspect was the nightly visit from a friendly cat, who would join us on the porch, creating a pleasant atmosphere.

Karl was a great host always able to text and communicate. Very helpful. The house looks way better in person. Beautiful home. Pool is bigger than what it looks. Balcony views into the Puerto Rico hills full of green trees. I love it here whenever I come back I will be booking through Karl at this home again. Great home

Hosts - the hostesses were very responsive and communicative. Any issues were answered promptly. Understanding and helpful. Directions - we went in two separate cars, the map link provided led us to a house like 3-4 doors down. The pictures helped us figure out which house it was. Also it's the only 2-story house on that street. BnB - AC was helpful, but much to my surprise the was cooler than expected. At some points, not all the ACs were on and 1 ceiling fan was the only thing on on the first floor. Kitchen is stocked with the basics and a plethora of seasonings. 2.5 baths were convenient for a 7-person group. The pool was a good add to the hot days. No issues. No bugs. Location - for us, everything we wanted to do was 30-60 mins east or west of the BnB. Main highways were about 5-7 min drive. It's an island, so places were fairly easy to get to. Eats - there were lots of mom and pop restaurants in the area. Recommend to try them our or use the host's guidebook.

The space was clean, spacious, and had a great layout. We especially liked that it had 2 bathrooms. We felt safe in the area. Hostess was very responsive to our needs. I will definitely book this place again next time I’m in town.

My boyfriend and I had a wonderful experience staying at Cecile’s place! Very clean very cozy and she was very responsive! Definitely would book again.

This was a group of 4 friends and we immediately loved the Jewel of Levittown. The patio is very sunny and we spent our mornings out there having a cup or two of coffee and evenings with a glass or two of wine. Both beds are comfortable and everyone slept well. The space was spotless when we arrived and looked just like the pictures. Thoughtful touches, like a cooler and umbrella for the beach were appreciated and used frequently. LaRhonda was very quick to respond with any questions we had and was so pleasant to deal with.

Evelyn was a great host. Very helpful and communicates effectively. The flexibility for check- in was great and the fact that she helped us even after check-out with personal things was phenomenal. Definitely recomend

What can me and family say. Eddie and his wife were amazing I love the communication with them. Place was perfect for what me and family needed for. I will recommend this place to my people I’m from NY so I know a lot of people. I just want to say from me and family thank Eddie and your wife. I love how you guys have the store downstairs for your guest to have easy access to quick breakfast and small things. I be back soon I will keep your place in mind. In August or December thanks!!!!

This place was amazing. Our first night there the neighborhood experienced a blackout, but Augusto and Liliana were very responsive and very helpful. They brought us over essentials like solar powered fans, flashlights, ice, and water which was very much appreciated. Besides that, the place is exactly as the pictures, beautiful and spacious. It is at a great & convenient location: many restaurants within walking distance, beach a block away, and La Placita a 5 min drive away. Would I stay here again? Absolutely. I had a great stay at this condo in Puerto Rico! The host was incredibly nice and knowledgeable, offering great recommendations that really enhanced our trip. The condo itself was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped—perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. Beach access was super convenient, and the pool area was a great bonus. I’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others looking for a relaxing and well-located getaway.

Bright clean space, close to both airport and Old San Juan. It was ideal for our first night in PR—a mother and her adult son—because we could create private sleeping space by closing a sliding partition between the 2 beds. The proximity and access to Condado Beach was a plus.

We had a great stay at Pat’s! The little beach just across the street was fantastic and the beach essentials provided (chairs, towels, umbrella and cooler) made it an easy and relaxing getaway. The backyard area on the lagoon was also an especially peaceful spot! Pat was helpful and responsive both in planning for our arrival and in making recommendations when we asked. Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful stay at José’s apartment. The location is perfect—quiet and peaceful, just steps away from the beach. Falling asleep and waking up to the sound of the waves was truly relaxing. It's also very close to Ashford Avenue, with all the shops and restaurants within walking distance. The apartment looks exactly like the photos—clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. José was a responsive and helpful host, providing clear instructions that made check-in smooth and easy. We really enjoyed our time here and would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting the area!

Sergio is a great host. His place was just what we needed for two nights in San Juan. Clean and comfortable. We were so appreciative for the beach chairs and beach towels. The beach is a one minute walk from the building. Lots of restaurants in the area for breakfast, lunch and dinner. And, Old San Juan is just a 15 minute taxi ride. A great place, thanks Sergio.

Yvette’s place was nice and clean and right in the heart of everything. Yvette also gave us recommendations on local places to eat as well. You could hear the waves from the windows in the studio. Very calm and relaxing. If you’re looking for a nice place to stay don’t hesitate to book Yvette’s place.
