Secluded, serene and private, the Guest House is a 2-story cottage that is attached to the main house through a breezeway. Downstairs are complete living quarters and a full bath, and upstairs is a spacious loft bedroom with two queen beds. The Guest House has a separate driveway, entrance and HVAC. Meant to look like an addition to the original farmhouse on the property, both were custom built in 2002 and have been featured in The Tennessean newspaper for their unique architecture and design.

Scarlett’s ingenious decorating touches compliment the cottage, which has been featured in Country Living Magazine. The cabin was built decades ago by the manager of a famous country music artist. It has played host to country music royalty with the likes of Waylon Jennings, Alan Jackson, Emmylou Harris, Willie Nelson and many others. These legends spent countless evenings on the church pew on the front porch picking, grinning and drinking moonshine.

For hikers and cyclists, the Parkway provides miles of peaceful, low traffic walking trails and riding options along this scenic route.

Our very cool one bedroom apartment (950 sf) is above our 3 car garage. Our home is a 5 acre farm with chickens, sheep and gardens. If you come in the summer you can pick your own blueberries. There is a beautiful patio with a fireplace where is a pleasure to just seat and drink your coffee or a glass of wine. We really have the best of both worlds; peacefulness of country with the convenience of town!
