Mohamed was an excellent host. He was very helpful. Whenever we asked for anything he immediately reacted and tried to make it work. I recommend his flat. It is situated next to the beach and it has a beautiful terrace.

Le logement était impeccable, parfaitement propre, bien entretenu et idéalement situé, ce qui a rendu notre séjour agréable. Fatima Zahra a été d'une grande gentillesse et chaleureuse, elle était toujours disponible pour répondre à nos besoins. Une expérience parfaite je recommande vivement !

De communicatie met Mariam verliep super en snel. Enorme vriendelijke vrouw. Wij werden ontvangen door de ouders van Mariam en wat een enorme lieve mensen zijn dat. Huis is prachtig, de locatie is enorm centraal en in een rustige buurt. Wij vonden alleen het strand wel ver om te lopen en helemaal langs de drukke weg, maar dat zal er meer aan liggen omdat wij er niet aan gewend zijn. Wij raden het enorm aan om dit prachtige huis te huren en je enorm welkom te laten voelen door Mariam en haar ouders. Wij komen graag nog een keer terug.

Toller Aufenthalt. Die Unterkunft war sauber, gemütlich und genauso wie in der Beschreibung dargestellt. Die Lage ist perfekt, um war ruhig genug für einen erholsamen Schlaf. Der Gastgeber war äußerst freundlich und hilfsbereit, und die Kommunikation verlief unkompliziert und schnell. Sehr zu empfehlen für jeden, der einen angenehmen Aufenthalt in Cabo Negro und die Umgebung sucht. Würde definitiv wiederkommen Danke sehr Seraj

Our stay was absolutely fantastic! The host went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The location was perfect, offering a serene escape while still being close to all the attractions. The accommodations were spotless, cozy, and beautifully decorated, creating an inviting atmosphere that felt like a true home away from home. Communication was seamless, with the host being responsive and accommodating throughout our stay. She truly made sure we had everything we needed and more.

Excellent séjour passé en famille dans cet appartement. Nous avons pu profiter de la vue sur mer. On n'hésitera pas à retourner dans ce logement.

De locatie is uitstekend, met diverse voorzieningen in de directe omgeving en een zeer rustige atmosfeer. Het appartement is geschikt voor twee personen. Echter, de hygiëne laat te wensen over; er was sprake van stof, de keukenkasten behoeven grondige reiniging, de koelkast vertoonde schimmelvorming en het balkon was niet opgeruimd.

un apartamento perfecto para ir en familias muy bonito en una zona muy buena y segura fácil de ubicar , todo muy bien ordenado y la limpieza es impecable. la dueña es un encanto super atenta en todo momento. la piscina limpia. Todo perfecto, fue una experiencia muy buena, si vuelvo a la cuidad me alojaré allí sin duda. Lo recomiendo al 100%

Notre séjour au sein de la villa à été parfait. La villa se situe dans une résidence privé ou l’entrée est surveillée 24/24 par un gardien. Le cadre est magnifique et la villa donne directement accès à la plage par la jardin. Enfin le vrai plus de cette villa pour nous est la piscine avec son grand jardin très bien entretenu. Mention spéciale a Abderrezak qui est le gardien de la villa et qui est très réactif au demande qu’on peut lui faire. Encore merci pour ces vacances!

Hôte très accueillante, tout était impeccable et correspond au descriptif et photo de l’annonce. L’emplacement est idéal, tout est accessible à pied. Résidence sécurisée. Notre séjour c’est très bien passé, on reviendra sans hésiter !

Zeer leuke en vooral veilige woning. Er zijn voortdurend bewakers om je heen. je kan je auto makkelijk voor de deur kwijt of in de garage zetten. Je kan in de omgeving heerlijk wandelen en je hebt een aantal zwembaden die je kunt gebruiken. in de omgeving zijn er genoeg lekkere eetspots en voor ons was de locatie vlakbij het strand een pluspunt. We hadden soms in de avond wel last van gehorige bovenburen op dat moment. Imad is een zeer aardige host die snel reageert en behulpzaam is.

C'était le plus beaux séjour que j'ai passé à Martil, l'appartement est très propre, les serviettes, la douche, la cuisine, l'équipement...tout est parfait, la résidence est hyper calm et proche de la plage de 4 minutes à pieds, Mr.Suleiman est serviable et même il étais pas à la ville il est en contact avec moi pendant tout le séjour, Fatima aussi est aimable et souriante, elle nous a accueilli chaleureusement, Je reviendrai la prochaine fois inshaalah chez vous avec toute ma famille, et je vous remercie infiniment ❤️

Mon séjour chez Nesrine a été tout simplement parfait. L'appartement est très bien situe. Nesrine est une hôte exceptionnelle, toujours disponible, réactive, et attentionnée. Omar was great from the start and anattentive host that made checking in seamless. The apartment was fantastic and comfortable with all possible amenities available. Hakim helped us check in and was superb as well. The host Omar gave us a call and explained everything and offered to tell us all the local family spots for food and swimming. The complex itself was superb with 24hr security, underground parking and a choice of great swimming pools as well as cafes and restaurants for great breakfast and meals. I will definitely return if we are lucky enough to find Omars place available. Five stars a minimum.

El alojamiento coincide perfectamente con la descripción y las fotos. Las camas son muy cómodas. Y lo más alucinante son las vistas sobre el mar, realmente merece la pena. Akram responde muy rápido y está pendiente de todo.
