One of oldest properties in the town, it is a warm and welcoming house full of period features dating back to medieval times, including a large inglenook fireplace. A small frontage with lots behind! This beautiful and cosy flat is a walking distance from Exeter centre and the footpath/cycling lane in the nearby river leads all the way to the Quay and beyond. It is tucked away in a little lane, on a ground floor of a small Victorian cottage. Left of the shared hallway, it opens into a spacious, light and warm hideaway with fully fitted open plan kitchen, a spacious bathroom and a lovely, private patio garden. This is a friendly, safe house and you can bring a well behaved dog with you.

The Annex at Waterfield House is a beautiful, light, spacious get away. The bedroom has bifold doors opening to a balcony with views over the Rive Teign estuary down to Shaldon and Teignmouth. The en-suite has a shower and separate bath and there is even a dressing room. Downstairs the entrance opens into the atrium, again with bifold doors opening onto the decking and garden, a lovely spot to enjoy the pastries for breakfast. Loungers are supplied for those lazy moments. Ample parking.
