Jason and Scott are truly Great hosts. Their cottage is amazingly lovely, clean, with a wonderful view and complete amenities. All we need are readily and conveniently available. Instructions are clear, and the place is indeed very guest-friendly. We had a homey and very special experience. The SPA is also a great deal and the view is breathtaking. We will be back, and hopefully longer stay. Thanks to them for sharing their place; we, as a family, just made another priceless memory.

We had a lovely stay at Tania’s place. The cottage had everything we needed and was in the perfect location for exploring the Mount Cook area. Would highly recommend staying here!

Lovely, peaceful cottage with beautiful mountain views. The king bed was super comfy, and everything was clean and well-equipped. Great spot for a quiet, nature-filled getaway.

Cosy wee cottage which felt like stepping into the past- full of interesting old timey stuff (including some very amusing books!) Has a fire which keeps the place warm and and outdoor bath which takes a bit of effort to get going but well worth it. Hosts were welcoming and very responsive and helpful. The location of Harihari is great for seeing the West Coast as it’s right between Hokitika and Franz Josef. So there’s heaps to see- gorgeous walks, forests, river and beaches. Highlight was the hidden away hot springs very close by. Overall very much recommend :)

Really unique, very peaceful and private, but close to Lake Hawea and Wanaka. We stayed one night and this was perfect for us, to save a day trip from queenstown.

One of the best equipped bnbs we have stayed at, after experiencing almost a hundred all over the world It is actually a gem in Twizel for the following reasons: - fabulous outdoor hottub; - squeaky clean and spick and span; - quiet but easily accessible by car to supermarkets and restaurants; - Responsive host; - Facilities just as described, almost brand new, wonderful

We stayed 7 nights and this was ideal for the comfortable, peaceful stay that we were looking for. Really well-stocked and equipped kitchen suited us well. Extra fridge and freezer space was available when we asked.

Lovely place to stay, very private and was able to see the stars very clearly at night, great distance away from everything aswell, would highly recommend, definitely will stay again

This beautiful cottage is an absolute gem of a find and far more beautiful than the pictures. Set in a very picturesque vineyard with incredible views of the mountains and surrounded by incredible rose bushes - I don’t know what else you could wish for. We felt right at home in the cottage which was well equipped and privately tucked away from the main house. We were told to help ourselves from the lemon and orange trees which we did. Bed and linen are extremely comfortable and cosy with a lovely view from the bed out onto the vineyard with the mountain in the background. The toilet is in an odd location but definitely not a dealbreaker - you can access it from the kitchen without leaving the cottage. Outside BBQ was a huge plus. We would return to this slice of paradise in a heartbeat, good for the soul!

Wir sind bei untergehender Sonne nach Ohau gekommen-einfach so umwerfend schön, wir waren auf dem Weg schon völlig begeistert und das schöne Haus hat alles abgerundet. Wir hatten wirklich tolle Tage dort und wollen unbedingt eines Tages an diesen magischen Ort wiederkommen-vielen Dank an Clare.

My sister and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay with Helen. Our accommodation was warm, cozy and charming. If you’re looking for a quiet get away with a bit of nature I definitely recommend. We were well looked after and even got a cute visit from their cat. We didn’t feel like we missed out on anything at all, Helen pretty much thought of everything. Hope you can get to experience it too!!

Such a nice cozy cool place you have Shannell. Lots of separate areas to hang out in or outside and in any weather condition too. Wish I had more time to spend in Reefton to get to use more of the facilities. I absolutely love that this accommodation is pet friendly too. Decent sized fully fenced yard also. I found the bedding with electric blanket super comfortable and the house was clean with no pet hair in sight. Great for families with kids as there are toys and games to play with. When I’m back in town again, I look forward to rebooking it again. 🙂

Anna’s place was so very good. It is quite obvious that she has hone to great lengths to ensure that her guests are comfortable. Everything was so clean and really comfortable. If I am ever lucky enough to come back to Kaikoura, I will stay gladly stay here again

Great stay with plenty of room for family of 5. Very clean and had everything we needed. Lovely quiet spot.

Rachel's place was perfect! Peaceful, private, clean and well equipped. We even cooked a roast chicken and did a load of washing. Rachel was also very helpful and communicative. One of the best stays we've had ❤️❤️

This is a quaint and cosy spot tucked away in the bush with birds, a small stream and loads of greenery to keep you company. Tom explained the set up really well and I can tell the cottage is a well loved place with lots of history and stories. The bird feeder on the deck was a great form of entertainment with tui and bell birds using it from dawn till dusk. Walking the tracks on the property gives you great views of the valley and surrounding hills and large patches of native bush made for some fun botanising. This is a quintessential kiwi family-owned place and such a vibe!

Cute, cosy, private Birch Cottage is a cosy, quiet place to stay in the Wairau Valley. It's private and peaceful, with stunning views all around. A lovely, relaxing spot — would happily return.

We really enjoy our stay here. It’s near the lake, and we can walk to the lake in about 10 minutes. We got everything we need in the house and the garden is very beautiful with different kinds of flowers. Two toilets are perfect for our family( 3 adults 2 kids).

great place to stay. fit all 10 of us in the house. was perfect- close to the pub for our post ultramarathon meal. easy communication with Martina.

I could not recommend this place enough. One of , if not the best, place I have ever stayed here or overseas. Sharon and her husband are so friendly and accommodating. The extra little touches , snacks etc, and looking after me as I had a late afternoon flight , were fabulous. The place is very upmarket , tastefully decorated . Great shower. Sharon is beyond helpful. We slept well in wonderful beds

Irwin Cottage is gorgeous! It was spotlessly clean, and had everything we needed. The bed was very comfortable. We will be back.
