Great place to stay near restaurants and malls

This was our second time staying with this host, and we’re already looking forward to the third! It’s always a pleasure staying in one of her listings — the peaceful surroundings, the stunning room view, and the cozy, comfortable bed made our stay truly relaxing. Everything we needed was thoughtfully provided, making it feel like a home away from home.

The place was serene and peaceful away from the noise of the city proper also there's a lot of restos nearby.. the unit was very clean and spotless, no hassle on our check in and check out. Thanks a lot to Karen our host, she was very helpful and responsive to our queries.. We will definitely go back and rent again her place. Two thumbs up! and highly recommended

Staying at Dhay’s place has been great. Dhay is responsive and helpful. Check-in was easy. The place provided a needed rest for our family and fur baby. The kitchen utensils are complete. Tables and chairs at the veranda were great! Appreciate this place! Will book again in the future. Thanks!

We had a wonderful and peaceful stay at this 1-bedroom unit on the top floor of Serin East Tagaytay. The view from the balcony overlooking Tagaytay and Taal Volcano was absolutely breathtaking – the perfect spot to relax and unwind. The room was clean, cozy, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The host was very thoughtful, even providing a paid parking slot for the entire duration of our visit. The Wi-Fi was fast and reliable, which was a big plus. The location is unbeatable – just behind Ayala Malls Serin, so restaurants, shops, and essentials were all within walking distance. Highly recommend this place, and we would definitely love to come back!

Julius was a very accommodating host. He addressed all our concerns. Communication w/ the host was easy. Several good points re. The unit: 1. Unit was spacious & clean. 2. Both aircons were working well. 3. Unit is well-designed. 4. Towels & beddings were provided for. Smells good too. 5. Kitchen utensils were complete. 6. Check in & check out was a breeze. 7. Parking space was easy to find & conveniently located. 8. Netflix & wifi connection was strong. 9. Hot water was working. 10. Bottled water, coffee & tea were provided. Overall, would recommend Julius’ place to those who want to stay at Twin Lakes. Thank you Julius!

Overall, it was a pleasant experience for a one-night stay. My toddler enjoyed the pool and playground. The room, though small, was cozy and comfortably accommodated three people. However, one area for improvement would be the internet connection. The current SIM card-based Wi-Fi setup resulted in a very slow and intermittent connection. Globe and smart signal inside the room is weak.

Had a really great time at Ms. Marilou's place. her caretaker, Ms. erlyn, was on time, responsive and helpful. We loved her place. it was well-equipped with necessities, clean, and organized. i specifically loved the hooks conveniently placed at the bedroom and bathroom. the view was amazing. would definitely consider it again when we come back. thank you!

Beautiful, clean, and comfortable house within a quiet and peaceful community. The security to enter the community was also good, it makes you feel safe. Ms. Elena also made sure we are taken care of during our stay. There are ready water gallons that we can drink for free and there is no need to look for a laundry place cause there is a washing machine available that you can use. Great Find. I am satisfied with my stay especially with the unit. The unit has amenities and equipments needed. Private walkable place, has pool and basketball court. Will book again if given a chance.

Worth coming back for the next Air BNB!

The place is nice and very accessible to Tagaytay's famous restaurants or tourist places. The place is well kept and the garden of the bldg is really nice & peaceful. The amenities have fees though, would have been nice if it was free to use. Nonetheless, it was a nice place to rest after walking around Tagaytay.

The place is easy to locate. While the house shows some signs of wear and tear, it’s well-equipped and comfortable. The kids absolutely loved the pool! I appreciated the host’s thoughtful touch of having a variety of consumables available for purchase. Overall, we had a great stay.

Our family enjoyed our NYE 2025 in this place. The house was spacious and clean, accurately described by the host. Mhai, the caretaker was also friendly and attentive. Grateful for their service and highly recommended.

Love, Love, Love the place. My cousin really enjoyed the surprise location I booked for her birthday party we celebrated with family. The place was wonderful and clean. Housekeeping welcomed us with friendly and responsive questions. He stayed on premises and helped kept the place clean and secured at night. I highly recommended this place if ever in the area. Thank you for the beautiful and clean place. Felt like home back in the states with all the updated modern amenities.
