This downtown apartment was fantastic for a weekend solo trip! It is the perfect location in the heart of downtown Wilmington, yet has plenty of privacy. Summer was a responsive and attentive host. Everything was clean, convenient, and welcoming! Would definitely stay again and recommend to those visiting downtown Wilmington!

Coby’s place was perfect for my fiancé and I! The place was spotless, super cool in terms of decor, perfect location to everything walkable (restaurants, bars, and the water!!) I would 100% stay here again. 5/5 across the board!

Wonderful long weekend in Wilmington! Rachel's rental is a great location to enjoy all downtown has to offer. And oh, the unit itself was outstanding! It is exactly as described, yet felt even more inviting in person. Yes, it is on the petite side, but for just two people it was perfect. We did not use the kitchen (too many great restaurants to visit), but the rest of the unit exceeded our expectations. The sofa is actually so comfortable - description does not specify this but both sides recline. The bathroom was super nice, huge shower with great water pressure. The bed is a little on the firm side, but that's a personal preference. The building is very secure with the security code to get in the lobby and another to get in the unit. Unit door can be a little funny to close, but we got the hang of it. Had no problem, unloading or loading, and the parking garage is only a couple of blocks away. Just hold the parking pass up near your review mirror. We will be back - thank you Rachel!

We loved our stay at Michael’s home! The house is exactly as described, nicely appointed, and very clean. We appreciated the welcome snacks and nice touches such as makeup wipes and qtips in the bathroom. Michael is very responsive and helpful when we had questions. We will definitely stay again when we return to the area.

We were fortunate to stay in this beautiful and cozy home. Mara added a personalized touch that made us feel super welcome at her place. I loved the vibe of the apartment, decor was so tasteful and warm; the beds were very comfortable and linens felt luxurious. We only stayed one night but it will be my go to preference when we return to visit family.

I feel fortunate every time I get to enjoy Timothy's Beach Adjacent home when I visit Wilmington. It's always well supplied, very comfortable, peaceful and thoughtfully designed! Cheers to Timothy: another very enjoyable stay and another job well done!

We had a wonderful stay at this lovely home in Jacksonville, NC. The property was peaceful, beautifully maintained, and had a warm, welcoming feel. The country-style decor added such charm, making the space feel cozy and comfortable. It was the perfect setting for a quiet and meaningful holiday weekend. Everything was exactly as described—clean, well-stocked, and thoughtfully prepared. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay!

We had a great experience! Plenty of room for the whole family including the dog - and the outdoor space is a huge plus. Will definitely be staying here again next time we come down to Wilmington.

Our stay was wonderful. We travel with our dogs so having the fenced in back yard was amazing. The home is in a secure neighborhood with kind neighbors. The living room has 2 large couches and 2 chairs which was great when our family came to visit. Each bedroom has a tv as well as the living room, which was nice. Daniel was an amazing host. We really enjoyed our stay visiting family and spending time on the large back porch with our dogs.

I travel for work and stay at all sorts of air b and b's and this by is my absolute favorite place! From the moment I stepped into the door I felt like I was walking into my own home. It was spotless! So clean everywhere! Anything you needed it was all there! The back yard is huge! Great for those who have pets! The bedrooms are super spacious and the beds arr comfortable! The garage was so nostalgic with all the games and the pool table! For me it was the perfect home! i would definitely recommend and if I ever come back I hope they are available so I can book again!!

We just completed our third stay with Marilyn. Our family absolutely loves this spot. It's so nice that our family of 6 can fit fairly comfortably and it's especially great that there are two full bathrooms. We also love how well kept the property grounds are, as well as how easy it is to get to the beach. We just got home a little while ago and my 4 teens are already talking about planning our next trip! Thank you Marilyn!

The night was reasonably priced but Airbnb added a lot to it. Each night was $475, wanted to stay another but it was going to be $611.

Had an amazing long weekend stay! Beach just steps away right across the street. Great use of space with king bed, pull out couch, two vanity’s and a tub/shower separated by doors so you really can have privacy in each space. Will be staying again!

Wendy’s place was in an excellent location for our weekend getaway to Carolina Beach! It was close to the pier, which we loved walking to for ice cream. We also enjoyed the easy access to the beach and the pool on-site.

Charming bungalow near all the activities . Kid friendly and local bar scene didn’t keep us up at night. Walking distance to several restaurants, ice cream and stores. Michelle’s attention to small details is the best I have experienced in an AirBNB.

The condo has easy access to the beach. It’s also nice to have a pool and parking spots also for our bikes. Very satisfied. Suzanne was a great host, very kind and helpful. Easy communication. We had a great family time.
