Anderson super atento y siempre respondió a cualquier duda...gracias amigo. la casa nos gustó mucho adrmas de tener todo lo basico el plus la vista de la terraza al lago, la tranquilidad y cerca de el centro y lugares turísticos y comerciales del lugar....recomendable...volveria

Très bel appartement, avec une vue extraordinaire sur le lac. L’ensemble est très propre et vaut le prix payé. Il faut juste savoir que l’arrivée est un peu compliquée si on n’a pas de connexion internet car l'adresse n'est pas précise et les gens ne connaissent pas forcément (il faisait nuit et il pleuvait en plus pour nous). Il faut donc bien imprimer tous les conseils de Johnny à l’avance, ce que nous n’avions pas complètement fait. Pour que ce soit parfait il faudrait prévoir une serpillière aussi pour le ménage et un torchon de plus. La cuisine est aussi assez sommaire, bien pour prendre le petit-déjeuner mais sinon nous avons mangé dehors (pas de gaz dans la gazinière et le problème n’a pas été réglé). Mais malgré ces précisions, notre séjour a été très agréable et nous y reviendrions avec plaisir.

I stayed here on glorious week and could have stayed another. The place was exactly as described and the rooftop deck/kitchen was an amazing place to work and chill. It was a 50 yard walk to the lake and only a 5-10 walk to the main tourist area. It’s also about as peaceful as San Pedro gets. Town has a party vibe so you will still hear music at night and the occasional dog barking but nothing that even cheap earplugs can’t handle.

Excelente lugar para vacacionar en familia o con amigos, amplio y con vistas preciosas, tiene todo para pasarla increíble hasta juegos de mesa, la cocina súper completa tiene hasta una Alexa, recomiendo mucho este lugar Aspectos a tomar en cuenta: Súper retirado de todo ni una tienda cerca, lo más cercano es Santa Catarina Palopó a 30 minutos y Panajachel como a 45 minutos. El camino desde Santa Catarina Palopó no es el mejor, se iba convirtiendo de 2 carriles pasaba a 1 y hay como 15 minutos de terracería la cual cuando fuimos habían reparaciones, ignoro si pondrán asfalto pero en lluvia no creo que suba carro pequeño por 2 cuestas con tierra suelta, si vienen desde Patzún ahí si es calle asfaltada y 10 minutos de terracería. Solo pusieron 2 rollos de papel para una familia de 7 estando 3 días y no dieron sábanas extras, considero que para familias así es necesario Recomiendo traer comida para los días de vacaciones y no salir mucho, la pasarán increíble, yo lo disfruté demasiado.

The house is big and clean, very close to the parks. We enjoyed our stay, the only thing that I would add is more fans in the bedrooms or A/C.

This place is pure calm and magic. The permaculture project is also inspiring. Thank you to share this wonderful heaven :)

Doña Rosa went above and beyond for us! Long story short, we were left by our driver in Panajachel, (lots of) luggage and all. I contacted doña Rosa and she immediately was helpful. She recommended a local lancha (boat) person who immediately picked us up and brought us to the boat launch area near the Airbnb. Since we had tons of luggage, she offered herself and her vehicle to do a couple of trips to get all of our luggage to the Airbnb. She didn’t hesitate to jump into action and help us out. Once we were at the Airbnb she was beyond welcoming. Showing us the gorgeous home and all of its amenities. The house itself is as pictured. Beautiful inside and out. We had a blast enjoying the pool, the jacuzzi or just sitting outside enjoying the birds sing. The location is amazing. Nestled within a lot of beautiful homes! The community even has a helipad which we saw a helicopter land on right in front of us! I would totally recommend doña Rosa & her beautiful home!

Excelente lugar para descansar, las amenidades siempre estuvieron limpias y ordenadas, el personal siempre fue muy amable.

La casita es hermosa y en una ubicación excelente, muy cerca de los parques del IRTRA. Anix fue una excelente host. La limpieza fue de cinco estrellas. Definitivamente volveremos

Buen lugar. Grande. comodo. con todo lo necesario. limpio y seguro. A 10min de parque xetulul. volveria a alojarme sin duda.

Host was great, friendly and very responsive. The place was beautiful, private and clean. Pictures represented the house accurately. Comfortable beds with great view of the lake. Highly recommended!!
