Our home is on a 4-acre lot on High Rock Lake. The guest space is a fully furnished guesthouse above a detached storage area (15 steps). The bedroom has a king-size bed and TV, the den has a full sofa, recliner, and TV with HD antenna​ & Netflix - NO CABLE. There is a full kitchen, bath, washer/dryer​ and​ walk-in closet. There is a small deck with a ​table and chairs overlooking the lake. Guests have access to the pier, 2 kayaks, canoe, swing, firepit, grill & gardens. ​We DO have WiFi.​​

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful setting. Close to interstate 77 and 40, this rural farm is rustic elegance. With a library for the family and a home theater with classic DVD's, you have plenty to do even on rainy days. The bedroom has a king bed, and the main room has a trundle with two twins and a futon sofa. The 900 sq. ft. guesthouse you'll stay in, was the old welding shop from years ago and gives you access to walking trails and the farm burn pit.

Aspen Street Cottage. Walking distance from Lincolnton; "near the city, near the mountains, near perfect". This charming guest house sleeps ideally 2 but can accommodate a maximum of 4. The guest house also has a TV with cable and other streaming services available.
