This was my third stay at Ben’s flat for a short, work-related trip. The flat was extremely clean as usual, cosy as described, 20 min away on foot from Newcastle University where I work, very close to HayMarket and the city centre, which is perfect for me. Ben is always helpful and friendly. I would heartily recommend the flat for a single person or a couple !

An enjoyable one night stay for a friend's celebration. The apartment is perfectly located for all Yarm has to offer, and just a short walk to the high street. Everything was as the description, and extremely comfortable. Ollie had thoughtfully left milk in the fridge (both plant based and normal), and there was tea and coffee available. Ollie was available to meet me when I arrived and left, he was an excellent host and responded very quickly when I contacted him the day before arriving. I would recommend the apartment and would very happily stay again.

Wonderful stay, very much recommend. Brill location (we drove & parking was always easy & great for us to see family / get to the beach / the city with ease). Lovely touch Yvonne & Andrew leaving a small milk for us & some very nice cookies. Super kind. Beds were super comfy, lovely quiet area. We will be back.

My fiancée, our dog and I stayed with Liz for 3 nights recently. We absolutely adored the property, it was lovely and peaceful, it has wonderful surroundings and it is very peaceful. Liz is a lovely lady, although we didn’t meet with her during our stay, she was always on hand to help us with any questions that we might have had. The property is very modern, very clean and very well equipped. The bed was super comfortable and the shower was fantastic after a day of walking in the sun. Our dog, Mabel, was very happy too. There was plenty of space for her to explore and there is plenty of great walks, such as Ingleton Falls, which isn’t a long drive away. We had no issues with the property, or Liz, and we felt incredibly welcomed. We really appreciate your hospitality and hopefully we will be able to stay with you again in the future. Thank you ever so much again.

As a local returning to visit family, this flat was absolutely perfect for my stay. Cramlington's finest, in my opinion. The property is spacious, offering easy access to the garden and dedicated parking. Its location is ideal—centrally located in Cramlington but still peaceful, making it a great base for exploring Northumberland or enjoying a quiet retreat away from the city. The beds are incredibly spacious and comfortable, with luxurious pillows that ensured a restful night's sleep. A thoughtful touch from the hosts was the provision of laundry tablets, which came in handy for washing clothes during our stay. They also supplied a high chair, which was very useful, along with some essential extras like spare light bulbs, additional kitchen towels, and cleaning supplies. We truly felt at home and will definitely return on our next visit.

What a great stay! The photos don’t do it justice it’s absolutely pristine. Really good location with onsite parking was a real bonus. The hosts were really helpful as well giving us a recommendation for breakfast and dinner. If we are ever in the north of England again I know where we will stay, felt like a home away from home.

Would highly recommend this house, near to some lovely places, ate in the local pub, went to Middleham Open Day and visited some super racing yards, visited family and another fab visit to Monk Park Farm where the grandsons loved meeting all the animals!! We will definite be back!!

Ideal hub for myself and kids. Very comfortable, excellent kitchen and fast broadband. Would have preferred a better parking spot as I have a large car and needed to mount full kerb to access parking. I didn’t fancy parking on street as it was adjacent to small junction. Just something to note. Aside from that, very happy. Thank you very much

Peaceful quiet location. Near train station. Clean . Generally well equipped, although a few bits of cutlery and crockery missing but nothing major. Comfortable beds, pillows not to my personal preference as very hard, but overall an excellent stay and I would not hesitate to stay again and would recommend.

Martins Farmhouse is a lovely, spacious house, furnished to a high standard and extremely well appointed. The location is very private and peaceful. We had a great few days with all our family - plenty space for adults, children, baby and dog. Would happily reccommend staying here.

We enjoyed our stay in this property, it was decorated to a high standard and had a good amount of space for our needs. It had almost all the facilities we needed to celebrate Christmas (we needed to buy a few more trays for the oven but that was about it). One thing to be aware of that we missed when booking is that the bathroom is downstairs at the back of the house, behind the kitchen, which was a bit of a surprise as we didn't remember seeing that noted before booking, however didn't cause us too many issues during the visit. The only other thing to note is there were a few minor maintenance issues (missing/dead light bulbs for example) that should be fixed, however again this didn't cause any problems during the stay, just something that could be improved to fully bring out the potential of the space.

The place was beautiful and very welcoming . It felt like home almost immediately. It's located in a very private setting and we loved the river at the back of the property. We had a few teething issues to begin with as we had a wasps nest outside and the occasional power outage when the switch tripped on the fuse box but the host, Cheryl, was very quick to respond and helped resolve things straight away. She even offered to give us an extra day for free but because we had work the next day the option of a late checkout instead was very welcome. I would highly recommend this place and Cheryl was absolutely fantastic! Thank you Cheryl!

Seldom is where we stay one of the highlights of our trip, but this townhouse definitely was. It was absolutely amazing. It was warm and comfortable after coming in from our chilly all day excursions. The beds were comfortable, the house extremely clean and the amenities absolute perfection.

Stayed here with friends for my 24th birthday and had the BEST time ever, arrived and there was loads of parking space, a massive front garden, keys were really easy to find and use. Walked in the house it was spotless, immaculate & so big so many rooms with cool decor , the games room was a favourite of ours (spent a lot of time there). The beds were all extremely comfy , had a brilliant sleep every night. There was enough towels for everyone and the massive bath was also a favourite of mine, everything in the property was great and ensured me and the rest of my friends had the best 3 nights ever. Also the hosts were very friendly and helpful and were always on hand and easy to contact there were any problems. Thankyou so much for the stay hopefully will be back 🤞

We had a lovely stay. The apartment is finished to a high standard. You can hear a small bit of noise from the other apartment, but nothing that bothered us. It’s right by the river with a small balcony to sit on. It’s well located with around a 20 min drive to Windermere. Sophie and Mark were very responsive on messages.

Kelly’s place was a welcome retreat to come back to when we spent the day exploring the Area. It was very clean and had everything you needed to feel like you were home. It is above a shop in the centre of the square but you cannot hear anything in the apartment. The square was very charming with lots of high quality shops. Great ice cream shop “ Moo” and great pizza shop Mondillas all within a few minutes walk. Recommend this place for Your stay in Brampton. Thank you

Such a perfect property for a getaway in Newcastle. We thank Kristopher so much for the stay! The house was gorgeous and spotless, nice and modern with a private garden and hottub. It's on a lovely street and we walked straight into the city centre from here. Check in instructions were clear. We'd absolutely stay here again instead of a hotel next time we visit ❤️

Lovely little flat for two, conveniently situated in the centre of Sedbergh. Access tight and parking snug but we managed perfectly well, just took it slowly!

Fantastic little place. Great to have a parking space. Easy 10 minute walk to town. Comfy sofa and bed.

The apartment is in a very good location with convenience stores, restaurants and bars literally on the doorstep. The apartment was also very clean and spacious and surprisingly quiet given its location under the Tyne Bridge and with all the bars nearby. It is an easy walk up into the town so would definitely recommend for a stay in Newcastle. A shout-out for the little cafe literally opposite the apartment called Quay Ingredient run by a lovely lady who provides delicious breakfasts and brunches.

Fabulous apartment with beautiful sea views. Fantastic communication with our very welcoming host. We arrived to lots of special touches which helped us to feel at home from the start! Very comfortable accommodation. Private parking was a bonus. Would definitely book again!

Great stay at the apartment, Karen was an amazing host, she kept in contact with us and met us on arrival. Karen even helped us to carry our luggage inside. The apartment was spotlessly clean and perfect for our short break in Newcastle. Great hosts and would highly recommended.
