Danielle was very quick to respond and was flexible with my arrival time, which changed a few times. The room was comfy and pretty. I loved that there was a private attached bathroom. Super clean with extra towels and toiletries. The only critiques I can make is that the check in instructions had two different codes for the front door. I also requested to book a couple more nights again for the next month, but it took her a couple days to respond and then she said the days weren’t available. I asked her if another day was available and she never responded to that message. So it kinda set me back a few days from trying to book elsewhere. Other than that, everything was great.

We stayed for 6 nights/5 days for Mardi Gras! We are more than impressed with our stay! From the location, cleanliness, responsive host, the list goes on! The home was even better than described and we could have easily stayed here another week! Absolutely beautiful home and outside deck! Being right on the bayou and the ability to enjoy the wildlife and nature was unmatched! Not a far drive from New Orleans and felt very safe and at home! We will stay here every time we head to NOLA!!! If we could give 10 stars we would!

This is truly an incredible home.The house is so nice with so much space for a family/friends’ gathering while still feeling warm and intimate. Having several en suite bed/ bathrooms allowed for privacy which was also nice. The patio /outdoor kitchen /cabana area is amazing with fees if one of the most beautiful properties we’ve seen. Corrie, the property manager was on site and very helpful with anything we needed throughout our entire stay. (They even made sure we had an extra pack and play and high chair which was so helpful!!) the pictures are great but this home and grounds are even more wonderful in person!!

The place and location was perfect for our stay. Marcie was responsive throughout our stay except for our first night checking in. The instructions to get in were outdated and we were unable to stay our first night. This was addressed the next day and we were able to extend our stay by a day which worked well for us.

I have stayed in 3 of the units. They are just as she described, located in a beautiful area.

Safe and peaceful place to stay. The surroundings were quiet, green and beautiful. It was a perfect place to stay during a busy work trip in Covington. Thanks Marcie!

My parents stayed here the weekend of my wedding and absolutely loved it! The relaxing pool area was so nice to unwind during the stress of the weekend. The groomsmen even got ready here the morning of the wedding and all of the natural light in the main room was PERFECT for the photographer! We will definitely stay here again even when it isn't among crazy wedding festivities! I will note that the rule about no parties is quite strict, and the neighbors will speak up directly to you over the fence or call Patricia if there are cars in the road near their driveways or load music. That said, if you follow the rules of the listing, you'll have no problems enjoying your time on the beautiful property! Thanks to Patricia (and her cute dogs that like saying hi) for being a great host!!

Marcie's place is my choice of place to stay when I visit the Northshore. It is quiet, comfortable and has easy access to everything I need and want, including visits to NOLA. I have stay here numerous times.

Meets the 3 c's: Chill, clean and comfortable. Enjoyed the stay. Bed was comfy, wifi was strong. Shuntez was very kind and hospitable. Would recommend and stay here again. Roughly 35 min drive from Bourbon Street.
