Very thankful we were able to stay with Adrian & Amy whilst my mum is unwell in the hospital. Beautiful place, very clean and walking distance to a lovely area for food and drinks. Backyard was added bonus and loved the tv in bed!! Thanks guys

The Bungaloo is ideal for a 2 person stay. Well equipped, clean and tidy. Kath is a great host. Communication with her was great, friendly and helpful, especially when I somehow managed to murder the toaster! Bed was comfortable and the shower was really good. Everything we needed was supplied, with a great welcome pack. Waking up to the sound of the birds in the aviary was great. It’s a minute walk to the Jolly Sailor where you can get a great meal. A few more minutes and I’d recommend the Old Sardine Factory. The seafood chowder is to die for. There’s a great deli and a Spar shop a minute away. It’s a 10 minute walk over the bridge to East Looe. Sarah’s Pasty shop do the best pasties and Martin’s Dairy do delicious bread. Easy for the coastal path to Talland or Polperro. We got the bus to Polperro from next to the fire station and then walked back. We’ll definitely return as we loved our stay so much.

We (2 adults and 2 children) spent a few days at Holls’ place. The accommodation was cosy, warm and welcoming and well equipped with everything we needed. The hot tub was a great addition and we enjoyed a couple of dips during our stay. Holls was very responsive, friendly and accomodating and made the effort to pop by to say hi and make sure everything was OK. Princetown itself is walkable, with a play park, a couple of pubs (we didn’t have time to eat in either of these) and a small shop stocking the essentials (although it’s pretty expensive so maybe take your milk and wine and any other necessities with you!) Dartmoor is easily accessible - highly recommend a visit to Merrivale to see the stone rows and enjoy a meal at The Dartmoor Inn. The Two Bridges at Princetown is also a great place to eat. Plymouth is nearby if you’re looking to explore the city. All in all a lovely place to stay in beautiful surroundings. We would definitely recommend 👍🏼

A well thought through apartment - close to town facilities. Clean and well equipped. Nice to have both parking and access to garden.

Jess was super friendly and helpful, and it was an ideal spot for getting about in Bristol, had everything we needed for our trip.

Richard and Mo were great hosts and provided us with all the information required to meet our expectations. Richard met us on arrival and it was lovely to have the basics for breakfast provided for each morning, which was an added surprise and very welcomed. This facility was perfect for my wife as she has mobility issues, and the Airbnb is all on one level with walk-in shower, so made moving around was made so much easier. We would highly recommend staying here, and will look to rebook for our next visit to Devon.

Anda and Chris were so lovely, welcoming and supportive! I would always come back with my whole family! She even put dog bowels, a bed and toy out for our dogs! Absolutely lovely and personal stay! Thank you!!

This was our first time using Air B&B… everything is perfect, it’s exactly what we wanted and hoped for.. Emma gave us clear instructions to help us find and enjoy everything that was offered.. spotlessly clean and tidy… excellent hosts I highly recommend this accommodation thank you xxx

The Nook was a perfect bolthole for our one night stay to explore Pembrokeshire. It was centrally located, easy to find due to John's clear instructions and spotlessly clean. We would not hesitate to return. If you're thinking of booking a hotel then book this place instead.

Amazing place to stay if you want to explore Bath. Sarah greets you and is so friendly and informative and makes you feel right at home, shows you how everything works and where things are, everything was spotless and clean, bed is very comfortable. Breakfast was supplied, muesli, crumpets, bacon, eggs, bread, hot cross buns to name a few things, we were very spoilt for choice. Gated driveway and a space right outside the front door for your car which was priceless for us, parked the car up and didn’t use it again until we left, walking everywhere and using the odd Uber. We made use of the private garden and comfy garden furniture in the evenings after a full day of exploring as the view is fantastic over Bath from there. If we visit Bath again we would definitely book with Sarah 😀

had an absolute amazing stay here. clean and tidy property with all the amenities you'll need , Bed was so comfortable had 2 great nights sleep. The hot tub was fantastic , shower was excellent great water pressure. Laura was great with communication and checking in was easy ,key left in lock box for you so no stress of arriving late and not being able to gain access and rest..would definitely stay again when visiting the Bournemouth area.. this place and host were fantastic ..

I can’t say enough wonderful things about this place! From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with such warmth and kindness by our host, who went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and memorable. His helpfulness, generosity, and genuine loveliness set the tone for the entire trip. The property itself is absolutely idyllic — beautiful and tidy and surrounded by peaceful countryside charm. We loved the animals too- the friendliest cats and chickens. The hot tub was a dreamy bonus — Very private, clean and surrounded by lovely lights. Every corner of the property had clearly been cared for with attention and love, from the gorgeous landscaping to the thoughtfully maintained interiors. The little basketball court in the shed was a lovely surprise! It was such a fun and unexpected addition. Truly, this place was a little slice of heaven. I’d recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful retreat with heart, beauty, and the kindest host you could ask for!

Such a lovely place to stay and to return to at the end of my busy days. Tina and Steve are so friendly and welcoming, the accommodation is immaculate and extremely comfortable with everything provided. The garden is delightful and I enjoyed my chats with Tina about her plants Nearby there is a wonderful plant nursery with such an array of plants. 100% better than regular garden centres and the lovely cafe provided me with delicious lunches each day. Looking forward to returning soon.

Angela’s was the perfect little haven for a romantic weekend away. They were so welcoming and accommodating, letting us pick salad and herbs from the garden for our bbq dinner and even sending us on our way at the end of our stay with a massive bag of home grown salad 💚 We used the house as a base to go surfing both days and it was wonderful to come back to such a beautiful space. Thankyou ☺️

Great beds, wonderful bathroom. Quite well equipped. Very useful hotplate for cooking simple meals if you don't want to to spend money eating out. I would recommend, if you are a light sleeper, that you bring earplugs for the occasional night travelling HGV that goes passed on the A38 - but you can't hear the traffic from the M5. If we were coming to the area again we would not hesitate to stay there again.

Beautiful place - calm, idyllic space in such gorgeous surroundings. The road down to the air bnb is quite uneven and a mixed terrain but just take it slowly! The space is so homely - we loved the fire. We absolutely adored our time here. Ingrid even brought us some salt when we said we were low. I would just say make sure to pack shower gel and toothpaste - perhaps our fault for not bringing! Would definitely stay again 😊❤️

Penny was so kind and helpful from start to finish. The apartment is not that easy to find as you're driving along as it's quite a busy road - I pulled down a side road and walked back to locate it, then moved my car. A car parking space is available to pre-book. There were very clear instructions on how to access the property. I struggled a bit with the key safe but that's because I'm a numpty, and Penny answered my plea for help promptly. The apartment was extremely clean and comfortable and matched the description perfectly. All essential items provided in a well thought-out compact space. My only niggle was the connecting door to adjacent space made me feel a bit unsafe - maybe some reassuring/explanatory signage might help? Otherwise a great place to stay only 10-15 mins walk from centre of Rugby.

Jill's place was immaculate. Very peaceful and cosy accommodation, with everything needed and more. Jill was a great host. We had a super stay. Ideal location for a short stroll into Bewdley. Lots to do and see around the area. Highly recommend, 10/10

If you need a home away from home , quiet and private surrounding , this is the place to be. Clean spotless Annex and amenities/city centre within 6min drive radius. Think of anything that you could be missing on a journey this place had it tucked away from within and easy to find if you read the welcome sheet. As you ponder about where to have a quick breakfast from in a new environment, Jacqui got you sorted!! More so of a mini hotel👌 even the simple things like; sugar, cereal, milk, sauces in the fridge mattered . Thank you Jacqui , I look forward to my next visit .

Andrea's place is in a great location - close to the centre of Wellington but private and peaceful. The property is spacious, well furished, and has all the facilities you need for a very comfortable stay. Andrea communicated well with us and provided very detailed instructions for accessing the property. We would definitely like to return if we are in the area in future.

Great stay and lovely accommodation. Being able to sit alongside the river at the end of the garden was a real highlight. Deborah was friendly and very helpful with local recommendations on places to eat and visit. Great transport links into Oxford as well, which was another great bonus. Overall a fantastic stay, would highly recommend!!
