Was a very nice appartment. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need. Great was the possibility to wash our clothes. The neighborhood is great and we did all by foot. Also if the weather fits the garden is a big bonus. 👍🏻

We enjoyed staying here! Location was perfect, the property was clean. And as far as the space I felt like it provided ample amount of room, considering it was in the city! We would definitely stay here again if we’re back in Philadelphia.

Joseph was a great host. He was easy to reach and responded quickly. The Airbnb was in great shape and easy to access. Highly recommend Joseph as a host.

Amazing historic building in a very historic part of Philly. The garage was a lifesaver as we had a pretty big suv and were working during the day and needed a place to park it. Surprisingly quiet for being on the ground floor , walls are thick... bed was comfy ... it was great !

Jamie and particularly Jessica were extremely helpful during our stay. Couldn’t recommend this place more, Corey’s Vietnamese around the corner is also a lovely little spot!

I loved the house. we came in from Pittsburgh for a concert and stayed at this one of a kind gem. I like how there's so much to do around and the home felt exclusive. Be prepared to do some climbing up and down the stairs. overall a great place. The art outside was a plus. 10 out of 10

This was our second time staying at Evelyn's place. Evelyn goes above and beyond to make the place feel welcoming. Checking in and out was a breeze, and the house had everything we could have wanted in a home away from home.

This is by far the BEST Airbnb I have stayed in—and I’ve stayed in quite a few! Truly one of a kind and I am already wanting to vacation in the area again so I can stay here! The kitchen is well laid out, the sunken living room is so cozy and comfortable, the bedrooms and baths were perfect for our needs, and the outdoor space. Wow! By far the best outdoor space I’ve ever seen—it was so relaxing to sit outside and enjoy the calm, the sound of the water feature, the beauty of the flowers and trees. This house was everything and more. Plus Connie was a fabulous host, very responsive, and made delicious chocolate chip cookies! Her attention to detail was apparent with the fresh flowers and hand written notes. I knew this place was going to be good after reading the reviews—I just didn’t realize how amazing and beyond my expectations. This is the place to stay at if you want to explore the Philly area but don’t want to be in the heart of the city.

Irina's place was lovely, quiet, and clean. New appliances. New refrigerator with water and ice dispenser. Modern heating, A/C. Restaurants within .5 to 5 min walk. She responded within minutes. Would stay again!!

Good value stay which had what we needed for a quick stop in Philadelphia. Easy access to the city centre and Matthew was communicative throughout. Would recommend to a group staying in the city.

Great place to stay when visiting Philly!

Great stay at Hala's. The place was clean, spacious, and airy, and we felt right at home. Nice suburban location,, quick to the city and surrounding suburbs.

I love the aesthetics throughout the property. I was already familiar with the area and it was conveniently close to everything that I needed to do. I really enjoyed the kitchen set up and the yard. The beds were super comfy. It took me a little minute to figure out how to work one of the showers however, it was definitely amazing. A friend of mine recommended this location to me (they should offer her a discount lol) and I would definitely stay again.

Great location with coffee shops, restaurants and stores nearby. Plenty of street parking and easy access to other neighborhoods in Philadelphia. Kristen is a great host and responded to questions right away. My husband and I were in Philadelphia for my son’s birthday, would stay at Kristen’s place on a future visit.

Danni was very responsive. Amenities were as listed. House was comfortable.

We were in town for a weekend and loved our stay at Christina’s place - it’s so clean and comfortable (with many nice touches) and located right in the middle of a cool Philly neighborhood with excellent food/drinks options around! We also appreciated how responsive Christina was to our questions. We had a great stay and would definitely stay here again!
