Linda was very accommodating and clear with instructions for the stay. I appreciate Linda for allowing me to keep my bags post checkout. The location of the house is inconvenient as there are frequent buses to the city centre.

Ich war vor 2 Jahren schon einmal bei Anne und habe mich sofort wieder für ihr schönes Haus entschieden , als ich wieder nach Hemel Hempstead gereist bin. Ich weiß diesen besonderen Ort sehr zu schätzen. Ein sehr gepflegtes Haus in ruhiger und doch zentraler Lage. Das Zimmer mit Blick in den romantischen Garten. Ich liebe diese Aussicht. Anne ist eine sehr hilfsbereite und freundliche Gastgeberin . Am Abreisetag bereitete sie mir ein wunderbares Frühstück mit Tee ,Toast und Ei. Anne ist mir nach den 2 Jahren ,die ich sie kenne eine Freundin geworden. Von mir gibt es eine hundertprozentige Empfehlung. Ich komme gerne wieder

Great spot to stay for our legoland trip. Excellent communication from the hosts and a very nice house. We enjoyed planespotting as the planes landed, and it didn't disturb our night. Overall amazing

Janet's place is a little tricky to find as it's behind a tall hedge, other than that everything about Janet's place is perfect.

Julian and Penelope were incredibly warm, hospitable and welcoming as hosts. Despite the difficulties I faced getting over to the Cotswolds (No fault of theirs I must add), they were always accommodating, responsive and understanding of my situation. To top things off, Penelope cooked me a wonderful cooked breakfast first thing in the morning before I headed back to London. I really cannot recommend them enough.

We stayed in Angelicas house short period while our house was being renovated. It was welcoming and in an excellent location which allowed us to explore East Oxford.

This is the best of old fashioned BnBs, in a real person's real home. One host, one guest, friendly discussion over a civilised breakfast. Quiet street just off a big park, with a bus route on the other side of the park. Less than 30 minutes' walk to the station. So far, so good. AND THEN! An idyllic little river at the bottom of the garden (not the Thames); Andrea kindly lent me her kayak. I paddled a little way upstream, and then, oops, swam back. The brook is perfect for both activities, depending on your skill. Andrea hosed me down without a fuss. I couldn't ask for a better host.

The cottage is full of character and has a real feel of home. The large kitchen with a range provided an ideal place for us all to gather. Sally-Anne made everything as easy as possible. She was there to welcome us and show us round and there to see us off. She was accommodating in every way. Communication was easy and efficient. The house is a perfect distance from Stratton Court Barn, a wedding venue. The house was warm and comfortable.

What a great place to stay! Had everything you could need and the location was perfect. Walking distance to Marlow and excellent links to M4/40. All in all it was a pleasure to stay here. Sarah was extremely efficient and helpful which made it even more perfect! Thank you Sarah for everything

Great place to stay, I booked this for my parents whilst they visited us in Henley and it was great. James was really accommodating and welcoming!

I’d give it 6 stars if I could. Francesca has a lovely spot, very well located, clean and spacious. She was a very welcoming host and left thoughtful gifts - all in all I had a fantastic stay here. I’d highly recommend this option and hope to return one day :)

The place is decent to stay for one night. We left an item at Umu’s place, and the owner immediately told us about it and send it back the next day. We thank them for that. Very responsive and responsible owner. Would recommend to anyone.

I booked Kate's AirBnB for my mom's visit and she had a lovely time. The AirBnB is separate from Kate and Ian's place and she had a lot of space to herself. The location is very close to London Road train station and Stoke Park, and walking distance to the high street. It also had all the amenities needed. Kate was really friendly and helpful. She provided helpful guidance about the place and the area (including things to do around town). She was also very responsive to messages and messaged if there was anything she wanted us to be aware of. Would recommend and would book again.

Two years after our last stay in Binsey, we were very happy to return for another week. It was a very nice welcome, we had lovely conversations with Alison and Steve. Binsey is unique, quite, excellent if you need time to write or read. Rent a bike for journeys to Jerchio, the city center, colleges or the University hospital. We can highly recommend this place and hope to return in the near future.

A perfect place to stay while visiting our daughter at university. Spotlessly clean, well equipped, and very comfortable. Breakfast and a good coffee machine were an added bonus. We will be back soon!

The studio delivered on all accounts. It was well appointed with quality furniture and bed which helped us relax and have a good nights sleep. A tasty breakfast was provided which included free range eggs from Yvonne’s chickens. It’s in a quiet location with easy access to the surrounding areas. We would highly recommend. Yvonne was the perfect host.

Cute Annexe in the countryside. very quiet, warm and cosy, and the array of lamps really accentuated this. nice large dining lounge space and comfortable bed. lovely little extras with the local apple juice , butter, bread and milk etc with a nespresso coffee machine. towels are very fluffy and large too. davina was very helpful and her washing up fairy did a magical job.

Gorgeous place, exactly as advertised. We had a lovely stay at Gabi’s and Manfred’s. Breakfast was delicious (apple pancakes!). 100% recommend the cinema experience. Thank you to our wonderful hosts!

Fantastic host, great place with a beautiful location plenty of country side to explore, in our case to ride.

I loved my time with Lucinda and Juno the dog. The room was perfect, with my own door from the outside, en-suite bathroom and the most comfortable bed ever. The breakfasts were delicious and it's walking/biking distance to Marlborough town centre and Savernake Forest, which I was able to explore (and loved). Would definitely recommend that people stay here!

I had a wonderful stay for the one night. Julie was so friendly and easy to talk with. And truly helpful. A bit over a mile out of central Oxford, but not a disappointment. It’s on the main road, so if you choose to walk, you won’t get lost.

We booked to stay with Lesley as we had a booking at the Bombay Sapphire Distillery, which is a short walk from the house. The room was spotless and had lots of nice touches such as a selection of tea bags, shortbread biscuits aswell as shower gel and shampoo in the bathroom Lesley made us a lovely continental breakfast with beautiful warm pastries and was a fantastic host. Communication was also great beforehand. There are lovely walks in the surrounding countryside and a great pub in the village. We really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend to others Thank you again Lesley!

Easy to find in a beautiful location. Very cosy room perfect for our family of 3. Joan & her Husband were so friendly and they cooked us the most amazing breakfast. Thank you for being lovely hosts, we will hopefully be back 😊
