We are a peaceful, modern, minimalistic & carbon zero detached cabin. Very private, very secure, tucked away, surrounded by trees, plants, birds and nature, you'll think you're in the country. It has its own private garden and entrance. The cabin is built from slow-grown larch and has triple glazed doors. Inside is fitted out with sustainable materials like birch ply-panelling and plant based flooring, and we an MVHR clean air system. We harvest rainwater, compost and power by ASHP.

Delightful self contained studio apartment for a maximum of three persons with no shared areas. Situated on the lower ground floor of our popular building in Croydon, South London. This studio features a separate bedroom with a Single bed as well as a Queen size bed in the main part of the studio. Modern bathroom and kitchen, comfortable living area and dining area as well as fast links directly to many central London stations and destinations.

A great one bedroom garden flat

This is a lovely one bedroomed, self contained garden flat. It is a light and airy space which has a open plan living area and kitchen. The bedroom has a double bed and a comfortable sofabed in the living room. ( please note that although there is a sofa bed, the flat is available to book for 2 guests, or three people if guests have a child) NB Please note that at present I am only taking bookings for a max 5 nights stay, thanks.
