We had a really great time. The house and grounds were lovely and big enough for 14 people and 3 dogs. The dinning room had a wonderfully big table so we could all sit and eat together. The hot tub and swimming pool were a big hit with everyone. Rob was very helpful and answered all questions quickly, would stay there again.

Great place to stay. It’s quiet but still very close to get access quickly. Was nice sitting out the back in the morning

We visited Bristol for an open Uni day and decided to make a family weekend out of it. Ciara's house is very cosy with comfy beds, a lovely fireplace and everything you may need for a couple of days. We had a great time exploring the pubs the first night and cooking on the second evening. Parking was super easy and free. Ciara responded immediately to messages and was very easy going. The whole experience was super relaxed. Thank you!

This property is perfect for a family visiting Bristol. Great location, clean and everything you need for a stay away from home. Nicholas is a great host. I could not rate this visit any higher.

The Coach House was truly beautiful. Everything you could possibly need was provided. The bathroom was incredible and the downstairs living room with pool table was a lovely way to spend the evenings. We got incredible weather so were lucky enough to make use of the bbq. It was such a peaceful stay!

Excellent amenities if a little out of the way although car journeys into Bristol and other destinations were not too onerous. The facilities were first class. Richard replied immediately to my comments. In fact the best host instructions and responses we have encountered.

We needed a place to stay last minute as having renovations in our home. The flexibility and response to this was great. The house was comfortable, warm and clean. Amos and Don were responsive in their communication. We felt at home and enjoyed our stay. 👍🏻

We enjoyed four nights in Bristol over New Year and loved the apartment. it was cosy, comfortable and showed an attention to detail. Rebecca had provided helpful information on local shops, pubs and restaurants, and we certainly enjoyed our ventures out into Clifton and Bristol. We would be very happy to return in future.

The flat is in an excellent position close to the heart of a stylish part of Bristol with parking just outside. It was also spacious for our family get-togethers over the Xmas period. The log fire was a plus! Liv & Jem are very welcoming & responsive to any needs, such as extra glasses etc. Much appreciated!

Cracking little apartment providing ample space for our party if 4, which included a toddler and dog. Our host Emma, provided clear and accurate instructions, allowing a stress free arrival. She communicated well during our stay, giving us the feeling that we were in safe hands. The local amenities were only a few minutes away in Chepstow, where we found a supermarket and a lovely little eatery on the riverbank. We brought our dog with us, (property is pet friendly), and there are numerous walkways to exercise said mutt. We would wholeheartedly recommend staying at this address. There is a word of warning though and that is a low beam in the living room. It is obviously and clearly there, but can catch you out when your not concentrating!

Perfect place for a peaceful retreat within easy reach of Clifton and the city centre. You feel as if you’re in the middle of a quiet village, with nothing but birdsong to hear, but you can stroll into Clifton village in less than 20 mins and a cab into the centre of Bristol is 15 mins. The apartment is spacious but cosy, and really well equipped - the kitchen has everything you need and it feels like a proper home. Bed was so comfy, we slept so well! Only thing to note is the bathroom is ensuite and the door doesn’t offer much toilet privacy (we’re married so we don’t mind!) Overall such a gorgeous place and very helpful and responsive host, We are already planning our next visit!

Great little apartment right in the heart of Bristol. Definitely recommended and if it’s available again whilst I’m working down here this summer, I’ll definitely return

Lovely flat - cosy and spacious and well equipped. Great location for exploring Clifton. Plentiful shops and eateries. The nearby Lido is worth a visit as of course is Clifton Suspension Bridge and visitor centre. The parking space was a bonus but you’ll need to find parking if taking a second vehicle as street parking is restricted. Karen was a friendly and communicative host. Lovely few days. Thank you 😊

Many thanks for sharing your beautiful home with us so we could enjoy a wonderful long weekend. Upon arrival we received a welcome visit from James, who was very helpful and informative. The house was even better than we had expected and had everything we could have asked for. It comfortably fit 12 people. We thankfully had beautiful weather so made good use of the outdoor space and bbq. I will definitely be coming back and recommending this property to my friends and family. Thank you 🤩

We had such a lovely stay at Jan’s place with the entire family for the Easter break. A great place to go with friends and family, with activities available for everyone. Would highly recommend!

We stayed here with four children (ages 2 to 6) and it was great. Lovely living area at the top of the house and plenty of space for everyone. We were very lucky with the weather and could eat outside on the balcony for most meals. Lots to do on the Lower Mill Estate for families. We would come again.

Oldbury Barn is in a lovely location in the countryside with great views (though tricky to find, so the 'what3words' helped a lot!). The house was nicely presented and lovely and clean. Plenty of pots, pans, mugs (!) utensils etc for a large family group. The open plan nature of the kitchen/diner/lounge is great for a multi generational family gathering like ours, as you are always all together in one huge room. However, note that its a tiled floor and there isn't much in the way of soft furnishings so noise echoes around a bit and can be heard from all bedrooms - but this is only a problem if you have very young kids going to bed early or getting up early! The 2 ground floor bedrooms are large and with lots of storage. The 2 upstairs bedrooms are small with very low ceilings and little storage - fine for kids but we were were 7 adults and one toddler, so that didnt work brilliantly for us . The "slight height restriction" in the description is quite an understatement!!

A beautiful bright spacious modern house with wonderful views across the lake. It is just like the pictures or even better. The lounge and bedrooms are so comfortable and the kitchen is wonderfully equipped with everything you need. Communication was excellent. I would highly recommend staying here.

The place matched and exceeded the description and photos. It was exceptionally clean upon our arrival and well decorated. There was an abundance of cutlery, utensils, dinnerware, etc. Management company were extremely communicative before and through-out. Would 100% recommend this house for future traveler's.

Gorgeous and spacious house in a stunning Cotswolds location. My husband and thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and so did our children. I can highly recommend it!
