Our first visit to Bath was wonderfully enhanced by an over night stay with Petra & Dick; they were most welcoming, flexible with our wishes to check-in and made us feel right at home from the start to finish. The short bus ride from their house into Bath was very scenic as a bonus! Would wholeheartedly recommend a stay at this very nice place with an incredible garden of many levels providing sanctuary and scenic views - we were fortunate to enjoy some beautiful weather with the lovely breakfast they served outside too! We didn't feel like guests, we felt like we had known them all along :0)

Location was stunning, the host was lovely and it has beautiful walks on the doorstep. Hot tub definitely worth the extra money as elevates the stay to another level. The dog thoroughly enjoyed his stay as well!

Lovely cottage, exactly as described with cats and quirks, cute and old with lots of character. Cats were lovely, even the slightly grumpy one, breakfast was well above expectations. Delicious! Comfy bed too. Great place, sad we only stayed one night really!

Smallish bedroom in a very cute old cottage. Good for a short stay of couple of days or so. Modernized kitchen and spacious bathroom with power shower. Olivia was very helpful, friendly, and flexible with checking/out, and offered suggestions on local activities. The dog Ted was friendly and very hyper, but stayed out of the bedroom. Excellent breakfast with range of cereals, toast and homemade jam, tea, coffee for a good start to the day. Very central location in Frome. (Listing says both shared and private bathroom in different paces, but it really is private). Good value, and highly recommended.

We had a wonderful time in Bath and in Jessica’s home. Airbnb at its best: a delightful stay at a charming house with a very welcoming and helpful host.

Helen was very welcoming and friendly. House was clean and free from clutter. She cleared a shelf in the fridge for me. I was on a swimming training course nearby, so didn’t need to use the bath or shower, so can’t comment on that.

Mike and Celia are two friendly interesting people. They welcomed me into their home and everything is available to use. I highly recommend a stay here.

I instantly felt welcome in this beautiful and historic house. I loved the wood stoves in my sitting room and dining room and had a beautiful and comfortable bedroom-I am seriously in love with the bed I slept so well in. Breakfast....well. The bread and croissants were fantastic...as was the rest of the continental buffet breakfast (I eat far too much, but regret nothing.) A lovely warm comfortable home that embraces the visitor. And to cap it all, the charming little dog who resides at this address will keep you company if you should so desire.

Sylvia is a welcoming, caring host. Quiet location within easy access of the town. Accommodation is clean and comfortable with a spacious bedroom and seperate bathroom with excellent shower. Sylvia made me a lovely breakfast that set me up for the working day ahead. Highly recommend and would return if in the area again Thank you, Sylvia.

Stay with Kurtis was extremely good. We had a great experience and a perfect stay. The rooms were neat and perfectly arranged. weekly cleanups were provided. Friendly neighbours and nice kitchen. all over this is a perfect place for anyone with an affordable price.

I had a very wonderful stay here, before I arrive instructions were sent of how to get in and where my room was and I coukd arrive anytime after check in time which made it nice and easy. anything I needed I was able to just call and would receive help right away. everything was spotless and clean. this was a very unique and cute decorated place!

Val's place was above everything we expected. Val made us feel right at home, so much so we didn't want to leave. I recommend Val's place to everyone. It's a place you'll never forget and we look forward to staying again in the future.

Lyn and John were fantastic hosts - being generous with lively conversation but also providing options for privacy as desired. I paid a reduced rate due to some regulars being out of town, but they are already providing an excellent value classic bed and breakfast service with homestay personal touches. Lyn offers a full cooked breakfast and cereals to all guests, but was happy to make adjustments to tastes and needs. John also makes a tasty coffee from the espresso machine. I would be glad to return if I am able to find a moment when they are not fully booked!

We loved staying at Sally’s place. It was so peaceful that as soon as I arrived I had a beautiful nap! Such gorgeous surrounding and our room was beautiful. Sally was so friendly and helpful :-) Definitely recommend staying here if you want a quiet place to rest your head. Wedmore is a such a quaint village which lovely little shops and so easy to get everywhere. It’s a great place to stay if you want to explore the surrounding areas of Glastonbury and Wells.

I thoroughly enjoyed the last few days spent with John and Kathy. They are a very warm welcoming, very sociable and friendly couple and made me feel right at home the moment I arrived. The facilities were immaculate, extremely comfortable and had everything you needed and more. I've stayed at many Airbnb's recently and I've never had such a good breakfast as I did at John's - very healthy and filling and so much appreciated. Returning at the end of a day was like coming home, especially the fish pie supper on my last evening there. I had a wonderful time. John and Kathy are super hosts, thoughtful and kind. I would have no hesitation in either recommending them or staying there again.

Een liefdevolle en met aandacht ingericht huis. Fijne tuin inclusief kruidentuin voor de liefhebber zoals wij. Wij wilden meer opruimen, mocht niet. Ze zeiden “jullie hebben ook vakantie!” Toch opgeruimd uiteraard, omdat dit zo hoort.

We decided to take a very last min trip away, as we have recently moved and are expecting baby number 2 in a week or so, so needed a breather. Martin was on hand for check-in. He was lovely and showed us our room, checked if we needed anything else, and told us a few places to eat. The room was lovely, well kept, spotless and perfect for our short stay. Coffee, tea and biccies were in hand, which are always welcome. The shower was brilliant, great pressure and lovely and hot. Breakfast too was lovely, piping hot and fresh. Nothing was too much trouble for Martin and he was chatty, friendly and welcoming. We would very much reccomed a stay here and thank our lovely host for accommodating us.

A great place to stay and very convenient for visiting bath. A lovely bedroom, very tastefully furnished with good facilities. The host is very helpful and thoughtful with everything provided you might need. A delightful stay.

Chris is a truly wonderful host—genuinely a good person. All the staff members were incredibly friendly and kind. Even though my parents don’t speak English (and my mom is a bit of a character 🤭), the staff was always helpful and made them feel right at home. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience! 😁
