My best air bnb!!

Condo is great. Full kitchen, nice living area big balcony with seating, close to walking street. Could probably do with some updated bedding and a toaster. Racquel is a great host and was very attentive. I had a lovely stay.

They were able to accommodate my early check in and my request for an extended stay at their rental. They were the best host that I could have hoped for. They helped me check in to another rental when the property manager did not show up on time. They were so helpful and understanding. I also had to extend my stay due to a family emergency and they were able to get me a great rate and accommodate me. I am so thankful to my hosts and I would definitely rent from them again. Five out of five stars!

Fergus' place felt very cozy. Exactly what we were hoping for! I thought it was thoughtfully decorated + it was clean. Communication with Fergus was also smooth. Highly recommend!

Great stay on an excellent location

Staying at 38th Park Avenue was an absolute pleasure. The unit was exactly as shown in the photos, clean, modern, and beautifully designed. The bed was super comfortable and the amenities were complete. I loved the huge windows that offered an amazing view of the city, especially at night. The location was super convenient, close to malls, restaurants, cafes, and everything I needed. The building itself was very secure and quiet, and the amenities like the pool and gym were a big bonus. Our host was fantastic! Very accommodating, easy to communicate with, and made sure the entire stay was smooth and hassle-free. Every detail was well thought out, and I felt right at home. Thank you so much!🥰 Overall, it was one of the best Airbnb experiences we’ve had. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and worry-free getaway. Would definitely love to stay here again!

Cozy place in a busy city. Definitely worth the price!

Patrick's a great host, he responded quickly to my queries. My family loved the place, just as how it was listed, everything's there! Easy self check in, spacious and aesthetic place, AC's working well. We also cooked in the place and all the utensils are complete. Plus points for the karaoke and ps3 haha. We also enjoyed the free access to the swimming pool. He also let us check in early! Overall, we had a wonderful stay, one of the best places I stayed in a while. Thank you po again, sir Patrick! :)

Wil’s place is very clean and comfortable. My team did not have any problems during the stay (except for the blankets - they leave some loose threads in clothes and in bed) and we really loved the view. It is very clean.

the accommodation is located in on the shopping mall. So I could go market to buy fruits and drinks. there is very nearby Desa Park city, went for a walk with my family. it was good accommodation for holidays.

belle maison et propre,, il y a une rue pas très loin pour se restaurer et faire quelques courses. Il y a également à 30 mètres un service de linge et de massage ( les dames sont vraiment toppissime) les hôtes sont très réactifs. si je peux faire un petit reproche c'est qu'il manquait le 1er nécessaire de cuisine ( huile, sel et poivre) nous recommandons cette belle maison au calme absolu.

We had a great time staying there. The Pool was fantastic and the location is great. The compound is well maintained and very quiet.

The owner was very accommodating. The room was spacious, clean, and the place felt safe. You’re allowed to cook and have guests over. Whenever you need something, the owner is easy to talk to and genuinely helpful. The house is fully equipped with everything you need. It’s also close to tourist spots and the beach. That’s why I highly recommend this place—I really enjoyed my 12-day vacation here. I’m definitely looking forward to staying here again on my next trip to Catanduanes. Thank you! 🙏

This is by far the best place we've stayed at during our 8 months in Southeast Asia. The place is absolutely beautiful - more beautiful than in the photos. Stunning sunsets every day, bana trees everywhere, so many birds to watch from the terrace. It simply doesn't get better than this. The house is more spacious than we expected and it had everything you might need. The bed is comfy and internet is very fast and stable - over 500mbps in testing. Perfect for remote workers - we could work on the terrace by the entrance, terrace on the sunset side and either of the rooms. The common kitchen is big, spacious and has everything you might need. Hosts are extremely helpful and nice - we had some joint dinners and celebrations for the lantern festival and new years. It takes about 30 min on the bike to get to the city center, but there are local restaurants and you have Grab here too. We're definitely coming back. It's the perfect place if you want some peace and nature.

Host was very accommodating and responsive to our requests! Perfect stay if you're a big group. Should've booked one extra day to enjoy all the amenities since we used the place as accoms lang for a concert >< 10/10 will book again.

The place was so huge and very peaceful. Neighbors are very friendly. Jojo the caretaker was extremely friendly and helpful also advice me on how to commute within the areas. The place was well paid for as it was very clean and feel like it was your own house. Thank you Celia and Jojo for the great stay.
