The living room is equipped with Smart TV 55" with all streaming plattforms and a selection of Italian, English and french books. The Kitchen is fully equipped with all the appliances and utensils to hopefully meet your every need. The bedrooms with the characteristic vaulted roofs are equipped with double windows to eliminate any external noise, memory foam beds and charging stations for electronic devices. The winter garden is the gem of the house, a wonderful green oasis where you can relax. Near all the most important services such as pharmacies, supermarkets, restaurants, trattorias, bars and pubs in the historic center, our apartment is an ideal solution to enjoy a peaceful corner while being in the center of Catania nightlife. ROOMS The sleeping area has been designed to make your stay as pleasant and relaxing as possible. Each room is equipped with modern fixtures, a very comfortable memory foam double bed and a queen-size sofa bed. In addition, each guest will have a workstation for recharging their electronic devices. LIVING ROOM In our spacious and welcoming living area, you can relax reading one of the many books made available for our guests or watch movies and TV series in the 55 "Smart TV, equipped with terrestrial channels and digital" Fire TV "support that will allow you to access to popular streaming platforms like Prime Video, Netflix, Infinity and DAZN. KITCHEN: Our kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances and utensils to meet your every need: stove, refrigerator, oven, coffee maker, kettle, scale, toaster and iron. OUTDOOR SPACE: In our winter garden, in addition to enjoying our fabulous green corner, adorned with beautiful plants, you can also use the washing machine. The Green apartment Catania is located a few steps from the most important tourist attractions of the historic center: Cathedral 400 meters, Roman Theater 50 meters, Ursino Castle 400 meters, Via Crociferi 400 meters, La Pescheria 400 meters, Roman Amphitheater 850 meters, Benedictine Monastery 400 meters, Church of San Nicolò Arena 400 meters. The nearest bus stop is just 50 meters away, and the apartment is 700 meters from the bus station of Piazza Paolo Borsellino, bus departure and arrival point for all the most important destinations of the city and stop of the "Alibus", the bus that allows you to reach the city center from the airport and vice versa. The nearest Metro stop is 1 km away (Stesicoro Station). Step into a home where the minimalist decor is elevated by designer lighting, vintage furnishings, and contemporary art adorning the walls. The apartment is on a top floor 1880 building, NO ELEVATOR (travel light), the location is on the centre of Siracusa (5 min walk from Ortigia and the other amenities of the town) bars restaurants and small and big supermarkets are walking distance (maximum 5 min) . There's one bed room (ask if you need a baby bed) with a double queen size bed. One spacious bathroom and a kitchen. A full furnished apartment with everything you need, coffee maker, kettle, washing machine dishes. The terrace has a unique view, perfect for dinners and an aperitivo at sunset. Over looking on the small bay the east view and the west view overlooking on the mountains, if you're lucky you'll be able to see the Volcano Etna. I use to live on the same floor, in another apartment at the next door Archeological park is 10 min walk, the bus station and train station are 5 min walk, beach and historical sites in less then 10 min walk.

The apartment has a huge terrace facing the seaside where you can dine and enjoy crickets chirping in the sicilian summer nights. For the BBQ lover the apartment offers a BBQ. The living space is luminous, open and spacious. Guests are free to use garden, swimming pool and terrace. The ground floor is inhabited by my lovely parents who take care of everything surrounding the property. They speak german and english, so if you need help they are happy to help you out. The apartment is part of a hilltop villa surrounded by beautiful gardens. Located in a quiet area, it offers a fantastic respite to relax in peace. For everything else, the charming town of Cefalu is just a short drive away. The property is on a hilltop and is 6km from Cefalu town. In town you can find everything you need. The property is immersed in nature and has no supermarket at walking distance. A car is necessary to get around!!
