Total floor area is 50m2. The outlook from the living area and the private outdoor deck is onto Parkwater forest, where you can hear birdsong and feel the nature right on your doorstep.

Hire or bring a bike and explore the many mountain bike trails.

A couch bed is also available. Enjoy a walk or bike ride past Cape Mentelle and Xandadu Vinyards, along the tranquil bush track into town and finish the day watching the sunset at Surfers Point or relaxing with a glass of wine on the deck.

Set amidst forest, wildlife and vineyards, all our Cottages offer fully self-contained accommodation with a private pine-paneled double spa baths and forest views. A 15-minute drive from central Margaret River, it includes free parking on site. The secluded cottages have a full kitchen with a stove, a microwave and kitchenware. Guests can enjoy a meal in the large outdoor barbecue area. Cottages Harmony Forest is a 5-minute walk from the Boranup Forest and a 5-minute drive from Lake Cave.

Freshwater house is a brand new house, architecturally designed with holiday rentals in mind. Set in 8 acres of rolling pasture it looks over a valley and the waterfall on Margaret River. The house is perfect for entertaining , with tables inside and outside that can accommodate at least 10 people. Explore the river that runs through the property, say hello to our farm animals, pick some fruits and vegetables from our kitchen garden, go wildflower hunting, bush walking, 4x4 driving or fishing. we are on the edge of the D'Entrecasteaux National Park and within an hour of many towns in the south west region.

Offshore Ridge

Offshore Ridge is a modern studio situated in the real heart of Margaret River. With 5 minutes to town, 5 minutes to the beach and on the doorstep of Caves road, the main artery to local wineries, spectacular caves, forests, and the rest of all that the Margaret River region has to offer. The studio on top of the ridge, overlooks a valley that has a creek running through, and is home to many kangaroos. The space is private with a bedroom, en-suite and indoor and outdoor living areas.
