Sean was a terrific host, very responsive and kind. We found the bungalow to be clean and in order. The location was great with a quick shop just short walk away and a pub nearby as well.

Richard's home is beyond exceptional and it's an incredible place to stay with your friends/family - my friends and I had a wonderful time re-uniting here. Richard's home has everything you need with 3 bedrooms, each with an ensuite. The garden space is also well equipped with chairs/tables and an ability to have a BBQ! Furthermore - Richard is very pro active with useful local tips and places to checkout and is very communicative. If you're considering to spend time with friends/family, especially if you're from abroad and want to experience an authentic British home - stop looking now, because this is the place for you to be.

The house was our home for a few days celebrating a 70th birthday. The glorious weather helped but the garden spaces with toys and sports equipment provided was great for young and old. Add in the hot tub, bbq and the ample fire pit for the cool evenings and everyone was happy. The house was spacious for 15 of us, with everything provided to cook up a storm and a games room offering a bit of friendly competition when it was needed. We had a great time.

We had a wonderful stay in the lodges while visiting family in the area. Andrea was incredibly helpful from first communication and just the loveliest, most accomodating host. The lodges are idyllic and situated in lovely surroundings with nice walks. We will not hesitate to book again.

This place covers all the bases for a great stay for a big family get together! Excellent communications, nice welcome and then all the things to keep three families from ages 3-16 entertained. Private pool great, Games Room great, Hot Tub was spot on and actually hot (unlike so many that aren't)! Sauna probably needs some renovation love. Bedrooms great, enough space. Devonshire Arms nice food, Halfway House nice beer and vibes. All the ingredients for a place to kick back and have some much needed family time. Highly recommend!

What an amazing house and an amazing host! The attention to detail, the design, the location, the furnishings, the showers and bath, the garden area, all just absolutely stunning! The kitchen was just fabulous! Every detail was thought about. From le creaset ( you know if you know), top of range ovens , coffee machine, even the plates and bowls where luxury at its finest! Every bathroom was beautiful, spacious, equipped with the most wonderful smelling shampoo and conditioner, body wash and hand soaps. This house Just kept giving! The bed was by far the most comfy bed I am ever slept in! The bed sheets smelt so good, felt so good. I am hard to please, but this is the best of the best!!!! This house is tranquil. I just feel so relaxed! Netflix set up and ready for use. It’s the little things that matter and everything was just easy and available! The location was perfect as we had access so many beaches.. I’m running out of words allowance. So il end on saying, just book now!!!

I don't really want to say how great Tom's place is... because if I do it will be so busy I'll never manage to book it again! Lovely flat, great location, love the Scandi chic, and having a glass of wine in the sun on the patio was a perfect way to end the day. Highly recommended!

Perfect location for a visit to Bath. We really enjoyed the walk from the house (along the canal) into the town. Margaret was an awesome host. She let us check-in early, and she left us some fresh milk for our tea and coffee upon arrival. Would definitely stay here again.

The apartment is a characterful and beautiful, well equipped, spacious space which felt relaxing and interesting at the same time. It fulfilled our desire to stay in somewhere that wasn't an ordinary, bland, featureless room. It was filled with curiosities and museum pieces whilst also being comfortable and quite lovely. Très agréable séjour chez Katrina. L’appartement est très beau, très spacieux, très propre et parfaitement équipé Katrina étant absente nous avons été accueillis par Steve qui a été très courtois et très patient avec nous car notre compréhension de l’anglais est très faible. Nous avons été ravis du panier d’accueil (Crumpets, céréales, beurre, confitures), merci encore. Nous avons laissé notre voiture sur la place privé et avons visité Bath à pied depuis la maison (25 minutes du centre), c’est très raide pour remonter mais nous sommes de bons marcheurs et étions ravis de faire du sport. Le chemin vers le centre est super car il domine la ville. Nous avons eu la chance d’avoir un temps magnifique pour profiter du beau jardin. Bref je recommande à 100%

We had a lovely break away, the accommodation had everything we wanted and as described. It was easy and quick to walk into Bath centre while being in a very quiet street. Would recommend.

Stephen and Annette have a lovely home, we enjoyed our stay there over the Easter long weekend. The vibes were really cosy and they were generous with providing some snacks and breakfast items. Stephen even came over to help us figure out heating settings and was really friendly! The area was lovely and peaceful, with a big supermarket about 10-15 min walk away and a cosy cafe for breakfast just down the road. We were also able to get to Bournemouth town centre very easily with a 10-min drive and explored some great stretches of coast quite easily! We really loved our stay and would love to visit again :)

Quality furnishings and super warm welcoming vibe to the apartment. My partner and I felt at home and relaxed during our stay. The only tiny thing would be we struggled to eat meals as there’s no table and chairs in the apartment. Apart from this we really enjoyed our stay.

Wow is all I can say. If we could give 6 stars we would have. Karen and Lee are so attentive, friendly and welcoming. The place is ideal location, quiet and lovely. the place is perfect to stay, the hot tub and garden is so tranquil and peaceful, all the amenities are perfect. The breakfast bits and cooking oil, seasons etc are an added touch! Honestly we loved it here and would definitely return! Thanks both 😃

A beautiful apartment, spotlessly clean, spacious and comfortable and everything you could possibly need for a short stay. The hosts have very thoughtfully anticipated everything their guests might need. Furnished and equipped to a high standard. Really excellent value for money, so much nicer than staying in a pokey hotel but a similar price. Just perfect, thank you.

The property was even more beautiful than the pictures. A perfectly decorated apartment in a nice area with stunning views. Lisa was very communicative and it was a thoroughly enjoyable stay. I would definitely recommend!

Before we arrived at Green Tor, our hosts (both Melanie and David) were extremely helpful and very responsive when asking any questions relating to the property, local activities and amenities, and the welcome booklet within the apartment contains some very good information, including menus of local restaurants. The property itself is absolutely superb! It's beautifully decorated with a high quality finish and attention paid to detail - we loved it! Views of the Jurassic coastline were stunning from the garden. It brings a smile to your face every morning! I can wholeheatedly recommend this property to anyone (especially couples) wanting to visit Lyme Regis. Thank you Melanie and David, we will definitely be returning! (Phil)

We had a great stay at David's place, the whole apartment was so clean & tidy. The apartment is very spacious with everything you need & the beds were very comfy. Cookies, milk & wine in the fridge were much appreciated - Thanks. There is a lovely decked area outside that has the sun all day, with furniture & parasol. Great if you have children as there is a park just through the garden gate. The location was great although there is a bit of a steep hill so we walked down to the seafront & got a taxi back. Great communication from David & I would highly recommend this apartment - we loved it

We had such an amazing get away, it was so relaxing and felt like home. Paul was super helpful, made us feel comfortable and gave a great recommendation for food. Close enough to get to the Beach and town but far enough to enjoy the quiet and relax!

Lovely place, very clean and decorated great. Mike was very easy to deal with, gave lots of recommendations and was on hand if we needed anything. We enjoyed exploring Lyme Regis 👍
