We felt right at home here, kids absolutely loved it, everything you need, fine details from kitchen& laundry appliances, detergent, pots cutlery, towels, extra blankets, kids books and games, hand soap, shower wash, shampoo&conditioner, right down to a wee stamp on the toilet roll! Had a great stay at Marilyn’s place. It had everything I needed, comfortable, clean and warm. Marilyn has been very helpful in assisting me with my questions to make my stay meaningful. Would highly recommend.

Fabulous place to stay - back unit, so nice and quiet. Perfect for the toddler we had with us. Bevan was super helpful when we couldn't locate the TV remote. He found it for us the next day, under the couch! Clear entry instructions and very clear instructions on house rules. Our son and his partner really enjoyed time in the spa outside one night. The kitchen was well appointed and although you are a little out of the city, it is only an easy 5 minute drive.

Excellent location for Christchurch City centre. Very close to the train line but that did not bother us. Also very close to the park, hospital and shopping! Some fantastic food literally at the end of the drive, and superb coffee at Addington Coffee Co-op. Would certainly stay again. Thank you Andy for your help on our first leg of settling in the South Island!
