The swimming pool is situated in the back garden and it is shared with next door Garden House, surrounded by citrus trees with flower & herb beds, all guests are welcome to pick and enjoy them. This gorgeous house is situated only 5 minutes walk from the centre of town in a very beautiful location close to all the historical sites nearby.

The Main House is the largest of the three independent homes at Chariclea Villas Retreat, offering privacy and tranquility in a stunning natural setting. Designed for up to 6 adults and 2 children, it features a cozy living room with a fireplace and panoramic sea views. The spacious dining area and fully-equipped kitchen create the perfect space for memorable meals and gatherings. The property also includes the Eco House and the Guest House, each with its own private entrance and parking area.

There is a dinner table for 4, filter coffee machine, tea machine, electrical stove, washing machine, midi size fridge, and dishwasher. For winter season; jacuzzi is not available.There is a 12 btu air conditioner. In the summer, the city hall's wedding garden is active.There may be noise.
