Craigieburn garden bothy is a glamping-type single room bothy in a lovely 6-acre garden in beautiful Moffatdale, a great location for walkers and cyclists. The garden has woodlands, waterfalls, wildlife and exceptional planting for you to roam in. The bothy has no mains water or electricity so is a real alternative experience, with separate flush toilet and washing facilities. Otherwise all home comforts are provided with double bed, kitchenette and wood-burning stove to create a cosy atmosphere

Highfield cottage is a stone-built house on a hill at Hillhouse Farm Escapes in the Scottish Borders. This old shepherd's house is renovated to a modern & cosy standard. It has a superb kitchen with range cooker and large dining table, a huge lounge and two generous bedrooms (one is en-suite). Best of all is the stunning rural location with incredible views. Mackside is an attractive country house meticulously renovated throughout, located down a 1/2 mile private track. The accommodation is wonderfully light & spacious with an open plan kitchen dining that opens directly into and enclosed garden with patio area, wood fired hot tub, charcoal BBQ, dining area with views over the rolling hills. Upstairs there are 4 bedrooms, 2 can be superking doubles or twins, 1 king double and 1 twin. There are 2 bathrooms upstairs and a shower room downstairs.

Optional wood-fired hot tub – £70 per stay (please book in advance). Pre-light service can be requested but is not always available. Extra logs can be purchased for £15 per bag.
