The Terrace The large terrace offers an exclusive and relaxing space, featuring an automated pergola with dimmable lighting. It is equipped with a table, chairs, a relaxation area, and a utility room with a washing machine, detergents, a drying rack, an ironing board, and an iron. External Services On the ground floor, there is an outdoor shower surrounded by greenery, with both hot and cold water, perfect for refreshing yourself after a day at the beach. The ground floor area, including the driveway and automatic gate, is shared with the owners and serves solely as a passage and uncovered parking. The available bicycles can be freely used to explore the surroundings.
