It's a very comfortable, spacious and nice place, right in the heart of Guatemala City. It has a great view because it's located in the 11th floor. You can find different restaurants, coffee shops, bakeries, shops and touristic places nearby. It has a queen bed, sofa bed, another huge sofa, bathroom with hot water, washer and dryer machine, dining room, a desk where you can work on your computer, Wi-Fi, NETFLIX, HBO and cable TV. There is an EcoFilter for water and a fan. IT INCLUDES PARKING.

The Sabbatical House

Set in a coffee lot by a unique wetland area, this home is about twenty minutes away from Antigua. Still, it feels a world away. You'll spend peaceful days in the lush gardens and walk to the Mayan towns of San Antonio and Santa Catarina Barahona. Should you like, you can also get to know the kids who visit the "Caldo de Piedra" library next door. (Proceeds go to support it.) Pickup and drop-off from Antigua is provided (weekdays, up to 6 pm.-restrictions apply) Nature-, book-friendly.

Azvlik House is located 9 minutes from center Antigua Guatemala. It's situated in a pleasant, walkable gated community surrounded by coffee plantations and abundant nature. 24-hour security is provided. The house blends colonial charm with contemporary touches. Casa Colmena is a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom home a 15 minute walk to Parque Central. It also has a beautiful rooftop terrace with views of all three volcanos. Starlink WiFi as of April 2024. Street parking directly outside of the house is available, more secure parking can be arranged nearby for an additional cost.
