We hebben een geweldige tijd gehad in het appartement van Filippo. Gary was een erg fijne en behulpzame gastheer. Hij gaf ons goede tips voor de omgeving en restaurants in de buurt. Het appartement is lekker ruim en mooier dan op de fotos. Verder is de ligging super, erg rustig en prachtig uitzicht tussen de druiven en olijfbomen. Elke dag hoorden we bijeneters overvliegen ;D We hadden geluk met het weer, het was heerlijk zonnig waardoor we bijna elke dag het zwembad hebben kunnen gebruiken (al was deze nog wel wat fris ;)). We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful property just outside Florence. The location was perfect—peaceful and scenic, yet only a short drive to the center. The house was spotless, well-equipped, and full of character, with breathtaking views of the Tuscan countryside. Antonio was incredibly welcoming and responsive, making sure we had everything we needed. It was the perfect base for exploring Florence and the surrounding area. Highly recommended—we would absolutely stay here again!

The accommodations were exactly as described. The home was beautiful, clean and comfortable. Giancarla & Donatello were wonderful hosts and even went and picked up pizzas for us due to a late train. The kitchen was fully stocked and the linens and towels were great quality. The outdoor space was so peaceful and provided beautiful views of the Tuscan hills. The location was perfect for exploring both Florence and the Tuscany area and Donatello told us about a beautiful monastery. Our entire visit was perfect and I would highly recommend.

Great stay with our young family, the house had everything we needed including outdoor space; the tree house was a great hit with our 4 year old. Beniamino was very responsive when we arrived a little earlier than check in time and was happy to let us in the house as it was ready. His mother also welcomed us and was very friendly. Good location not too far from the sights of Florence but very glad we had a car. Thankyou for a lovely stay. Would recommend.

Cosimo was the best of hosts! He was very responsive and helpful leading up to our visit. The instructions were clear and we were able to access his beautiful property easily. The house was a gem! Such attention to detail and care for the building and the comforts of the guests. We enjoyed a wonderful five nights and visited Florence, Tuscany and Portovenere. Fiesole was a great spot for good dinner and sunsets. Just a perfect spot away from the fray. We hope to be back some day.

Sehr schöne Wohnung in super zentraler Lage nur wenige Gehminuten vom Dom entfernt. Trotzdem ist die Wohnung absolut ruhig. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet.

Fantastische Lage, die Dachterasse mit 360°-Panorama-Blick ist wirklich atemberaubend. Die Wohnung ist mit vielen liebevollen Details dekoriert und wirklich etwas Besonderes (allerdings nichts für Menschen, die mit Treppen nicht zurecht kommen). Im obersten Stock kann man sowohl draußen als auch drinnen sitzen und hat einen phänomenalen Rundumblick über Florenz. Einziges kleines Manko: Die Küchenschränke könnten mal wieder geleert werden, da haben die Vorbesucher ein paar Reste hinterlassen. Ansonsten aber wirklich eine Superwahl, Federico kümmert sich fantastisch, antwortet schnell und ist sehr hilfsbereit und flexibel.

We hebben een fijn verblijf gehad. Het uitzicht was echt prachtig en Chiara was zeer vriendelijk, behulpzaam en gastvrij. De kinderen konden heerlijk spelen in de mooie ruime tuin.

Franco & family were outstanding hosts. Helped us with reservations & shopping recommendations. You must visit his leather stores. We all bought gorgeous coats & bags. Apt. Was beautiful in great location. Wish we could stay longer. Do not hesitate to book this.

Amazing find in Florence. The place feels like an authentic Italian home. There is plenty of room for a big family to sprawl out and enjoy themselves. The kitchen is well equipped and has everything you could need if you wanted to cook or at least make your morning coffee. The host was fantastic and very responsive, even helping us arrange for a cab at 4:00am the next day to the airport. Location wise, you can't find a better spot for your time in Florence. You are near all of the attractions, shopping, and have plenty of great food options close by. Everything that isn't close by, is a simple 10 minute walk in any direction. The location makes exploring the city that much easier and enjoyable. I would stay again during my next visit to Florence.

We have stayed in two of Francesco’s apartments and they were both wonderful! Very quiet, felt safe (locked doors and lots of security cameras), powerful AC, very spacious and private. We will only stay in his apartments when we visit Florence!

Me and my wife stayed there for 9 days. That was a great time and right decision not to stay in Florence. It is easy to get to the city but also you can sit and relax on a huge balcony enjoying the view of Florence. The apartment itself is huge and beautiful - living room, sun room and a balcony. Cannot thank Lapo enough for all the help he did for us. We had an issue with a local business (completely our fault) and he did everything and even more to solve the problem. We felt like his family members and it was our home during all our stay. Did not have any issues or noise or anything - cannot complain. Having a private parking is a big plus and convenience. We will definitely stay at the apartment again when we are in Florence.

Luca’s units are a family fave. In fact it is our 3rd time staying with him and always, we have a wonderful experience. His interiors, furnitures and the design are always premium. The unit is very very centrally located. You can’t beat his apartment locations always. And we know being our 3rd time with him. The apartments are very private and secure. And he has always been responsive and always gives good restaurant suggestions, This stay, he went the extra mile with a specific request that I had and this was sincerely and greatly appreciated. For sure, there will be a 4th time back in this lovely city of Firenze and definitely in Luca’s apartments.

Großes, älteres Haus mit toller Atmosphäre. Tommaso nahm sich Zeit für uns und war jederzeit für unsere Anliegen erreichbar. Der Weg zur nächsten Hauptstraße und zur Busstation führt ca. 10 Autominuten über eine enge, kurvenreiche und unübersichtliche Straße, die etwas Übung erfordert. Insgesamt sehr schöner Aufenthalt, aber im Vergleich relativ teuer.

La maison est vraiment magnifique et spacieuse dans un environnement paisible, le jardin est superbe et la vue exceptionnelle. Elle est idéalement située pour pour visiter les villes et villages de Toscane. Alec et Cristina sont charmants, ils nous ont accueillis avec un apéritif généreux (fromages, gateaux, chocolats, fruits et vin). Ils ont été très réactifs pour répondre à nos demandes. Nous avons passé un séjour parfait en famille

If you are looking for authenric Tuscany experience this is it from the beautiful villa and the view to furnitue and other little details. It is secluded, paeceful and ful of character. You will love your stay here and Cesare is a great host.

We spent two weeks at Livio's villa. It is a beautiful place, very well taken care of, nicely furnished, comfortable and with all the useful amenities for a family stay. Very clean, comfortable beds, in a quiet park, surrounded by large trees which provided a nice shade in the hot summer days. There is no AC, but we did not feel it was necessary, even with 35 degrees outside. Th walls are thick and keep a nice coolness. It is very conveniently situated, 25 km from Florence, little distance to most interesting places in Chianti region. We traveled a lot, every day and managed to visit most of the region within day trips. There is a supermarket 8 km away and a local store (fresh bread, good salami and other necessary items for breakfast and quick meals) within walking distance. Very nice restaurants in the area, reachble by car. As a plus, a beautiful sunset view from the terrace of the park. In few words, it was perfect for our family with two children. Alaso, Livio was very helpful

We spent a week at Il Vichiaccio and I already miss the house. The house was perfect for a family of 5 adults. We felt immediately at home, had all what we needed. The location and views are awsom, even more beautiful than in the pictures. Plenty of great wineries and restaurants in the ares. Beatrice is a great host, answered every question we had, gave us recommendations and even helped us when our daughter didn't feel well. We strongly recommend!

Me and my father stayed at this beautiful oasis for a few nights. We got clear instructions ahead of time of how to check in, along with local recommendations. Cristina was so sweet and helpful during our stay. We simply loved it! Especially the many beautiful Iris flowers that were blooming in the garden :)

Das Haus ist wunderschön, super gut eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Der Pool ist gross, der Außenbereich richtig schön und gemütlich. Ist alles da, was man braucht. Gastgeber Marco ist sehr zuverlässig, super freundlich und der Pizzaabend mit ihm war ein besonderes Highlight. Seine Tipps für Ausflüge waren ebenfalls sehr hilfreich. Wir haben eine wunderbare und äusderdt erholsame Woche verbracht.

Wirklich tolle Unterkunft in Montespertoli. Alles wie auf den Bildern zu sehen - super gemütliches aber trotzdem grosszügigrs Haus mit einer super Ausstattung. Mega Garten mit einem super schönen Pool mit Blick über die hügelige Toskana Landschaft. Wir waren zu 5 mit 2 Hunden und haben die Tage sehr genossen. Die im Nebenhaus wohnende Haushälterin ist super und hatte immer ein offenes Ohr für alles. Sehr schöne Umgebung - ideal um die Toskana intensiv zu erleben.
