Great place to stay! Building is easy to find using Google Maps! Very walkable area and located next to all the luxury shopping stores! Street performers played at night nearby making it feel magical! It’s not more than about a 10 min walk to all the major tourist sites! Washer was very nice to have!

Isabella’s property is unique! Walking distance from all the main attractions of the city, splendid neighborhood experience, excellent connections to all bus, train and air transportation. Perfect facility for a perfect stay!

Place is clean and cute! Close proximity to duomo, great shopping, and eateries! Host is very responsive and great! Prime location with easy checkin and elevators plus AC which I realized as an American traveling Europe is not common so it was a great feature. Also unit has a washer which is great. A cute kitchen with a big fridge, Would recommend staying here.

Gianca was very responsive! The location was great and right in the middle of everything. The apartment was cozy and clean, just like the pictures advertised. We would definitely stay again.

Location location location! Walkable from the train station and central to all the main sights. We were met by Eleonora for an easy check in. Apartment has some low(ish) doorways so if you're over 6ft you may need to duck. All adds to the charm! Note that being central also means occasional noise at night from the restaurants downstairs, however there are ear plugs provided. Overall a great stay and recommend.

The host is super responsive and provides us all the necessary instructions required to find the location and do the check-in. the apartment is very close to the train station and is extremely walkable to all other major sights of Florence. the apartment itself is large and has 2 bathrooms which most hotels also don't have. The only thing is it requires climbing a short set of stairs as there is no elevator facility. Very good value for money.

We recently had the pleasure of staying in a large open-plan apartment that exceeded all our expectations! The highlight was the huge luxury couch, perfect for lounging after a day of exploring. The apartment was fresh and clean, equipped with everything you could possibly need with a lovely outdoor area. Its prime location near a variety of lovely restaurants and direct access to public transport and parking made it incredibly convenient. The host was outstanding—responsive, helpful, and genuinely kind. Their recommendations for local dining spots were spot on, and we highly enjoyed every meal. The comfortable large bed ensured a restful night's sleep. Overall, we highly recommend this apartment and would not hesitate to book it again in the future. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Exceptional in everyway. One of the most beautiful homes I have ever stayed. Additionally, Antella is a lovely town and only a short distance from Firenze. It is the best of all worlds, living in the countryside only a short distance from one of the most beautiful cities in the world. I must also add that Bianca and Andreas are two of the nicest people you will ever meet. An incredible place.

This 500 year old house is ideally situated in Tuscany and the Chianti region. It is a perfect place for day trips to other towns, for wine, tasting excursions, and for visiting Florence. The idyllic setting gives you a sense of country life in Italy, and the views from the patio and house are stunning. There are spectacular wineries within 5 to 10 minutes of the house. We found the house very comfortable and enjoyed our stay very very much. Rose and Pier couldn’t have been more helpful in planning our stay and excursions. We found through them fabulous restaurants, and wineries that we would not have discovered on our own. They were also incredibly responsive when we had questions. Our only confusion about the house was that the listing showed three bathrooms, but one was in the laundry room in a separate building . Just something to know. Thank you to Rose for a lovely vacation ! It was the perfect place to explore Tuscany from!

Une expérience magique! La maison est très confortable et le décor bucolique. Malgré la Météo défavorable nous y avons été vraiment bien. Silvia et ses parents (sur place, dans l’autre aile de la maison) ont été très attentifs à nos besoins tout en étant très discrets. Merci à eux! Un grand bravo pour la qualité des équipements (surtout la literie!)

Ich hatte die Unterkunft von Roberta für eine Übernachtung für die Durchreise gebucht. Roberta war sehr nett, hilfsbereit und bot mir am nächsten Morgen sogar einen Kaffee an :) Allerdings muss man einschränkend sagen, mit einem SUV würde ich die Unterkunft nicht noch einmal buchen. Die Straße im Ort ist teilweise sehr schmal und die letzten Abzweigungen Richtung Grundstück waren kaum zu bewältigen, ohne das Auto (in meinem Fall BMW X3) zu beschädigen.

Ho soggiornato per 2 notti con la mia ragazza , appartamento comodo, zona molto riparata e facilità di comunicazione con l Host che si è mostrata sin da subito disponibile. Punto forte la terrazza fuori col tavolo dove poter mangiare all aperto in totale tranquillità.

Sabrina ist eine sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeberin. Sie hat bei Fragen sehr schnell und klar geantwortet. Wir haben uns in der Wohnung schnell wohl gefühlt. Sie ist besonders, aufgrund der ausgestellten Kunst. Die Betten waren etwas hart, aber das ist Geschmackssache. Wir hatten eine tolle Woche in der Wohnung. Vielen Dank Sabrina! 😄

L'appartamento è molto bello e pulito. La cosa che ci ha colpite maggiormente è stata la bellissima vista sul centro di Firenze che vedevamo dalle finestre. Inoltre, essendo situato in centro, è molto comodo per spostarsi a piedi perché si ha tutto a portata di mano. C'è anche un supermercato sotto casa e si è a due passi dagli Uffizi. La casa era molto pulita e Serena è stata sempre disponibile per qualsiasi esigenza avessimo. Consiglio vivamente il soggiorno in questo appartamento!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We had a wonderful stay at Sara's house, which is perfectly located just across from the Florence station—talk about location, location, location! The place was spotless and had plenty of space for our family of three. We were warmly welcomed by Marco, Sara's husband, who made us feel right at home. Our 6-year-old absolutely loved the loft area, which was a fun little retreat for her. It truly felt like we were living like locals in Italy! Plus, having a Carrefour supermarket and several restaurants nearby made our stay even more convenient. Overall, we loved our experience and would highly recommend Sara's place to anyone visiting Florence. Thank you for a fantastic stay!

Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen! Das Haus liegt traumhaft auf einem Hügel mit altem Baumbestand und hat ganz viel Charme. Die Wohnung ist geräumig, super sauber und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Man ist mit der Bahn in 15 Minuten in Florenz und mit dem Auto in einer Stunde z.B. in Pisa oder Siena. Trotzdem liegt das Haus super ruhig und man hat einen traumhaften Ausblick. Da wir mit dem E-Auto da waren, haben wir auch die Ladesäule auf dem Parkplatz genutzt. Diese war recht langsam und brach den Ladevorgang immer mal wieder ab, alles in allem hat es aber funktioniert. Die Zufahrt zum Haus ist sehr schmal, wir hatten aber nie Gegenverkehr, da eine zweite Straße als Einbahnstraße bergab führt und die Anwohner scheinbar die andere Zufahrt nur nutzen, um hinauf zu kommen.

We had a great stay in this comfortable, clean apartment. It is near many landmarks and close to the Central Market so we could shop to cook at home - the kitchen was well stocked with dishes etc. The rooftop patio was an amazing place to sit and eat while looking at the Duomo. Our host offered some restaurant suggestions that we tried and they were very good. I would definitely stay here again.

The area was centrally located, with fantastic restaurants and major sites walkable distance. The train station is a 20-minute walk. The outdoor space was a nice place to have coffee. The only thing to note is that the well-equipped bathroom is long and narrow, which might be an issue for a larger person.

산타마리아 노벨라 역에서 캐리어 끌고 걸어갈 만한 위치입니다. 더군다나 Cosimo가 숙소 앞에서 기다리고 있어 쉽게 찾을 수 있었습니다. 엘리베이터가 없어 캐리어 옮길 때 불편한데 체크인 날에는 Cosimo가 숙소까지 옮겨줘서 괜찮았습니다. 숙소는 욕실뿐만 아니라 모든 공간이 깨끗하고 잘 정돈되어 있었습니다. 이 부분이 가장 마음에 들었습니다. 샴푸가 없어 Cosimo 에게 문의했는데 빠르게 응답해줬고 좋은 음식점이나 카페들을 추천해줬습니다. 처음에 열쇠로 문을 열때 어려웠는데 요령이 생기면서 쉽게 열 수 있었습니다. Cosimo 에게 잘 배워두는 게 좋을 것 같습니다. 숙소 바로 옆에는 항상 사람들이 줄 서있는 식당이 있었는데 가보지는 못했고 길 건너에는 산타마리아 노벨라 약국이 있습니다. 다음에 피렌체에 간다면 다시 머물고 싶을만큼 만족스러운 숙소였습니다.

We had a two night stay at Lorenzo’s apartment which was very easy to find and incredibly central for all the tourist areas. Apartment was very well furnished, clean and had a view of the Duomo too. Lorenzo was available to answer any questions we had regarding best local restaurants which was very handy. Thanks !
