The condo is just off the Nimman neighborhood of Chiang Mai so there’s a lot of restaurants and shopping in easy walking distance. It’s a bit far off from the city center though so you may want a Grab if you want to see that. The room itself is pretty nice and has a washer in the room. The rooftop pool is fairly small so don’t expect to swim laps there. Only potential problem is the building seems to have started cracking down on short term rentals. We didn’t have any problems, but did see security watching us from the stairs on check-in and taking pictures of cars and residents

We really enjoyed our stay, the place was perfect for our 2 weeks in Chiang Mai. The apartment is well equipped and super quiet. The building is well maintained and clean. Conveniently located with lots of restaurants and bars around. The gym and the swimming pool were a nice plus! Would definitely come back!

We really enjoyed staying at Stone's place. So tastefully decored, we felt relaxed right away. To our surprise we even had 2 times cleaner, wow!! Stone was very responsive every time we contacted him. In the ground floor there is washing machines with dryer, also small shop. So everything you need is in the condominium. The apartment is close to Nimman (about 15 min) and nice University park. If you are staying here, I recommend nearby restaurant "Boat", lovely environment with great music and coffee.

Had a great stay at Liv Nimman. It’s a very good BnB with access to gym and pool. The room is very cozy and has a nice balcony. Room is very spacious and is enough for two people. I really wish they can have salt, pepper and oil for some basic cooking especially since they have a nice kitchen. The pool is cold so can’t really swim but maybe warmer in summer months.

非常非常便利的社区！楼下走路2-3分钟就是Big C 周三到周六还有小夜市 很安全 24小时保安 我们自己租了车也有停车位 安保人员超级nice 整个社区真的是太舒适方便了，体验当地人的生活。路口大711后面有个小炒摊 连吃了三天 下次去清迈还会来住的！ 房东小姐姐人超好，知道我们有租车特意等我们给我送停车票，还给我私家攻略，推荐的小区里的咖啡和附近的马杀鸡都超好的！ 很愉快的经历😄

숙소는 사진처럼 청소와 정리정돈이 잘 되어있어 깔끔하지만 관리가 잘 되지않은 듯 노후가 좀 된 것처럼 보인다. 숙소위치상 햇빛이 잘 들지 않았고, 창문 너머 밖에 다니는 사람이 보인다. 그래도 편의시설 이용하거나 외출할 땐 너무 편하게 지냈다. 수건이 있다고 표시되어 있었는데, 없어서 따로 사서 썼었다. 이용할 사람은 확인을 한번 더 해볼 필요가 있다.

The apartment is exactly what you need for exploring the Nimman area and close to other attractions in Chiang Mai. We arrived just after the 2025 earthquake and there was some damage to a water pipe that meant we couldn't stay for the first few days while it was getting fixed. Meena arranged a fantastic alternative for us to stay in and had great communication throughout. I highly recommend Meena as a host and her place when you visit Chiang Mai.

就在CentralFestivalChiangmai后面 ，走路五分钟就到了，白天公寓还有来往商场的高尔夫球车，非常方便。虽然远离宁曼路和古城这些景点，但是打车非常方便，Grabmoto优惠后只需45฿左右。Grabfood也有很多选择，凌晨还能点到好吃的海南鸡饭。但是外卖只能送到门卫室，要下楼拿。非常安全，24小时门卫值班，进入公寓大楼有三道门禁。一楼的花园非常漂亮，拍照特别出片，窗外的合欢花长得特别茂盛。一楼有泳池，健身房，会客室，桑拿可以使用，很值得一天时间在公寓里面使用这些公共设施放松一下。公寓离椰林夜市也特别近。下次来清迈还会选择入住这里。PS.我的照片全都是OPPOReno13实拍无滤镜无广角，给大家参考。

Booked this apartment fairly last minute as to meet up with my son who was travelling and staying in the same apartments. I was worried as heard a few others mention noise, but there was no problem. There is building work happening around, but it doesn’t disturb anything. The apartment is exactly like the photos. There is everything you need and it is spotlessly clean too. It also has a great spot in the apartment block with sun most of the day. Having the pools is an added bonus and I used them everyday. The shopping centre and eateries are literally across the bridge, 5 minutes away and in the opposite direction, 7/11 for everything you need and more food places. I would definitely stay here again in a heartbeat

위치는 최고였고, security도 보장되어있고,욕실 수압도 좋았고, 비행기 소음도 크게 문제가 없었습니다. 치앙마이에 다시 온다면 또 한번 선택할 예정입니다.

I had a fantastic stay here! The apartment was very clean and had everything I needed from coffee to water to snacks. Lin went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and addressed all of my questions promptly. The service was exceptional.

The apartment was spotless and welcoming, great location right next to the biggest mall in Chiang Mai, the hosts were very reponsive and extremely helpful. This apartment will make you feel at home while on vacation. Highly recommended.

The location is not far from Chiang Mai university. Better to rent a motorbike to explore the city. . The whole building is under the airplanes routes, in the evening there will be frequents flights taking off, after midnight till early morning, it’s quiet. Overall, it’s a pleasant stay, cozy and bright, size is good for two people.

Very nice apartment near a bunch of shops and restaurants. Nice view from the balcony as well. Would highly recommend for a stay in Chiang Mai!

Lovely house with all the home amenities you need during your travel. The house is clean, beds are comfortable, aircon work well and amenities are provided by the host. Check in was easy and instructions was clear. Location wise isn't the best. Although it is located close to Central Festival. it is a long and not a pleasant walk especially under the brutal Thailand sun. There are a couple of local shops 3 minutes walk. You would need to either have your own transport or use Grab to get to places. Overall the place is nice, clean and comfortable. We enjoyed our stay at Panot's property.

This was my first time using Airbnb, and I was extremely satisfied. The host was very easy to communicate with, and even when I had a car accident during my stay, he was helpful in answering my questions about the situation. It was really comforting to have someone I could ask about Thailand while staying in Chiang Mai. The house was very private, spotless, and I woke up every morning to the sound of birds, which was such a peaceful experience. I'm already thinking about coming back to Chiang Mai, and I would highly recommend this place to anyone. Thank you.

The house was nice and big in a quiet location. We enjoyed our stay. The only down side was the pool was quite farther away than we expected.

Dit was alweer de derde keer dat we in Em's studio verbleven, dit keer voor 6 weken. Het is een kleine studio met een fijne buitenruime en een verzorgde groene tuin met o.a. bananen- en jackfruitbomen. We hebben genoten van de vogels, vlinders en eekhoorns. We houden van de levendigheid van Chiang Mai maar verblijven graag in een wat dorpser omgeving buiten de stad en daar is Em's studio perfect voor. Alle voorzieningen zijn aanwezig: eettentjes, supermarkten en je fietst zo naar de Ping rivier en tussen de rijstvelden. De perfecte combinatie van rust en vermaak. Em reageert snel en denkt proactief. De was-droogcombinatie die dit jaar tijdens ons verblijf werd geïnstalleerd was een fijne extra. Em zorgt dat je van het vliegveld wordt opgehaald en aan het eind van je verblijf weer netjes wordt weggebracht. Tussendoor zijn Em of Irin goed bereikbaar als je een vraag hebt. We hebben weer genoten en de studio voor volgend jaar alweer gereserveerd.

清迈一行十天，选择在这边住了此次行程最后两晚，宁静而惬意。我们一行10人在这个美好的别墅度过除夕夜和大年初一，竟然还看到了春晚，分外惊喜。整个别墅阳光充足、干净整洁、规划合理、设施一应俱全。我们四个家庭白天在一起聊天喝茶、画画写生、烹制食物，晚上每个家庭各自占据一个屋子休息相互不影响。房东从我预定成功那一刻就开始各种温馨提示，并严谨的确认每个细节，期间来自我们的各种提问都及时耐心回复。这里配有一个泰国本地的保姆，语言上虽有些障碍但朴实可爱，蹬着自行车为我们买来早餐食材，哈哈感动。小区外的有机餐厅是惊喜，分量大得惊人，正餐和饮料都好吃到不行，价格也不贵，同时能享受到好的食材和味道，真是美好～值得一去再去。负责送机的泰国司机每次都会一再确认行程，并提前将近半个小时就到别墅门口等候，让人信赖不已。小区离古城略远，如果白天想出去热闹的地方荡，需要提前约好车，仅此一点需要注意。
