Beau séjour dans ce logement. Dommage que la suite 1 manque de luminosité mais nous avons appréciés se prélasser sur le roof top et la piscine très agréable Le logement est très bien situé à 10 min du centre. Très pratique pour toutes les commodités quotidienne. L’hôte a été très arrangeant sur notre heure d’arrivée et l’heure de départ. Belle décoration bohème des lieux, Logement à recommander si vous recherchez une immersion dans la vie mexicaine

We had some issues during our stay but Ivan immediately resolved them. Ivan responds quickly and is there to help. The location is great, you can easily walk to many places. Downside is the restaurant in building. At night once you close the bedroom door you don’t hear it as much but do bring a noise machine or earplugs if you are sensitive. Loved that there was a desk and office chair to work at.

The place is better than described. Clean and the host Erick is very responsive at all times. He had a list of recommendations and was very accommodating. Also there is plenty of space for the price. Excellent Airbnb experience.

Such a beautiful, unique location we stayed in the city, so it was nice to have a couple days out in the jungle definitely will return!! The hosts are amazing!! It’s easier to find before it gets dark. After that super easy to find. Recommend for a break away from the fast pace life.

El apartamento es perfecto , cerca de restaurantes y de la 5ta Avenida, Erika siempre respondiendo las dudas, la unica observacion la entrada de estacionamiento no es para carros grandes o camionetas y el edificio por fuera esta deteriorado, pero fuera de esto, todo muy bien!!!

Our stay at Carmen's was incredible. It is right in the heart of all the action in Playa del Carmen. Literally seconds to the beach. You are in the middle of the shopping. You can walk to Starbucks, 7-11 and even McDonalds (if you want that). The house is a great size with 2 large bedrooms, each having their own beautiful bathrooms with huge walk in showers. Everything we needed was in the large kitchen. it felt like an authentic Mexican house. We felt at home there. You are secure behind an entry gate. Sit on the front porch area and enjoy a coffee/drink or take in your private pool in the back in full seclusion from everyone. The local people are amazing (go to Donalds place across the way! he's great!!). We felt so safe and accepted. There have been comments about not being able to flush toilet paper. This is not specific to Carmen's home. This is just something done in the area. I'm Canadian and used to this in our northern cottages. Not a big deal. She even provides a safe!

Wow, BOOK it now! We loved our Spring Break retreat here. The sprawling house is amazing. It was perfect for our 2 families (9 ppl - 4 adults, 5 teen or preteens). We had enough room to spread out but all connect in the amazing spots throughout the property. The house setup gives lots of flexibility to accommodate variety of guests. The porch is awesome. The pool and waterfall are relaxing. The cenote is truly uniques. The support team (Ruth - housekeeper and Rafael - handyman, grounds) are a superb extra perk. We coordinated for a bfast and dinner by Ruth and perfecto. They treat the property and guests with real caring. The location is convenient for all types of activities. We couldn't have asked for more and highly recommend.

We had a great time with our son and his family of 8. Plenty of room for all of us. The beds were comfy, plenty of towels. The kids loved swimming in the pool but it was a little chilly for the adults. The water heater could be turned up for showers & washing dishes—there is no dishwasher which I didn’t realize but was not a problem. The location is great, easy walk to many restaurants and the main road to watch the sunset and a Soriana grocery. We felt very safe. When walking turn right leaving the house, first night we went left and it was a busy road and no sidewalk. Fabiola was great! Very helpful, answered all questions very promptly. Will return!!

The house is very spacious, comfortable, clean, organized, and well-equipped with everything you need. It's located in a strategic area, close to the boardwalk, the park, and the ferry dock. It's also close to the main market and many restaurants of all kinds. The neighborhood is quiet and safe. Communication with Mariano was excellent and fast. He's an excellent host, and I definitely recommend the place. We'll be back.

We felt right at home at Maribel's place. It was clean, and comfortable, peaceful, and private. We would definitely stay again.

Location, location, location. The rooftop pool was great, restaurants were all nearby and grocery stores were all within walking distance. Other than a glitch early in our vacation we had a tremendous time. The condo was small but had everything you would need for a month's stay. The patio was outstanding. I would recommend Grisell's condo to anyone.

El alojamiento se acomodo exactamente a lo que buscábamos, si quieres moverte entre varios municipios o distritos de la Riviera maya este lugar es el indicado. Muy cerca a la 5ta avenida y cercana a mamita Beach. El parqueadero y la comunicación de Carlos fue efectiva. Lo mejor de todo es que es el proceso fue extremadamente confiable.

Nagyon tetszett az egész családnak a lakás berendezése , hangulatos. Szépen felújította Nicoletta. Kedves , hogy társasjátékok és vizi játékok is vannak bekészítve a vendégeknek . Hűtött vízzel és kávéval vártak minket. A sok medence és a szép kert illetve a nagy tersz tetszett a legjobban . Nagyon otthonos a lakás , biztosan jövünk még .

we stayed in this condo for 25 weeks! Great for long stay great water pressure and hot water. Wifi was extremely dependable and fast for videos and working. Safe, quiet, excellent staff on premises. Well stocked, good air conditioning. Roof top pool was a great addition with nice breezes to cool off. We watched many sunsets and sunrises! We would not hesitate to book again. Thank you for making this our home away from home!

Jorge was a great responsive host! Location was good with lots of options of stores and restaurants. Highly recommend!
