We had a wonderful stay at Piero’s villa! Quiet, coz, beautiful surroundings ! It was exactly what we needed after the hustle and bustle of Rome and Florence. Piero is an excellent host. He went above and beyond to help us. He drove us to the market and to train station on the day of a holiday when transportation was scarce. I would highly recommend this gem!

We hebben ontzettend genoten van ons verblijf. Het huisje en tuin zijn geweldig. Ook de parkeerplaats is een groot pluspunt. Perfecte plek om te verblijven als je naar Bologna gaat.

One of the best vacation rental experiences I have ever had. The house was beautiful and we had plenty of space for the whole family. Federica was amazing and had stocked the kitchen with plenty of breakfast items and snacks. The house does have lots of stairs but the elevator goes to all floors for anyone with mobility issues. We would absolutely recommend this home for anyone who wants to experience a grand Italian city home.

The apartment is very spacious and cozy. It was very clean and it is located in a small and quiet village. It could have a few pots to make cooking easier but the rest was great. The owners were very kind and responsive.

Abbiamo trascorso qualche giorno con mia moglie e il cane nella struttura di Riccardo e l'esperienza è stata eccezionale . Spazi ampi , appartamento attrezzato perfettamente , giardino personale , ambiente amichevole ,.....come essere a casa . The property exceeded our expectations . A clean and quiet apartment with a fantastic terrace area to sit outside. The location was perfect for us as it is only a 10 to 15 minute walk from the centre of town. There are a number of great local cafes on the walk to the centre and truly amazing architecture on the way. Roberta was always responsive with any enquiries we had and check in went very smoothly. I would definitely stay here again if I come back to Bologna!

Appartement très bien situé pour accéder rapidement à la gare et au centre ville, confortable, très calme, extrêmement propre et parfaitement équipé. Franca nous a très cordialement accueillis et a pris le temps de nous donner des conseils ( restaurants, commerces, visites). Merci pour tout.

Exceptional location in the heart of the city center. It's a well appointed one bedroom with easy access from the train station and airport. The space is clean and comfortable. This was my second stay and my choice location when I return to Bologna again.

Superbe séjour chez Andrea, appartement autant fonctionnel que rempli de charme! Le quartier est parfait pour un séjour en couple, l’ultra centre est facile d’accès et la rue super calme! Réservez les yeux fermés!

Points positifs : 1/ très bien situé, un peu à l’écart du centre touristique, mais à 2 pas de la via Zamboni et à 10 mn à pieds de la piazza Maggiore ; 2/ appartement bien équipé, confortable et propre ; 3/ Mirko est très accommodant, sympathique et donne de très bons conseils sur Bologne qu’il connaît très bien. Points négatifs : il n’y en a pas !

L’appartement est beau, très bien équipé, propre et fonctionnel. Le nécessaire pour le petit déjeuner est fourni, et dans le quartier on trouve des épiceries. L’appartement est à 10 minutes à pied de la gare. Piazza Maggiore est à 25 minutes de marche en ligne droite. Seul bémol : le bar en dessous de l’appartement et sa terrasse qui se trouve sous les fenêtres de la chambre. Les bruits métalliques forts, probablement des chaises et des tables déplacées sans soin sur le plancher en céramique, des portes métalliques claquées avec force, sont dérangeants jusqu’à très tard dans la nuit, parfois jusqu’à 2h30. S’y ajoutent les discussions animées, la musique forte parfois, la diffusion de prière certains matins dès 7h et la forte odeur de chicha sur la terrasse qui empêche d’ouvrir les fenêtres. Pour le touriste de passage avec de bons bouchons pour les oreilles la nuit ça va, surtout que l’appart est impeccable. Cela doit être pénible et usant à long terme pour le voisinage.

Le logement est très spacieux, confortable et bien équipé. La vue autour du logement était incroyable entre les vignes et les collines. Gianluca est un hôte très discret et a été réactif lors de nos demandes. je recommande ce logement

Wir waren zu siebt in der Unterkunft und hatten eine super Zeit. Die große Wohnung mit ihren zwei Bädern lag perfekt zwischen Hauptbahnhof und Innenstadt. Wir wurden freundlich empfangen und alles war sauber. Gerne wieder!

Appartamento come da descrizione, rifornito di tutto l'essenziale. Zona comoda per visitare il centro storico nonchè molto vicina a tutti i servizi di prima necessità. Josefina è stata da subito molto gentile nel venire incontro alle nostre esigenze. Abbiamo trascorso un ottimo soggiorno.

Smaller apartment in an old building but renovated and modern, had all the amenities, as described, great location right at the end of center, walkable to all the places and close to the bus stops.

Casa molto curata e pulita. Buona la posizione. Molto bene attrezzata e fornita di tutto il necessario, carta igienica, sapone, finanche zucchero caffè e tutto ciò di cui si necessita.Unica pecca il parcheggio nn smp facile da trovare e i rumori del condominio, un po' fastidiosi dato il piano terra. Nel complesso consigliato.

host molto gentile e disponibile. letto e cuscini comodi, casa nuova e molto curata nei dettagli. posizione ottima e strategica.. si lascia la macchina nei parcheggi vicini e ci si sposta ovunque comodamente a piedi e centro storico a 400mt molto bello. colazione con prodotti artigianali e ricca, ti fa sentire a casa..l'host infine ci ha anche consigliato un ottimo ristorante. vengo spesso a carpi e adiacente al centro è il migliore che abbia trovato per rapporto qualità e prezzo. super consigliato.
