Our stay at Casa Valencia was fantastic .The house was impeccably clean and it is perfectly situated for our event. Douglas was very responsive to our questions and quickly addressed minor issues during our stay.Moises , the property care taker was very helpful & responsive during our stay .He truly went above and beyond to ensure we are comfortable throughout our stay. This place is Highly recommended !

Habitación nueva, limpia, ordenada y equipada. Excelente ubicación hacia el aeropuerto y comercial Mundo Maya, con amplio parqueo. Cerca hay un lugar de renta de carros. Muy recomendado!!

el lugar es nuevo y cómodo, es perfecto si vas a estar una sola noche para salir a conocer sus alrededores "tikal ". y super cerca del aeropuerto (caminando) no hay mucho que hacer en sus alrededores, debes tomar taxi para ir a la isla de las flores si deseas tener algo de diversión.

Safe Space. Located close (walking distance) the the Mundo Maya Airport and the Metro Plaza that has restaurants, shopping area and super market for stocking up on water, snacks and other necessities.

Un buen sitio en general, hay áreas compartidas donde se puede socializar con otros huéspedes.

We really enjoyed our stay. Everything met the description and the host was very responsive and helpful with our requests. The location is perfect to exploring Flores.

Nadia’s place was everything we needed for our stay. The room was large and comfortable with nice linens. The kitchen was extremely well stocked, even had a little air fryer. The living room was comfortable and has fans in there (an older review said they didn’t so they must have rectified this). Nadia was very friendly and nice to chat to. You don’t feel like you are in the way or interrupting a family (that was what I was worried about). I felt comfortable hanging out in the kitchen and living room and chatting to other guests. There are 3 rooms (that I know of) and they go into a little courtyard so feels private. There is a very nice lady that comes to clean every day so the place is spotless. The rooftop could be a great place but there isn’t anything up there. Great to hang out laundry (they kindly let you use the machine) and have a look over town. I can highly recommend this place. We enjoyed our time there and would definitely return.

Excelente lugar para quedarnos, la zona es super tranquila en la isla, un poco de ruido en la noche pero me parece es normal para ser fin de semana. Tuvimos un pequeño problema con la llave y fueron super amables y nos apoyaron sin ningún problema. Muy recomendado.

El alojamiento en el departamento estuvo más que bien! La habitación muy limpia y tal cual lo muestra en las fotos. Tiene los servicios necesarios para que puedas quedarte en la isla de Flores unos días y puedas descubrir las maravillas Mayas que hay en los diferentes puntos arqueológicos. Volveríamos sin dudarlo. Excelente ubicación para degustar muchos platos típicos en los restoranes que están cerca!

Lo recomiendo mucho, el lugar es tranquilo, limpio y tal como se muestran en las fotos. Siempre dieron una respuesta rápida y clara a todas las inquietudes que teníamos. Adicionalmente, nos ayudaron guardando las maletas en la casa después de haber realizado el check out. Lo recomiendo!

Victoria est venue nous chercher à Flores avec sa voiture. Elle est hyper sympa et serviable. Le logement est propre un peu excentré et au calme. On y a passé 3 nuits reposantes. La cuisine a l’extérieur est pratique. On a adoré notre séjour chez Victoria. Elle peut vous accompagner en ville pour pas cher et à plein de contacts pour les excursions ce qui est très pratique.
