I stayed at Rusudan's place with friends when attending a film festival in Poti. The place was very tidy, and quite spacious. It is located on the 3rd floor (without an elevator). The bedroom overlooks at the port that is busy during day and night. There might be a slight noise coming in from the port, but I was not disturbed, on contrary I really enjoyed, but my friend had to use earplugs. Rusudan has been very communicative and it was easy to check in and check out. I really enjoyed my stay.

Great flat - very warm after a day out on the slopes! Well equipped kitchen with 2 stove hob and plenty of pans/utensils/crockery, also had a washing machine for clothes. Tamara was very helpful if we needed anything!

Marine's place is very centrally located, yet it's not directly on the main street. Even though it's on the ground floor, it's pretty quiet, and we liked it a lot. As mentioned, its central location provides good access to many attractions in Kutaisi. My family and I really enjoyed the cozy apartment and our time there. Communication with Marine was simple and without any problems.

Это скорее всего был наш бонус на последние дни отдыха, и изучения истории Грузии. Мы приехали туристами в гости, а уехали родственниками!!!! Спасибо за приятные - эмоции, ощущения, чуткость, внимание!!!

Leila has been absolutely reactive and helpful with everything. The a frame house is very cozy and clean, with a private terrace and a beautiful view. Highly recommended, even her dad has been so helpful and nice.. very welcoming

Das Haus von Salome ist etwas abseits von Sugdidi gelegen. Es war genau wie beschrieben und ich habe die Zeit dort sehr genossen und auf der Terrasse gefaulenzt. Die Kommunikation mit Salome war super. Sie hat blitzschnell reagiert und mir wunderbare Tipps gegeben. Ich kann die Unterkunft absolut empfehlen. Gut zu wissen: ich habe Salome um den Standort link gebeten, der perfekt war, so dass ich die Unterkunft sehr einfach gefunden habe. Auf der Airbnb-Seite stand aber ein anderer link.

The place looks much nicer than in the photos indeed! Lela and her husband were very friendly. We spent two nights there, rented a car in town, got around the city and to canyons, it was a great stay. Can recommend this place to people who want to be 3 steps away from the pedestrian bridge and the centre, but hesitate about staying close to lively roads (this road is a dead end so cars don't rush through it). Usually we try to keep communication with hosts to minimum, but this time we happened to have many small questions, and Lela was ever so helpful with her responses. The apartment was clean, cozy, nice bathroom, thick walls (quiet with the neighbors). The yard was being renovated (not actively cause of Easter when we stayed) so I assume future guests will enjoy also a clean yard to welcome them. Local dogs can be barking a lot during warm nights, perhaps mind that & the poop if you're sensitive to those. For us it wasn't a major issue & earplugs helped.
