We had a great time staying here during our Tokyo trip! The place is comfortable and well-equipped, perfect for a group of 5. Although it’s a bit far from the main tourist attractions, getting around is very easy with convenient access to both the JR line and the subway. There are also some great local restaurants nearby—we especially recommend Asuka Kaiten Sushi, which offers delicious sushi at a very reasonable price. Overall, this is a great option for anyone looking for a more affordable and spacious stay in Tokyo. With hotel prices in central Tokyo being so high these days, this place is a decent alternative. Would definitely recommend it to others!

It was a great place. Bathroom and toilet are quite spacious. Both bedroom and living room are also more than enough for a family of 4. One of the rooms even comes with a mini projector if you are interested for movie night. Just take note on 2 things - Location wise, it is quite a walk from the station. It is a walkable distance. But might be tiring when dragging luggage along. - You might be able to guess from the photos, the building is located on the second floor and does not have any elevator. This means you have to climb a small flight of stair to get to the airbnb If those 2 factors are not an issue, this place would be a great place to stay. Had a really pleasant stay during my time there.

We stayed 4 night in Tokyo and Tk beautiful home in Itabashi make a perfect base for all our activities exploring Tokyo. Its close enough to all the major attraction which are mostly 20-30 minutes train ride only and yet a peaceful home to rest after your day out and about. After checked in we are greeted by Tk handwritten note welcoming us and snack basket, a very warm and welcoming welcome. The house and all the amenities were very complete and comes with very clear instruction. The kitchen equipment is very complete with everything you will ever need!! Which is great because the OK supermarket is nearby and you could cook breakfast/dinner by your self. Wagyu prices is very affordable in the supermarket and our tips is to get ur snacks or food gift from there, its cheaper then all the minimarket and donki. We loved the place and will be back when we are in Tokyo again

we enjoyed 5lovely days at this location. the place was spacious for Japan with own loundry machine which was very useful traveling with children. there was even a massage chair and big screen beamer. we fully enjoyed our stay.

The host was provided the best house! I never thought that there was a great price house with the perfect condition, great amenities and facilities in Tokyo. Even though the house level was at 4th floor, but it's worth every penny. If you brought a lot of luggages, maybe it's a bit tiring. But as for me I don't mind because the house was really great. In front of the house has playground. My daughter enjoy playing around. In front of the house also have supermarket. We always bought the groceries there. The house was cute, not too big but completed and perfect. Got kitchen, washing machine, sofa, iron. The host also provided the luggage storage for guest which is so convenient. Thank you so much host.

大人10人、子ども9人で利用させて頂きました！子どもたちは広々した敷地で近くに川もあり、思う存分楽しめてました！大人も自然豊かでリラックスさせて頂きました！ 大人数でしたが、対応も丁寧で今まで利用させて頂いた施設の中でもお気に入りの一つとなりました。 また機会利用させて頂きたいと思います！

Fantastic experience staying here. Perfect for 2-4 people touring Japan. Walkable to the train station and not too far to any major destinations usually 45mins or less. Makiko was always responsive and easy to get a hold of. Would certainly stay again.

大人数で使いやすいエアビでした。またお菓子や飲み物などの用意があったり、当日の突然な対応にも迅速に対応がありました。写真のようなダイニングルームで机を近くにするのは厳しいかと思いましたが、写真で見た印象より部屋が広く、机を動かして全員でテーブルを囲むことができました。周辺はスーパーが近くにあり、駅からも近かったため、とても使いやすかったです。ありがとうございました。

We had a fantastic stay here. If you want lots of rooms for a very reasonable price then this is for you. We were a family of 5, so having 6 bedrooms to choose from was ideal. The house was very tidy, but just be aware that there are steep steps inside the house to get to each floor, but this wasn't an issue for us. Maybe if you have very small children it might be. We really enjoyed the location. It is a very quiet suburban area. It is only a 1 min walk to catch the No.34 bus (stop is outside some kind of dog cafe) which takes you on a 20-minute ride to Tabata subway station from where you can jump on the Yamanote Line and travel to places like Tokyo Station, Shinjuku, Harajuku and Shibuya. There is a nice little restaurant called ふくろう（福来郎) which is also only a 1-min walk (across the road from the bus stop). The food is really nice, reasonably priced, and the owner is very friendly. We will definitely stay here again if we ever come back to Tokyo.

Host and co host was so helpful in our stay. We had a situation were we cant find a wheelchair for our disabled companion and they even booked us a wheelchair and offered to leave it at their residence to return it! So helpful and kind to our inquiries. Even i felt bad for how many things i ad help from them. Not to mention the cleanliness and ease of access to station and foods! Thank you so much for making our stay in japan so easy and fun!
