Much loved cottage with a family history

'Pennywort' is nestled above the timeless and unspoilt valley of Nanquidno, a birdwatchers haven. Having already been enjoyed by 3 generations of our own family, the cottage is now somewhere our guests regularly return to, some for over 30 years! The garden is a beautifully peaceful area to sit and read, eat outdoors, watch the buzzards and witness spectacular summer sunsets. A 10 minute stroll down the hill following the stream to the old water mill, brings you to the sea and the SW coast path.

Upper Stables is a romantic hideaway nestled in the private countryside of Carclew on the outskirts of Mylor, in easy reach of creeks, beaches and Falmouth. The stables have been lovingly refurbished and boast wood fired hot tub, beams, woodburner, luxurious bathroom - roll top bath and rain shower and a large well equipped kitchen. There are many lovely spots to enjoy; meadow for sundowners, private 1 mile walk - perfect for dog owners, fenced garden with barbecue and fire pit for star gazing.

St Ives town apartment with sea view

The sweeping coastal view from our town centre apartment is the same one described by Virginia Woolf in her novel To the Lighthouse, inspired by summers in St Ives: 'as far as the eye could see, fading in soft low pleats, the green sand dunes, running away into some moon country'. Quietly tucked away, the apartment is ideally situated for summer and winter breaks, and remote working. The harbour is a two minute stroll, Porthmeor and Porthminster beaches a short walk. Sorry no pets. No smoking.

The Piggery at Tresidder is a delightful rural retreat which has been totally renovated by it's owners to a very high standard to offer a cosy and comfortable holiday experience. The Big Barn at Porthcurno Barns Family run spacious and cosy barn conversion nestled in a peaceful seaside hamlet walking distance to the stunning Porthcurno and Pedn Vounder beaches and the Minack Theatre. Plenty of walks on the doorstep across the SW Coastal Path. The Logan Rock Inn pub is 5 mins walk across the fields and Sennen Cove surf beach is less than 10 mins drive. Newlyn, Penzance, St Michael’s Mount, St Ives are a 15-25 mins drive for days out, activities and restaurants.

Pines at Carminowe Farm, a peaceful rural retreat

Cozy flat located at Carminowe Farm, just outside the village of Pendeen, slightly off the beaten track with no close neighbours, making it extremely peaceful and a haven for wildlife. It's a short walk to the shop, pubs and local facilities. The coast path is approximately a mile and a half away. The flat has ample parking and its own courtyard seating area. The hosts live in the main part of the house and have a border collie called Bill and a cat.
