Coral Cove is Paradise in a nutshell. The condo is amazing, super clean and renovated, with three rooms so lots of room for all. The view from the covered patio is stunning, right on the beach and lots of chairs for all guests. I could go on and on. I've stayed in this unit many times and will be back in 2025! We had an amazing stay at this property! The location was perfect – just a short walk to Mullins Beach, which made it so easy to enjoy the beautiful beach. The hosts were incredibly friendly and gave us fantastic restaurant suggestions. We highly recommend staying here – the combination of a great location and amazing hosts made our experience unforgettable. Would definitely return!

Listing is as described; great value and peaceful quiet neighborhood. Tyler was extremely helpful and accommodating for all questions and requests, with quick response times and descriptive answers. We appreciated the Beach Club with boardwalk and small beach access as well. Close to the supermarket, restaurants, etc. Would book again if returning to Barbados.

A very attentive and responsive host. The location is excellent and walking distance to many restaurants. A short walk to the beach. Pool access was nice. Honestly a great spot. This area Sunset Crest is known for hosting many tourists. One night out of sheer negligence I left my purse out on the patio overnight. Well it was taken. Sebastian was very kind and did the work of checking the security cameras for us. The purse was retrieved a few days later (minus the cash in it) but I write this as a gentle reminder to never leave valuables out on the patio. Aside from that minor incident we had an amazing stay here. Minimalist spot with the key essentials and in a fab location. Would stay again!

We have stayed in a number of places on the island, but Ashanti 6 is now our ‘go to place’. It is very peaceful and beautifully located. The apartment had everything we needed and we felt very spoilt by the housekeeper who came in every 4 days to clean, change the bed linen and towels. The pool is an added bonus perfect to relax in and accessed directly from the apartment balcony. Jacqui, the property manager was amazing going above and beyond to look after us throughout our stay. It was such a wonderful 3 weeks, that we are already booking our stay for 2026! Thank you ☺️

Fabulous ground floor apartment. Great location - the beach was only a few steps away. Large pool which wasn’t busy. Felt very secure. Apartment was clean and well furnished. Hometown was only a short drive away. Had a fantastic holiday and would definitely recommend

Another great stay at Royal Westmoreland for our family. Location is excellent for all shops/beaches/restaurants etc. Communication with Realtors was spot on, the car hire/transfers/pre arrival food shop was especially helpful. Sugar Cane 12 is beautifully presented and a special mention to Lana for keeping it looking immaculate during our stay.

Stacey's holiday home very near to Hole-town and has everything you need, comfortable and an ideal base for a stay local to Hole-town, with a bus stop at the end of the road it made getting around easy. The kitchen is really well equipped and with the combination of the smart TV allows flexibility for staying in to eat, watching a film, or sitting out on the balcony (the balcony does not have any views but is very quiet, and still a lovely space to sit and chat, play cards or games and enjoy a drink ) There is a pool outside the front door and only used by the other attached holiday homes, there are only a handful of holiday homes in this complex and used by adults only, so our stay was so restful and quiet. Natasza was warm and welcoming! Her place was perfect for our family of four with three bedrooms and three bathrooms. Each was modern with lovely linens, comfortable beds, ample closet space. The porch was peaceful and relaxing! She went above and beyond to ensure we had an amazing stay with incredible amenities. It was walking distance from Chattel Village with Cafe Bar Carisma, The Beach House and several restaurants from upscale - Tides & Nishi - to more moderate priced ones such as Just Grillin & Zaccios. TML One Love Bar is also walking distance! It was a stone’s throw from Limegrove for top-tier shopping at Level Up Gym. I also enjoyed walks along Cemetery Road and yoga at Sunshine Kula Yoga Studio. We hope to return again soon!

In the heart of a local neighbourhood, we felt very welcome and very comfortable. Having Air con in both bedrooms and the living area was perfect given our long stay and Working remotely. The interior pictures don't do it justice - it's very airy and has everything you need. Very close to a great beach which has a number of beach bars and restuarants. The the bus stops at the end of the road take you everywhere. We loved our time in Barbados and would definitely want to return. We were married in late January in Holetown and all our neighbours were a delight, helping us and often driving us to where we needed to be. Wonderful top floor villa. Wonderful location. Very lucky to have found it.

This house was perfect. It is even more beautiful than I. The pictures and was a perfect and quiet location for our group to enjoy the beautiful beaches and restaurants in St James without being too far from Crop Over activities. Communication with the host was also seamless, as was check in and check out. We would absolutely stay here again!

Just had a great 2 weeks here, location could not of been better, super place to relax, safe and secure and everything is only a stones throw away to walk to. Accommodation was superb, Tim and Heather so helpful always able to assist/arrange or suggest visits etc. Loverly place to relax day or night, pool great to cool down in and loads of chairs and beds to chill out on. The covered dining area outside was fantastic to eat in and sit and talk. Kitchen and lounge also great loads of room throughout the villa. Safe off road parking too all behind gates. We’ve just had a fantastic 2 weeks in Holetown and will definitely revisit again in the near future. Thank you to Tim and Heather for everything you have done. Home from home, your home is beautiful.

Everything was as described and the place was beautiful. The beach was at the bottom of the driveway. Kirk was very responsive and made instructions as well as check-in and check-out very seamless. Will be booking again!

This home is even more beautiful than the photos. It was clean, well decorated, and equipped with everything we could possibly need. We used the paddle board and kayaks and saw fish, coral, and turtles within 10 yards of the shore outside the home. There were multiple security features that made the home feel secure, even though we never felt like safety was a concern during our stay. The host was very responsive and helpful. One thing to note, as I had never encountered this particular situation, that while the listing says "breakfast and lunch provided", they mean a delightful housekeeper/chef, but the guest is required to purchase the food. The company has grocery packages available for purchase or you can shop at a few local stores. Overall it was a lovely stay and great for a family with young kids.

Katie was extremely responsive and kind, her place was so nice and clean, walkable right across the beach. She also had some great local recommendations - down the road we went to pilates almost every morning to a place we would have never found if it weren’t for Katie!! Would definitely love to stay here again

I really loved staying at this peaceful, relaxing apartment with a lovely view and great amenities. The location is perfect, close to beaches, in lovely Holetown, where everything is walkable. Chantelle and her crew are super responsive hosts. I'd love to return!

Just one word… WOW!! Have stayed in Barbados many times and Shawn’s place surpassed anything we have ever stayed in before. The location was just outside Holetown buses run frequently a short walk away but we always hire a car for convenience. There are a couple of beach bars a short walk way including Juju’s and Jumas restaurant and the Lone Star are both within an easy walk. There villa itself was spacious and had absolutely everything you need for a wonderful home from home holiday. It also had a fantastic small gym that was used almost everyday. Big shout out to Jennifer who is meticulous in her cleaning and kept the villa spotlessly clean. We had a wonderful stay and cannot wait to return. If you are looking for a spacious villa on the beautiful West coast of Barbados within east reach of all amenities then this place is for you. Would 100% recommend to anybody - if you book here you will not be disappointed.

Unit number 4 was well appointed eg dishes for 4, drip coffee pot, pots and pans, toaster, microwave, etc. The beds were very comfortable and the washrooms were clean and everything worked beautifully. I knew the location from having walked by it on several occasions and knew it would be well suited for the four of us. The small pool was refreshing and Philip, the grounds keeper, kept it clean and all the flowers and bushes trimmed nicely. Although the place seemed a bit small at first if you are organized it is not an issue. We had an excellent stay and would love to come back.

We had a great stay at Steven’s place. Loved his place and the property at Sugar Hill. The unit had everything you could need. The pools on the property along with access to the beach club were a great combination. Would definitely stay here again.

What a perfect little place, just off the most amazing beach. All you will need. As others have said, it is a little tired in places, but just ads to the charm. Bed was comfortable, AC worked well and the shower was good. Location was perfect for beach, bars, restaurants and supermarkets. How much more do you want? Also the live entertainment from next door can be a little noisy in the evening, but want an issue for us. If you like quiet at night take ear plugs for an early night, It finishes at 10 anyway. We will be booking it again next year. We have never returned to a place before, so can’t say more than that.

A wonderful family stay at the elegant 109 apartment. The apartment benefits from privacy in its end of block location and the accessibility of the ground floor directly to the gardens, pool beach and amenities. An exquisitely decorated apartment with great cooking and laundry facilities - also a particularly lovely dining area with plenty of space. We will definitely return to 109.
