We stayed here for 4 nights, and it was perfect. The photos don’t do it justice. It was a really nice space, the ceiling we so high, the building was great, felt very safe. There was a working lift which was great, and the bathroom was prefect. We have no negative feedback, to be honest it was perfect for what we needed, and a good space to relax rather then being stuck in a hotel room. Thank you Claudia

Riccardo and Irene have been incredibly helpful and responsive. The place was comfy, tidy and clean. Public transports were nearby and connections were easy.

Sara’s place was the perfect home base for our week’s stay in Rome. It is an easy walk from the Termini station and to many of the major sights. We bought groceries at the Pam Local just across the street from the apartment. Best of all, the apartment faces onto a lovely courtyard and is very quiet. We loved relaxing out on the balcony after a busy day of sightseeing. Our communication was with the kind and responsive co-host Agnes, who met us at the apartment for check in. We appreciated the time she took to show us how everything in the apartment worked. We highly recommend Sara’s place!

Paola is a thoughtful , kind, wonderful host and the apartment is just as described. It is on a quiet street yet less than 10 minutes walking distance to the beach, center & port. Paola has thought of everything, demonstrating a real commitment to providing all that her guests may need (beach umbrellas, cold drinks in the fridge and even ingredients to make a simple supper). Thank you so much Paola!

By far the only spot I’d stay in Rome within great distance to the best attractions of the city and the apartment is beyond perfect. I will definitely stay here again if given the chance! Best host!

Me encanto el departamento, era súper espacioso y limpio. Pudimos llegar rapido desde Termini y el check in fue impecable. Quiza no es la zona mas linda de Roma pero si es muy facil de llegar a todos lados con tren, metro, bici e incluso caminando, solo 15min de caminata a el Coliseo. Sin dudas lo recomiendo

El apartamento comodo, con buenos espacios, bien situado. A pocos minutos a pie del Vaticano. Muy cerca hay un carrefour y buenos sitios para comer. Tambien muy cerca estacion de bus ....rutas 40 y 64 para ir a Termini. Tambien cerca de Campo de.Fiori y Piazza Navona. No se puede pedir mas...

Nous avons vraiment apprécié le logement, on avait pas envie de le quitter !!! Nous nous sommes sentis tellement privilégiés de loger si près du Colisée. We stayed in the apartment for 7 days and were very content with everything. The place was clean and comfortable, and the location was convenient. Jacopo was a friendly and responsive host, which made our stay smooth and enjoyable.

We stayed at Flaviana’s place with our three children aged 11, 9 and 6. The apartment was easy to find and Flaviana arranged a pick up from the airport for us. The apartment is lovely - the living area is bright and spacious and the kitchen was well equipped. It was very useful having the three en suite bathrooms. We loved that it felt like a safe residential area and the apartment was quiet at night time. The apartment is a little away from things but we still walked to lots of attractions - the Colosseum, forum, pantheon, Trevi fountain and Spanish steps - but there is also a super convenient metro stop just minutes away. We had coffee and pastries in the morning at Primo, just down the road, and a great first lunch at Buon Amici around the corner. Flaviana was helpful and responsive.

Overall we had a pretty good stay at Laura’s place. Its a safe & nice neighbourhood easily reachable from Trastavere station. Tram and bus stop is just 5 mins walk away to get into city center. Old trastavere neighbourhood is just 10 mins walk away…I’d any day stay in this neighbourhood…which is away from the crowd but yet easily reachable. The space is in an apt complex atop a hill and needs a slight trek up… a joyful and easy walk for us through the trees and fauna (can see fireflies on way up in the nights)…but people exercise averse or with mobility issue must people must bear this in mind. The apt itself is clean and spacious. Though slightly old and less plush..yet it is comfortable and has all the amenities, cooking dishes and even cooking supplies. Laura is very helpful & responsive. She quickly resolved a minor leak incident (from the house above) which wasnt even her fault & yet did her best to make up for even that slight inconvenience.

Roberto is a wonderful host that goes out of his way to make you feel comfortable. He was very responsive and helpful. He is very friendly and warm. The home is exactly as described. It has many amenities that make even a long stay comfortable. The home is spacious and can certainly host a family. The kitchen is well-equipped if you'd like to make your own meals The home is situated in a very charming square and only steps from the main square of Castel Gandolfo. Castel Gandolfo is a very beautiful and charming town. I highly recommend this airbnb if you are in the area.

Laura is very hostile and caring. The appartement is good and Laura ensures that check-in goes well. Very clear instructions. There is everything needed in the appartement. 6 mins to metro + 20 mins to city center. So if good balance of value for money.

The perfect, quiet and stunningly decorated place to begin our Italian adventure! We loved being walking distance to the Colosseum and Pantheon in a very nice neighborhood which was quiet so we slept beautifully in such a busy city. The high ceilings, decorations and amenities made us feel right at home, every detail remembered. I’m a bit of a mattress snob due to a back injury, and I have to say, the mattress and pillows rival our own at home. Slept incredibly well! We also left a very important item in the closet and Daniele has helped us very generously with his time with this matter. Highly recommend this apartment to anyone exploring the ancient city of Rome, and especially to families who need a quiet space to rest after a long day walking around the city. Thank you, Daniele! We’re in Florence and miss your apartment already.

This apartment is in a great location. Very close walk to the Colosseum and public transportation to get other places. Giordano was very quick to respond and gave us clear instructions on where to find things. The apartment was clean and comfortable. I especially appreciated having coffee and cream and sugar supplied so no early morning grocery trips after arriving! I would definitely stay here again!

Great stay. perfect location. in walking distance of many restaurants, small grocery stores, cafes, basilica, and train/metro station. Recommended a great driving/private transfer service. They were wonderful - great communication- early - very kind:) Also tried the Day in Nature with Paleo - very relaxing and pretty countryside visit - hike, and local Italian restaurant. Had a great stay in Rome - started with Alvise's apartment.

We loved our stay here! The hosts were so sweet and very quick to respond. They met us when we asked to drop our bags early, which was so kind! One of our group also needed an unexpected trip to the dentist, and they quickly recommended someone nearby. Very very hospitable hosts! The view of the Colosseum from down the street really can’t be beat. There are restaurants all within walking distance, one right under the place that was excellent. It did get a little loud at night, but that’s to be expected in the middle of a busy area with lots of great places in walkable distance. All in all, we really enjoyed our stay here, and appreciated the great hosts! We would stay here again!

Michele is an excellent host for first time visitors to Rome. He kindly arranged pick up from the airport, met us at the apartment, and provided excellent recommendations for eating, walking, and touring the area. The apartment was clean and modern, and we appreciated the comfortable beds, contemporary showers, and use of a dishwasher and washer dryer while staying for a full week. It is also a very sunny apartment, which was so beautiful in the mornings.

We cannot say enough about our stay at Anna Maria's beautiful apartment and our experience with her. From booking to checking out Anna Maria was helpful, responded quickly to questions and knowledgable. The apartment is exactly as photographed blocks from the Colosseum in a neighborhood with restaurants steps away. Beautiful building with elevator, extremely clean and comfortable beds and bedding, quiet surroundings...if you're hesitant about booking don't be...you will LOVE it! Thank you again Anna Maria, we will be back!!!!
