A beautiful riverfront brewery in the River Arts District with a great outside space. Great for families with children and/or pets. In our opinion, this is the best brewery tour in Asheville. Food trucks are usually available.

The best way to describe this place is "the Disney World of breweries". It is an unbelievable creation of mankind. The brewery tours book up well in advance, but the self tour is satisfactory. There is a full restaurant and gift shop, along with a beautiful bar. Upstairs there is a large space good for families with kids that need to blow off some steam. The exterior portion of the brewery boasts a small amphitheater for summer concerts, huge fire-pit, Organic vegetable and flower garden, games, and oh yes, BEER. This is a must see and is convenient to those visiting from the south or from the airport.

Historical Estate which can easily create an entire days worth of experiences. The house itself is well worth the visit, but even better in our opinion are the beautiful grounds, vineyard/wine-tasting, and playground/petting zoo. Several food and beverage options are available. Breath taking, easily accessible waterfall. To visit the waterfall it only takes a few flights of steps down. Due to this convenience, it is one of the more crowded sites. Good for those not comfortable with long hikes. GREAT spot for photos.
