Tuacahn is an outdoor amphitheater and has performed some of the best shows we have ever seen. It runs from May through October. But be warned, it is extremely hot in St. George! One hour drive, and you might consider a water bottle fan to stay cool.

If you haven't been to Zion, it is a bucket list must! Angels landing is one o the most popular hikes with a 1500 ft elevation gain, but is not recommended for children and those that fear heights. Our favorite is the Narrows hike but you must get wet. You hike up slot canyons in the virgin river. Beware though, it can be cold and/or dangerous depending on the time of year. Check with the national park and weather reports. For those looking for a easy stroll, there is plenty of simple hikes also. The Beauty is unmatched! 1 hour drive

Originally Iron City, Old Iron town is an unincorporated community. There wasn't enough iron to keep this old town alive. All that remains are the frames and chimneys from some of the iron smelting buildings. There is a little nature path to walk around the outskirts of the town. Impassable during winter months. 22 min
