We really enjoyed our stayed in Ling's place. The room was so gorgeous and Ling is an outstanding host. The breakfast was generous and typically English. She took time to give us some nice tips for visiting Bath. We recommend this place with no hesitation.
The accommodation, location, amenities and breakfast were amazing. Ling was great in offering a map and directions to the attractions in Bath for our quick stay. Can't recommend this place highly enough - we would stay there again.
Ling was an excellent host. Wellcoming, very informative about the Bath area. The accommodation was excellent. The breakfasts were delicious. Ling gave us a parking permit and we were able to park opposite the accommodation. The city centre was just a gentle stroll away.
We came for a weekend away for valentines and to see some family, it is a beautiful hotel in an extremely central location, the room was amazing - Georgian with an asian twist, very clean with lovely refreshments and The White Company toiletries (very nice!), the shower was also amazing! The little breakfast room was little but very fresh and was decorated beautifully, I would definitely recommend the full english breakfast it was delicious and there's a massive choice of cereals, fruit, jams/spreads it really was a treat. Ling was lovely and could not do enough for us, I come to bath quite regularly so didn't need much assistance with things to do but she offered her knowledge and was very helpful - her two cats are also gorgeous! We would definitely stay here again next time we come down to beautiful Bath, it made our stay so enjoyable! Thankyou Ling x
Ling runs a really professional, clean and comfortable b&b in Bath. The location is great, 5 minutes walk to the city centre. The room is bright and offers everything you need. The breakfast is really tasty!
It's such a delicate place, not to mention located wonderfully. Ling is quite experienced in hosting that she provides the most convenient and cozy accommodation. Every detail of the decoration, very piece of guidance and introduction, reveals her taste of life and passion for managing this lovely little hotel. Moreover, she cooks perfectly that I got to enjoy my English breakfast in the beautifully decorated dining room! Love it a lot. Thank you so much.
Bath is a beautiful place and we had a lovely weekend break! The location of the property is fantastic, not even a 10 minute walk to the centre of everything and free parking so you can leave your car. Host was very welcoming and informative. Breakfast was amazing with a wide range of options and attention to detail. Room was clean and bright but slightly on the small side.
We really enjoyed our time in Bath staying with Ling. Our room was very comfortable with attention to lots of little details which we really liked: place to put luggage, hanging space, comfortable bed with lots of pillows, excellent lighting etc. The breakfast was excellent. Ling was very welcoming and helpful and the location great as we could walk to all main attractions. There were stairs which one should be aware of but this was not a worry for us.

Ling was an excellent host, the room was beautifully laid out and we loved the little touches that Ling had laid out for us.
A wonderful B&B, perfect for a short walk to the spa and shops. Ling was very welcoming and helpful and her B&B very lovely. The room was extremely pleasant, clean and very well equipped with tea, coffee water etc. The breakfast also had a wide range of cooked or noncooked options. We went for the full english, which was delicious. Would definitely stay again.
A couples get away for one night in Bath, and we couldn't have picked a better place to stay. Lings beautiful house provided us with everything we needed and more. Only a 5 minute walk away from the centre of Bath it was perfectly placed. The hospitality was exceptional and we were welcomed in a friendly and warm manner. We thoroughly enjoyed staying here and would recommend it as the best place to stay in Bath.
Lovely place, with great rooms and breakfast and lots of complimentary extras. Location is perfect - a pleasant and very short walk across the river to the centre of Bath. The key also gets you access to excellent deals around bath - including an extra hour in the spa (on weekdays).
We had the most wonderful experience here. Ling was fantastic, She went above and beyond to ensure we enjoyed our visit to Bath. The rooms were lovely and tidy with an extremely comfortable bed. We were walking distance to everything. I would highly recommend staying here if you are planning a trip to Bath.
Soft bed, clean room, many drinks and snacks are offered in the room. Excellent experience. The best worthy to recommend is the brilliant English breakfast. Ling is very friendly and cook yummy breakfast. The location is near city centre just 5 minutes walk. I'd like back here in this winter.
The room is so beautiful clean and comfortable, just like home. Ling is the best host that I met. She gave us a lot of useful information about our trip in Bath. I am missing her and her wonderful breakfast right now .

Brilliant B and B, decorated really nicely very clear en suite. Turned up before check in and lung let us leave are bags in the room so we could get the full day out without having to wait around. The location is. Brilliant and only a few mins walk from the town centre. Breakfast was great with lots of choice. Would stay again if in bath.

Wonderful stay, lovely breakfast and very close to the city centre. Thank you! Regards, Jimmy
Ling was warm and welcoming from the outset. She was very accomodating with our dietary requirements and always keen to help if/when we needed it. Her home is cozy and very well decorated, our room was a real peaceful haven. We would not hesitate recommending her BnB to anyone looking to go to Bath. Thank you Ling!
Ling is a super friendly host and we've had a great time here during our stay here in bath. The house located very close to the city centre and is well worth the price:) I would go for Ling's house next time I travel here:)

Fantastic Great location for town and walks, food excellent, Ling made us feel very welcome everything very clean. There are no negatives or could be better if's.
Fantastic host and wonderful rooms. The shower is so good I didn't want to get out! Only five minutes walk into the centre and breakfast was lovely. Thank you so much, we will be back to stay again.
The Apple Tree B&B is the nicest B&B I've ever stayed at. Apple Tree is in a great location, away from the City centre but only 10 minutes walk to all the sights of Bath. Ling is a fantastic host, very warm and welcoming and full of information about beautiful Bath. She is very accommodating and generous and went out of her way to make us both feel welcome. Nothing is too much trouble and the added touches such as chocolates for Valentines Day and a large bowl of fruit at the entrance underline Ling's commitment to making Apple Tree a wonderful B&B. Our room was lovely, light and airy, and with beautiful linen, a very comfortable bed, excellent bathroom and everything needed to make for a memorable stay. Breakfasts were really excellent, and Ling is very willing to provide dishes not on the menu. She is a great cook. I would recommend Apple Tree B&B unreservedly as fabulous place to stay when visiting Bath. We'll certainly be back!
Very nice and clean room~ Ling is so kind~
Ling and her husband are absolutely great hosts! From the moment we stepped in this beautiful guest house they made us feeling very welcomed and we were provided with all the informations that we needed to visit Bath. The Location is just perfect, ten minutes walking from the station and all the sights. Our room was lovely, beautifully decorated and spotless clean. Breakfast was excellent, freshly cooked and served with a smile which really made our day extra special! We would not hesitate to come back and recommend it to our friend!
The Apple Tree guesthouse is in a fantastic location, just 5 mins from the canal and bath city centre. The rooms are clean and comfy with great facilities. Ling is a great host and was helpful when dealing with our questions. She even gave me veggie sausages with my breakfast. Couldn't have asked for a better stay. Amazing value for money. P.S. Try the French toast!!
Top place to stay in Bath. Ling is a really nice host. Very helpful if you have any questions. Good breakfast, room and location!

Jane and Tony gave us great directions! Their garden room is tucked away down a small lane. The 'shed' as we affectionately called it was fabulously comfortable. It has everything you need. It is very private too. Weather was stunning. I would thoroughly recommend the best shed in the world for your short break. Thanks for your hospitality Jane and Tony!
We arrived at the stated time to a very freiendly greeting from Tony & Jane. After a quick guided tour and explanation of the facilities we were left to our own devices. The room was exactly as described and a perfect retreat for a night or even a week. The welcome pack was more than expected. Although in someones garden you are certainly not overlooked and have your own private area. The room guide is very comprehensive with all the local amenities and we chose Ken's fish bar which we can highly recommend. We had a great nights sleep due to the quiet rural surroundings. In the morning woke up to a squirrel looking for somwhere in the garden to hide his nuts. After feasting on the provided breakfast goodies we packed and handed back the key where Tony and Jane gave us some useful information on parking in Bath as well as the local park and ride. We came down for the weekend to drop our daughter at the university and i am now glad i left it too late to get overnight accommodation in Bath otherwise we would not have found this delightful property. We will certianly use it again if we require ovenight acommodation in the area.
wonderful stay in this charming little chalet. beautifully clean, peaceful and quiet, just what was needed. The park and ride into Bath was great and more convenient and cheaper than parking in the city. The breakfast gift box was great and lasted our stay. Both Jane and Tony greeted us on arrival. Would recommend this place as a peaceful retreat after some serious sightseeing :-) Many thanks Denise and Andy
Really lovely garden studio apartment with all the comforts of home! We will stay longer next time!
The Garden House is really lovely! There are many details that make your stay very comfortable. Although the kitchen is not really big, you can cook whole meals in it. When we stayed at Tony's and Jane's place the weather was not the best, but I can imagine that it is great to sit in the beautiful garden when the weather is nice.
We have had a wonderful couple of days staying in The Garden Room and wish we could have stayed longer. The room was warm, very comfortable and with everything we needed and more besides. We really appreciated the plentiful tea and coffee and also the generous breakfast supplies! The location is excellent as we were able to enjoy the Room's peaceful, rural setting yet reach Bath in just a short bus ride. Bristol Airport is also within easy reach. We would absolutely recommend a stay in The Garden Room whilst exploring this area of the country, or equally as a destination itself to spend some time relaxing. Thank you Tony and Jane!
We stayed for a week in the Garden room in August. The best place we could have chosen to stay around Bath and in England. The house is very comfortable, tasty decorated, with a kitchen, a hob, a fridge, microwave and beautiful furniture. The hosts provide you with very good DVDS and They also gave us a breakfast and welcome pack, which is a plus. The bed is extremely comfortable. We really felt at home and we even thought about moving there for a long time :) The garden is lovely and you can enjoy birds and wildlife. The bus stop is at ten minutes walk and there are frequent buses to Bath and Wells. But among everything, the comfty and nice house, the best for us has been getting to know such a stunning and wonderful people as Tony and Jane. Sometimes you just meet people and some other times, not so often, you meet somebody that gets under your skin, like Tony and Jane has got in ours. We Highly recommend this place to anyone. XXX
A lovely place to stay in a great, quiet location!

Lovely quirky place, excellent location once you get your bearings and Beth and her husband couldn't of been more helpful.
The Manor House was fantastic, incredible house and beautiful location. I couldn't recommend it more, Beth was great in organising everything and very useful providing info on taxis and restaurants, we would love to visit again!
We had a wonderful weekend at the Manor House with three generations of our family for my mum's significant birthday. My toddler enjoyed everything as much as my mum! The house was spotless for our arrival, with lamps on, fires ready to be lit in the hearths and the table laid for dinner. It's all very well equipped and loads of interesting little nooks and crannies. Beth was very informative in the weeks leading up to our arrival and it was great to meet the helpful and friendly housekeeper Charlie as well. Very highly recommended - we hope to be able to come back one day.
Thanks Beth for a magical weekend, your home is wonderful an absolute delight to stay there. your contact with us before our stay was first class and everything was just perfect on our arrival. We all had a great weekend.
Me and my friends stayed at the Manor House for a birthday weekend away. The house was beautiful and perfect for our stay as a group of girls. Would love to go back! Thank you!!
We had a fantastic weekend at the Medieval Manor House! Before our trip we were provided with lots of helpful information and Beth was on hand to answer questions and provide guidance/tips on the local area. Upon arrival the house was clean and set up perfectly for our stay. It's very spacious and perfect for large groups (we rented out the entire property so had exclusive use). Location wise, it's in a great position - a short drive from the centre of Bath in a quiet village with lovely views of the countryside. I would highly recommend the medieval Manor House for a weekend break for large groups!
We had an amazing weekend and fell in love with the Manor House. It was more beautiful than the listing could describe. Every bedroom was spacious with en suites, the huge lounge perfect for relaxing and dancing and we enjoyed a candlelit dinner in the Victorian conservatory. Beth was so helpful and responded to every query. Would highly recommend.
We had a fabulous time staying at the Manor House. Beth was very accommodating organising our early arrival, which we were very grateful for. Access to the house was simple and the cleaner had left the house is a very welcoming state with the table made and lights on. The house can be tough to find and the village is tiny, but is worth the effort! The house is extensive. 12 of us had plenty of space, both in our ensuite bedrooms and communal spaces. We spent evening in the beautiful garden, the dining room, in the beautiful lodge with Tudor inglenook and the original candle lit Victorian conservatory. There is a lovely pub at the top of he lane serving food from 1800 but it was fully booked so get in there early! The house doesn't really have phone signal but the wifi avoids a lot of issues with the use if iMessage to lost guests! The house was around 10-15 minutes drive on country roads to Bath. We found parking ok at around £6 for most of the day but traffic is very heavy! We found using the house the nicest way to spend the evening using he fully equipped kitchen, with no need to leave to go to Bath. A useful tip was using Sainsbury's to drop off your food! All in all a fantastic stay. Thank you!

This is the perfect little house to stay in while exploring beautiful Bath. The grade II listed brew house is bright & spacious, having been carefully renovated (July 2015) to a high standard. It is conveniently located, only 15min walk from central Georgian Bath and great for walks along the nearby picturesque river and canal. The Brew House is a recently converted, former brew house, built in 1795 to supply beer to the main house. Situated on a quiet road, whilst being only 15 mins walk from the centre of Bath. It is a lovely, bright and airy house, decorated in a contemporary, simple, yet unique style. The upper floor, accessed from the street, with high ceilings and exposed oak beams consists of a paneled lobby and open plan kitchen / dining / living space. It is furnished with a four seater dining table and cozy corner sofa and TV. The brand new kitchen is equipped with dishwasher, oven, induction hob, fridge- freezer. The giant fire place is a feature in its own right. Downstairs is the main bedroom with a king size bed and a smaller bedroom with a standard double bed. They have beautiful painted wooden floors. Between the bedrooms is the stylish shower room, with white tiled walls and black slate floor. The whole house is well insulated with new double glazed windows and high spec central heating. The House has been lovingly rebuilt and fitted out in a great mix of old and new, by its craftsman owner. We live next door and are happy to offer recommendations for things to do, or leave you in peace ! The house is ideal for those wishing to exlore beautiful Bath, its stunning countryside and historic architecture and museums. The River Avon and the Kennet & Avon Canal are very nearby. The city also is full of fantastic shops and restaurants. There is free on-street car parking, and a bus service to and from the city centre nearby. Up the road there is a convenience store and down the road is a big super market. Larkhall village is only a short walk away and offers a wonderful deli, green grocers, butchers and a small super market. Walk, cycle, bus, train, taxi, car - your choice. The stairs are quite steep, and we don't have child's stair gates.подробнее
The Brew House was exactly as described. Very clean and light. You can park right outside the property, which is a bonus in Bath where parking is limited and expensive. The property is a short walk from the city centre and close to Morrisons Supermarket, which is handy. We would highly recommend a meal at the King William pub, which is less than ten minutes walk away. Michelin quality food in a cosy, pub-next-door atmosphere. All in all we enjoyed our short break in Bath and appreciate Tina and Richard's hospitality.
Tina and Richard were excellent hosts. The apartment is exactly as in the photos and the location is ideal - just a 10 minute walk from town. Tina and Richard provided us with tea, coffee, milk and even a bottle of wine and gave us a great map of the area. Communication great throughout!
The Brew House was a fantastic place to stay. Cozy, comfortable, good location, clean :) We truly enjoyed staying there. I also liked the design of the house and shower! haha. I will visit again if I have another chance to go to Bath :)
We had a fabulous stay in the Brew House. It was very comfortable, spotlessly clean and we had a warm welcome from Tina who made sure that everything was perfect for our stay. The house is in an excellent location, just a 15 minute easy walk to the centre of Bath. The hill on the way home will keep you fit! I will definitely be recommending this to friends!
We had an excellent stay at The Brew House and would certainly recommend it. A fantastic, stylish, well equipped flat, ideal for a couple or small family. Great location to explore the city of Bath, and we even didn't mind the location at the top of the (URL HIDDEN) was good exercise! Would definitely come back if ever visiting Bath again. Thanks!
The Brew House is a lovely, quirky little place that oozes character. I would definitely recommend it! It makes a change from staying a hotel.
Tina and Richard were great hosts. They emailed us before our arrival, and were there to meet us when we arrived. The Brew House was beautifully renovated and decorated. It was immaculately clean and there was everything there that we needed for a very comfortable stay. There was even a bottle of Sparkling wine in the fridge for us. Tina & Richard are lovely hosts, and we have no hesitation in recommending The Brew House to anyone wanting to stay in Bath.
The Brew House was really nice! Modern and comfortable in an old style house. Tina's son was on sight to give us the keys at arrival and it was easy to find parking in the street.

Quietly situated in the small Somerset village of Holcombe, The Cottage is the perfect country getaway. We are 30 minutes south of Bath. Perfect for touring the South West. Family friendly. A hearty farmhouse breakfast is provided of bacon, sausages, eggs, mushrooms and tomatoes. The cosy and well-equipped cottage has been furbished to a high standard. The beautifully decorated bedroom, with an ensuite wet room, offers a stylish and comfortable night’s rest. Fresh linen and towels are included. The open-plan downstairs (lounge/kitchen/diner) is bright and airy with TV, DVD, wifi, ipod station and comfortable sofa that can be opened into a double bed. The kitchen is fully equipped with a three-ring hob, oven, microwave, fridge, dishwasher and washing machine. The living area opens out onto a private garden and patio with an outdoor fire, perfect for long summer evenings as it catches the last of the sun. There is also a secure storage area to keep bikes. Drying of wet suits is also offered. Breakfast will be served by me every morning from 9am-11am. The Cottage’s central location makes an ideal base for touring the South West, with Bath, Wells and Cheddar Gorge all on your doorstep. Walks and bike rides are definitely a must as the surrounding countryside is breath taking, especially during spring with the daffodils blooming. We can also offer guided walks in our area. Bath is a short car journey away with its literature and music festivals. The Thermae Bath Spa is a wonderful and relaxing way to spend an afternoon. This historic city has many stunning places to visit including the crescents, the Assembly Rooms and Prior Park gardens (where Pride and Prejudice was filmed). The smallest English city of Well is also a short trip away. The cathedral is breath-taking and hosts many delightful concerts. There is also a weekly market with stalls filled with local produce and quirky jewellery. There are several notable National Trust properties in this area: Lytes Cary, Montecute House and Stourhead to name but a few. There are golf courses in Bath and Wells. Frome is a charming town filled with snug tearooms and eccentric little vintage shops. Babington House, a private members house, is just 8miles away and is perfect for tea on the lawn or drinks at their stunning bar. The Mulbury factory shop and Kilver Court retail outlet is just outside Shepton Mallet. The Glastonbury tor is a definite for anyone visiting the area, as is the town itself. There is plenty for kids to do as well. Longleat is just down the road and is always popular. Farleigh Hungerfod has one of the country’s last swimming clubs; wild swimming in the river is perfect for those summer months. The castle is also incredibly exciting. Nunney also has a beautiful castle that the kids are free to run around in. Cheddar Gorge is incredible fun with tours through the caves and rock-climbing for the more adventurous among us. Tennis courts can be found just a short distance away in Writhlington. There are also two charming pubs within walking distance, as is the local village shop. We are very rural so it is best to have a car. There is a limited bus service from the village. подробнее
On arrival we were welcomed by Claire and Boris, her friendly dog. The cottage itself was lovely, cosy and Claire had provided some essential items (milk, bread, fruit, drinks, etc.). A lovely touch was a homemade lemon drizzle cake! Claire also provided a home cooked breakfast in the morning at our chosen time. Full English one morning and waffles, crispy bacon, cream, maple syrup and fruit compote the next! We were also able to enjoy a meal outside on the patio area of the garden. Claire was also very helpful with her knowledge of the area and suggested areas to visit. On our way home we visited Wells on her recommendation and glad we did. The only small issue was the bathroom, the sloping roof made it slightly awkward in getting to the sink in particular if you're quite tall. Overall it was a lovely weekend away and we wouldn't hesitate to come back. Thank you Claire!
When we arrived we were so warmly welcomed by Claire and her little dog Boris (so cute!). Claire had even made us chocolate cake. The accommodation was lovely and clean and so comfy, each morning at an agreed time Claire brought us a full English breakfast which was delicious!! We even had her homemade marmalade which is so good I have the jar in my suitcase!! Claire's home is in a very quiet rural setting down beautiful winding lanes, the accommodation has a patio with views of her lovely garden and fruit trees. Although it is very rural it is the perfect base because whether you visit Bath, Cheddar Gorge, Wells, Longleat Safari Park, Wookey Hole or spend the day shopping at Clarks Village Outlet Stores all of these were only a 20-30min drive and at night you come back to this beautiful quiet place to rest. There are lots of info leaflets to browse if you want to know about other attractions, of which there are many, and Claire herself was great for information about things to see and do. We spent 3 nights there and we loved it! I don't think we had lunch any day out, such was the quality of breakfast. The accommodation has all the facilities you need if you want to be self-catering during the (URL HIDDEN) even has a dishwasher!! which is a lovely touch especially for mothers who usually end up having to wash dishes. We would go back and stay at Claire's him again in a heartbeat.
Fabulous private, self contained accommodation. Claire has provided everything you need for a great stay. It's all very clean and well thought out. I would highly recommend.
We had an excellent stay very pleased with the accommodation very well presented. Claire was most knowledgeable about the area and very friendly. We had everything there that was needed whilst we were there including a homemade cake on arrival. The breakfasts were amazing brought to the table ready for you to eat. Although Claire was on hand you still had your privacy. Would definitely stay there again.
Staying at Claire's cottage was an absolute pleasure. Perfectly located within the quiet and calm surroundings of the countryside. Each night we slept soundly with nothing but the occasional call of an owl. Claire completes the 5-Star experience with her expansive knowledge of the local area, warm welcome and tasty breakfasts brought to the table each morning! Claire's cottage is highly recommended and we will definitely be staying again in the future. We took the advice of previous comments and went with Claire's waffles on our last morning. They did not disappoint! Thank you once again for our stay, Claire. Look forward to booking your cottage again soon. Paul & Corinne
My partner and I stayed at The Cottage with his parents for two nights. From the moment we arrived, we knew we should have booked to stay longer! The Cottage is beautiful – warm, comfortable, quiet – and has everything you need. The back deck and garden are unbelievable. The perfect place to just relax. But the most wonderful thing about our stay was Claire, the wonder host. She truly welcomed us, and offered fantastic travel advice on what to see and where to go. She even made and brought us beautiful English breakfasts each morning. There were four of us staying at The Cottage, and we had more than enough space. The pullout bed is large and very comfortable. We would most definitely recommend staying here, and really hope to get back and visit again soon!
My daughter (6 years) and myself had a great time. House was very clean and tidy and very comfortable. Claire the host was very nice easy to get on with very helpful and accommodating. Claire knows the area very well and can give suggestions for things to do places to see if required. I recommend this place and hope to go back there again(URL HIDDEN)
Our stay was absolutely beautiful! couldn't recommend Claire's enough. We were greeted by Claire who left us a lovely cake after our long journey. The accommodation itself was stunning! Claire was extremely helpful & kind. It was our first visit to Somerset so we weren't too sure which places to see & visit but Claire advised us. Will definitely be returning again soon! X

A fabulously stylish, centrally located one bedroom large 1st floor apartment. A high ceilinged sumptuous interior designed space built in 1789 for Samuel Ward, Salt Merchant of Bath. It's the perfect base for a romantic indulgent weekend away. With far reaching views over the hills of Bath & Prior Park from the luxury super king size bedroom at the rear of the apartment, and views up and down the Grandeur of Great Pulteney Street from the front, a stay in The Salt Merchant's will be a memorable few days away. The apartment is on the whole first floor of our house. There is a shared front door onto the stone cantilevered staircase and then your own private front door into the apartment. We will leave keys for you within the key box at the front door, but do not want to interfere with your privacy unless you need us. We live in the Garden Flat below The Salt Merchant's, so can be on hand if you have any problems or want any advice to make the most out of your stay in Bath. Great Pulteney Street is arguably the grandest Georgian street in Bath and only a 5 minute level stroll from Central Bath. Bath Spa train station is only a 10 minute walk or a 5 minute & £5 taxi ride from The Salt Merchant's. We are also on a bus route as well as on the open top bus route. There is on road parking outside the apartment, a car parking permit is included in your nightly charge. Bristol Airport is also only 50 minutes away. The second bed is a large sofa bed in the living room that can be packed away during the day. The shower room is accessed through the main bedroom.подробнее
The host made her home as welcoming as possible. Every comfort thought of from extra fluffy towels and tea and coffee. It was totally clean and extremely comfortable. Beautifully decorated in period style - but also like a chic hotel . It is extremely central to fabulous shops, restaurants and tourist beauty spots. Can't recommend it more highly !
This was our first Airbnb experience and it couldn't have been better. Salt Merchants is defiantly the place to stay in Bath. Right near the city centre, 5 minute walk to Roman baths and Abby, and located on a beautiful street. The apartment it self was lovely, clean, homely with a touch of class and a wonderful view out of the bedroom window. Loved watching the sunrise over the valley. Louise sent us all the information we about Bath before we arrived so we didn't need to waste any time deciding what we wanted to do during our stay which was really helpful. We will defiantly be back.
Thanks for a fab stay. We loved bath and will be coming back. Louise was a great host, we cant fault a thing! The flat was stunning and in the perfect location. There was everything needed. We were super sad to leave and will remember our special stay forever! Thank you Louise you will hopefully be seeing us again. Xxxxx
Great place and great location!
Lovely, lovely stay at Louise's beautiful apartment. Perfect location, elegant decor, well equipped (even had a TV with Netflix on!) and much better than staying in a hotel. Photos don't do it justice. Louise was great with communication before and during our stay, to. Would highly recommend.
My husband and I stayed in this apartment for our 5th anniversary. We couldn't have had a better weekend. The apartment was modern, clean and in a great location (just a 10 min walk to the Roman Baths!). Louise is the most thoughtful and genuine host anyone could ask for. Highly recommended!
We really enjoyed our stay. Louise could not be a better host. Perfect. The apartment is full of character and yet modern, clean and luxurious.
A wonerful romantic apartment in Bath

There are two bedrooms, one with a standard king size bed and the other with a standard double. There is a large, contemporary bathroom, with shower over the bath. The living and dining rooms are open plan. There is a large leather sofa, ornate Victorian fireplace, flat screen TV, DVD player (providing access to Netflix, Amazon etc.), dining table for 4, desk and bookshelves. The books include travel books for the UK, tourist information and leaflets for Bath. The fully equipped kitchen has modern units and appliances, including a double oven, gas hob, dishwasher, fridge freezer, microwave, kettle and toaster. Crockery, cookware, utensils and cutlery are also provided. There is a small garden to the front of the house and large enclosed garden to the rear, including a patio area with table and chairs. Guests have full use and access to the entire house, apart from the laundry room, which is located in the undercroft. However, there is a launderette and dry cleaners a few minutes walk away on Moorland Road. I am always contactable and can help guests via phone or email with questions about the house, Bath, things to see and do, or travel arrangements. I try to be present to welcome guests, however this is not always possible due to work commitments but keys will be available on your arrival. Oldfield Park is a residential neighbourhood located a short distance south of the city centre. The house is a few streets away from Moorland Road, a vibrant local shopping street which has a good mix of shops including Sainsbury's Local open until 11pm, a family butcher, bakery, green grocer and at the far end on Shaftesbury Road there is the Scala Co-Operative, a larger supermarket. There is also a launderette, dry cleaners, two beauty salons, nail salon, two hairdressers, Lloyds and Nat West banks, a chemist, a fantastic Indian called the Panahar, as well as other takeaways and cafes, my favourite being the Velo Lounge, which has a varied menu and great coffee. It takes 20 minutes to walk to the city centre from the house, which is approximately 1.5 miles. There are no parking charges or permits required for this part of Oldfield Park. You can leave your car anywhere outside the house or the surrounding streets. Oldfield Park train station is just over 5 minutes walk from the house - this is the next station west of Bath Spa station. It takes 15 minutes to get to Bristol Temple Meads from Oldfield Park should you wish to explore Bristol. The no. 10 bus stops at the corner of Moorland Road and Livingstone Road, a few minutes walk from the house. It travels directly to the city centre and, depending on the time of day, takes around 10 minutes and runs every 10/15 minutes up to 11.30pm. A taxi into the city centre costs approximately £7.00. There are some basics in the kitchen to keep you going including a selection of cereals, bread, croissants, jam, milk, tea and coffee. I provide bed linen and towels and there is also a hairdryer, ironing board and iron for guests' use. I try to be flexible with check in and check out times where possible, but as a rule I need to keep to the following times to allow for cleaning: Check in from 3.00pm / Check out by 11.00am. You can have access between 11.00am - 3.00pm to drop off bags, but I will need an approximate arrival time to ensure I am at the house. The price is for the whole house, for up to 4 people. It is not possible to accommodate more than 4 people, sorry.подробнее
We stayed at Paula's place for one night and it was really great. The house is amazing! Very large but still cozy and unique. The location is quite good as well. It takes approximately 30 minutes to walk to the city centre of Bath but it is situated in a nice and quiet residential area. Although we didn't meet Paula in person, everything went perfectly fine and she provided us with very good ideas about what to do in Bath. We definitely recommend Paula's place to anyone and would have loved to stay longer than just one night!
Paula's little house in Bath had great location to the city. Easy 20min walk to Roman Baths. Close to local amenities, shops, restaurants etc. House is well presented and had many personal touches. Very comfortable.
We had such an amazing weekend at Paula's house in Bath. The house was so lovely and clean and she had kindly provided us with all of the kitchen basics we needed. Paula was brilliant at suggesting restaurants to go to and so helpful with anything we needed. I would 100% recommend this house to anyone. I hope we can stay there again. :) :)
Absolutely beautiful - the pictures don't do it justice! Everything we could have wanted for a one night break in Bath and definitely worth being that little bit removed from the centre. Paula's place is so homely, with lovely & thoughtful finishing touches (including all tea making facilities and chocolate croissants to help ourselves too). We arrived on a sunny afternoon so sat in the garden, enjoying the quiet atmosphere but with amazing views into the city. When we returned after our night out, the comfortable and stylish bedrooms were perfect to rest our heads (and feet) and waking up in the morning, felt like you were on holiday abroad. Wouldn't change a thing! Beautiful, quite, lovely area, welcoming, homely, the list of positive words I could use go on and on and extend to Paula herself who made us feel very welcome before our stay and during, had we needed her. Worked out so much cheaper for us than staying in a hotel in the centre of Bath but it definitely felt like we were in luxury. Thank you Paula, so much, we will definitely be back!!
An absolutely beautiful house! We loved our stay and wish we could've stayed there longer! Paula has done a stunning job of decorating and furnishing the house. The bathroom was lovely and the shower was fab ( we also enjoyed the shower gels that were there to use!) The kitchen had everything we needed for our short stay. The house was a 15 -20 minute walk into the centre of Bath which was perfect for us and the shops nearby on Moorland road were great ( we particularly enjoyed the Velo lounge for lunch). Couldn't fault anything and we had a fantastic weekend in gorgeous Bath. Will definitely stay here again :)
We had an absolutely wonderful stay in Paula's gorgeous home. The photography on the website is completely accurate, such a lovely collection of furnishings. The beds were beautifully comfortable, the shower and bath perfect and we were so appreciative of the breakfast provisions that Paula left for us. We enjoyed the Velo Lounge just around the corner for dinner on our first night - Loads of atmosphere and very friendly staff. If we ever return to Bath (which we adored) we will certainly stay at Paula's again.
Paula's house is beautiful, the pictures don't do it justice! Her attention to detail in decorating the house is incredible. The house is very clean and has everything you could need for a comfortable stay. It's an easy walk to Bath town centre. We'd definitely stay here again next time we're in Bath and will recommend it to friends!
Paula's house was beautiful and our children were well catered for with a cot and highchair. The croissants were a lovely touch and Paula was very friendly and approachable. We had a fantastic stay in Bath and loved the easy access to shops and parks from the house. Thank you.

A rare opportunity to stay in a huge first floor period apartment in one of England's most beautiful cities. Beautifully restored by us and with easy access to the city centre and countryside beyond. The location: The apartment is extremely well located for visitors wanting to explore the historic city of Bath and the surrounding countryside. The centre of Bath is just a 15 minute level walk via the artisan quarter of Walcot Street or the Paragon. The apartment also benefits from easy access to the stunning Kennet and Avon canal, river and countryside which can be explored via a meadow at the rear of the apartment. Locally there are a number of great gastro pubs including our favourite the award winning King William (Bath best gastro pub) and One Beaufort. Morrison's supermarket is just down the road. We provide our own Map of Bath with all our favourite places to eat and drink. The apartment: Occupying the whole first floor of a listed Georgian build dating back to 1750 the apartment is extremely spacious and has been newly restored in a sympathetic period manner with contemporary detailing that respect the grade 2 listed status of the building. The apartment benefits from a huge living room with three large bay windows looking out over the Avon valley with views of central bath one side and the countryside the other. The semi circular balcony offer stunning panoramic view of bath and the surrounding countryside, and makes an ideal place for sundowners on a summers evening. The kitchen is located on one side of the living room and is fully equipped with everything you need to cook up a feast when you tire of the many fantastic cafes, bars and restaurants in Bath. A separate king bedroom and newly refurbished shower room is located off the central hallway. We will provide you with all you need for a comfortable stay including, Led TV with apple TV and Netflix, wireless broadband, Stereo with iPod dock, and of course Egyptian cotton bedding and towels. The apartment is self-catering but to help you get settled in we provide some home-made bread, cereals and a selection of teas, coffee, milk, butter and jams. All facilities We will arrange a time to meet and greet you at the apartment, and we are always available by telephone or in person if required. Places to eat and drink: We have created a map with our very own top ten favourite places to eat, drink and hangout in the centre of Bath. If you don’t have enough energy for town, we recommend our local pub the King William on London Road for drinks and award winning food. Your other local choice is The Beaufort (other direction along London Road) which also serves food and drinks. Local amenities: Morrison’s supermarket and 24 hour cash machine is a 2 minute walk down London Road towards town (turn left outside the apartment). There is also a petrol garage / convenience store further down London Road on the right. Larkhall: (a ‘village’ centre in Bath) containing among other things, two convenience stores (McColl’s and Co-op), a butchers, greengrocers, deli, pub and even a theatre, is just a 5 minute walk away (turn right outside the apartment, cross the road, take the second left up St Saviour’s Road and keep going until you reach Larkhall). Things to see and do: There are loads of things to keep you occupied during your time in Bath; historic sites, buildings, parks and monuments, museums, art galleries, theatres, shops, afternoon tea, walks, boating, bike riding, day trips to Stonehenge, Avebury and the Cotswolds and of course, the Thermae Bath Spa. We have provided some travel books and leaflets to inspire you but if you would like any more information about activities available in Bath the tourist information centre near Bath Abbey is very helpful. Alternatively, if you would like some personal recommendations from us, please feel free to give us a ring (contact details below). If you want to get out of the city and explore the surrounding countryside, the Kennet and Avon canal can be explored via the meadow at the rear of the apartment. To reach the canal, turn left outside the front door, take the first left through a gap in the houses to reach the meadow, walk diagonally left across the field, cross the river, go under the railway and up the slope to the canal. When you get to the canal we recommend walking in the direction towards Bradford on Avon (so the canal will be on your right hand side). After about 1.5 miles you reach a pub called The George. Taxi: If your feet get tired we recommend the local taxi firm ‘V cars’ (phone number hidden)). This Flat is a Gorgeous Location for 2 Adults. Sorry no children, no groups, no pets.подробнее
Everything was great and Daniel was very accomodating
Daniel and Anna's apartment was spectacular -- beautiful, comfortable and clean with a great location. We would highly recommend it for anyone traveling to Bath.
What a fantastic place Daniel and Anna have. Daniel welcomed us and made us feel right at home. Morning coffee, with the spring light streaming in through the huge sash windows, was a beautiful and serene experience. This was easily the best Airbnb's I've stayed in. A big thank you to our suberb hosts.
Gorgeous apartment within walking distance to the centre of Bath. Our hosts were very helpful, they really had thought of everything! Would highly recommend. Thank you Daniel and Anna for making our visit to bath so special.
What a great place and you couldn't ask for nicer hosts. It's actually even bigger than the photos suggest and immaculately presented. The first thing I did when I got into work this morning was send an email to all my colleagues to recommend they all go and stay.
Arrived to a personal welcome by Anna, who gave a lovely tour of the apartment, including the 'grand reveal' of the TV! Fresh bread and breakfast was provided to start the weekend break, as well as a personal produced map showing recommendations of sights and places to eat and drink. A nice touch. The apartment was wonderful. It was clean and contemporary, it was the perfect base camp to return to after a fun day walking around Bath. Location was great, providing a short walk into Bath, we never needed to use the car once over the weekend! Would certainly return.
Our two night stay in Bath was absolutely amazing. Communication with Daniel and Anna was totally easy and Daniel showed us the place very welcoming when we arrived in Bath. They even put some milk, butter and fresh baked bread in the frigde. The apartment is terrific!! The living room, the kitchen, the view, the furniture - we loved everything! Thank you for a marvellous stay! We hope we will be able to stay with you again.
Beautiful flat- just like the photos and easy walk into city centre. Very friendly welcome and great recommendations for local bars and restaurants. Homemade bread was a lovely touch! Perfect place for a few days away and to explore lovely Bath from. thanks!

Little Orchard is a beautiful Bath stone building which was once the potting sheds and outbuildings for The Orchard. It is a large airy space with a huge cosy bed, woodburner, bath and kitchen area. A perfect retreat 20 minutes from Bath! The Space Little Orchard was converted from what were originally gardeners' potting sheds and outbuildings. It is separate from our house, across our gravelled driveway. It has changed greatly over 200 years and is now a large airy barn style room with a separate bathroom with bath and shower over. There is a small kitchen area with breakfast bar, sink, fridge with freezer compartment, microwave, toaster, kettle and all you need to make breakfast or simple meals. There is also an electric one ring hotplate for crispy bacon or fried eggs! If you would like a welcome pack we can provide cereal, croissants, juice and other breakfast basics for two people at an additional cost of £10. In the main room there is a zip and link super king-sized bed which can be split into two singles. We have a travel cot for small visitors, and can provide fold up beds for small children although floor space is quite limited. The space is not really suitable for 3 adults unless you are all very friendly! We have just installed a lovely woodburner, and will provide logs and kindling. Little Orchard has its own entrance and off road parking space so you can come and go as you wish. There is an outdoor seating area for al fresco breakfasts, and a rustic seat outside the front door. There is a television, DVD player and wi-fi. There is also a bookcase full of books for cosy evenings by the fire. Bed linen, towels and tea towels are all provided. I also provide tea, coffee, and milk. There are two fitted thermostatically controlled electric convector heaters in the main room, a fan heater and heated towel rail in the bathroom and the woodburner. I have just fitted lovely new white blinds which help with a longer lie-in in the mornings! NB You can book for one night apart from Fridays and Saturdays when there is a 2 night minimum stay. Guest Access You can check in any time after 3pm, and please could you be on your way by 10am? I am flexible on timings if I don't have any other bookings so please ask. Little Orchard is totally self contained. You have your own outdoor seating area in the summer with chairs and table and a bench outside the front door. There are two steps up to the front door but otherwise it is all on one level. Interaction with Guests We love to meet our guests and help you to enjoy this lovely part of the world but Little Orchard is your own separate space. You can pop in and out as you please and we are usually on hand if you have any questions. There is an info pack with recommendations for things to do but new restaurants and cafes are opening all the time so do ask me if you want a recommendation for a special meal. The Neighbourhood Little Orchard is set in lovely countryside but within easy reach of a multitude of attractions. You will wake up to the birds singing, and we are situated in a Conservation Area. Bathford is built on Roman remains, it is known as 'the walled village', and in the woods at the top of the lane you can find the remains of the stone quarries that supplied Bath with its beautiful stone. There are some lovely walks from the cottage, and lots of pubs and cafes to visit. One of our favourites is the Mill at Bathampton, by the river. You can get a boat from here into Bath as well. Check the Pulteney Princess for times and cost. There are two pubs in the village - one at the bottom - the Crown Inn - and one at the top. The village shop is open 7 days a week and is a co-operative run by people who live in the village. It has a cafe, and stocks a good range of basics as well as fresh bread and croissants and local produce. The cafe does a mean fried breakfast on a Saturday! There are two golf courses within 3 miles - Kingsdown Golf Club and Cumberwell Golf Club. You can walk down into the valley and in half an hour you will be walking on the Kennet and Avon canal at Bathampton. On most weekends and during the week in school holidays there is a lovely canal boat which serves cakes, sandwiches and coffee, or you can walk or cycle along to the Dundas Aqueduct at Limpley Stoke and hire a boat. You can also hire old 1920's and 30's restored wooden rowing boats and punts at Bathampton Mill and at the Bath Boathouse. There are also two lovely pubs in Bathampton - The Mill on the river and The George on the canal. We are just outside Bath to the East with views from the village of Little Solsbury Hill - Peter Gabriel lives near here and it was where he wrote his famous song! In Bath you are spoilt for choice with the Roman Baths, the Pump Rooms, the Royal Crescent, the Circus, loads of theatres and restaurants, Bath rugby, Thermae spa - (a rooftop pool experience not to miss, especially at night) Christmas street market, gorgeous Georgian architecture. There are festivals all year round including the famous Mozartfest in November, the literature festival, Jane Austen festival and food festivals. The Music Festival is in May, the Christmas Market around the Abbey in November/December and too many others to mention. Shopping is a joy as there are lots of independent shops and Bath is a very self-contained city. You can also explore the surrounding area into Wiltshire and Somerset. Stonehenge is an easy day trip as are Wells, Salisbury, Tetbury and the Cotswolds and Bristol. The Hauser and Wirth gallery in Bruton with its famous Piet Oudulf garden is about 40 minutes away, and has a great restaurant and exhibitions. National Trust properties in the area include Stourhead, Dyrham Park, Lacock ( Harry Potter filmed here as well as lots of period dramas such as Cranford), Prior Park Gardens , The Courts at Holt, Great Chalfield Manor (some of Wolf Hall was filmed here), and Tyntesfield near Bristol. There are some great restaurants and lots of my guests go out to The Pig at Hun street which is just West of the Bath on the way to the Chew Valley Lakes. There is also the Michelin starred Pony and Trap in Chew Magna run by Josh and Holly Eggleton. In Bath we have the famous Bertinet bakery, Richard Bertinet runs a cookery school here and has a couple of cafes selling his amazing bread and cakes. A great veggie option is Acorn Kitchen for dinner, or the Green Rocket cafe for breakfast or lunch, also Chapel Arts who do lovely homemade flatbreads. If you are vegan try Beyond the Kale in Green Park Station, open during the daytime only. Corkage in Walcot Street, as recommended by Jay Rayner!, is a lovely wine bar with daily changing tapas plates. For a curry try the Rajpoot on the famous Pulteney Bridge, and for Thai, Koh Thai Tapas in Broad Street. The best Italian in Bath is the family run Martini on George Street. There are loads of independent cafes, my favourites are Society Cafe in Kingsmead Square, and Hunter and Son in Shires Yard which also opens in the evening and sells food and craft beer too. I also love The Blue Quail deli on Pulteney Bridge, lots of lovely South African food and cakes. There are a couple of old Bath pubs you shouldn't miss. The Old Green Tree in Green Street, wood panelled and very cosy, The Star on The Paragon, no food just great beer, and The Bell on Walcot Street, bought by locals to save it from closing and a great live music venue. In Batheaston there is Gather - open Tuesday to Saturday, mostly vegetarian with lots of gluten free and great coffee and breakfasts/lunches. If you like cocktails you have to go to the Gin Bar, and The Dark Horse in Kingsmead Square. We have great theatres from the old and venerable Theatre Royal, to smaller places like the Rondo in Larkhall and The Mission Theatre. The best cinema is the Little Theatre by the Spa, there is a little bar and it has great atmosphere. On a weekend head to Green Park Station for the food market on Saturday mornings, and various vintage and antiques markets on Saturdays and Sundays. The bus stop is at the end of the lane, less than a five minute walk, and buses go into Bath every 20 minutes or so. It takes about 20 minutes to get to the centre of the city. You can drive straight down to the village from the M4, junction 20, and then leave your car here for the rest of your stay. Alternatively, arrive in Bath by train and catch the number 3 bus out to the village from the bus station, next to the train station. Make sure you get on the one with Bathford on the front! There are lots of cyclists braving our hill, and you can easily cycle down into the city on the road or the canal. There are also off-road mountain bike trails at Ashton Court in Bristol, and in the Forest of Dean. The famous 'Two Tunnels Greenway' ride is now open through the city on the old Somerset and Dorset Joint Railway linking with National Cycle Route 24. NB For guest safety there is a fire extinguisher, fire blanket, smoke alarm and carbon monoxide detector in Little Orchard. If you would like a welcome pack we can provide cereal, croissants, juice and other breakfast basics at an additional cost of £10.подробнее
Such a beautiful place. Very cosy and romantic with the log burner. Karen's homemade brownies were delicious. We would definitely stay here again.
We could not have stayed in a more beautiful, cosy and idyllic place! The cottage was beautifully done and was very comfortable and even better was that our Daisy dog could stop with us! This place is very good value for money and was close enough to Bath city centre for us to use the bus and taxi service to visit the christmas market, shops and local restaurants. The cottage was very clean and warm. The log burner was a fantastic addition which we used a lot as it was a very chilly few days however once this was lit it was perfect! The bed was very comfortable and big! We could not be happier where we stopped and cannot say thank you enough for letting us stop here. P.s the brownies are wonderful!
Karen was a wonderful host who greeted us as soon as we got in the driveway. Her cottage was even better than what we expected with all the amenities that we needed plus an great fireplace that kept us warm through the night. If you are going to Bath I would highly recommend this cozy cottage. Thanks again Karen for making this a very special trip for me and my fiancé.
Lovely rural location, yet only a few miles away from Bath. Karen is the perfect host, communicative and attentive yet respectful of her guests' privacy. The accommodation is really lovely, cosy, warm and with a well stocked bookcase! It is a proper home away from home, and the woodburner and delicious home-made brownies on arrival were an added bonus. The accommodation and location are both dog-friendly. I would certainly recommend this lovely hideaway for folk and dog-owners alike.
What a fabulous choice for our first Airbnb trip! Little Orchard is the perfect place for a weekend in Bath - we parked the car up and forgot about it, walking in to Bath along the canal or catching the bus from just outside the property. Although we didn't actually meet Karen she communicated with us before and during our stay, making sure we had everything we needed and giving us advice on the area. After a lovely day in Bath we loved coming back to Little Orchard and enjoying a glass of wine in front of the woodburner. The kitchenette is well equipped for preparing breakfast or a light meal. The frequent bus service is great for getting around, and there is a great village shop. Unfortunately the cafe was closed on the day we went, but we got a great breakfast in Scoffs near Bath Abbey - highly recommended. There's so much to see in Bath and the surrounding area that we will definitely be back, and when we do, we hope to return to Little Orchard.
Karen's cottage was exactly what we were looking for during our trip to Bath. The cottage was very spacious yet cozy, the neighborhood was quiet and had a bus stop within steps of the front door. Karen was an amazing host and I would definitely consider staying with her again.
Once our booking was confirmed, Karen was in touch. From this point all queries answered. Sadly we arrived late due to traffic but that wasn't a problem. Lovely spacious cottage with huge bed! Perfectly eqipped for our study and the cottage is on a peaceful road. The cottage is close to town and close to Bath; a great location Karen touched base with us the next morning and was keen to make sure all was ok. Lovely lovely cottage. We would enjoy staying here again
This was a fantastic getaway. Bathford is such a pretty little village and within easy walking distance to other villages and even into Bath itself along the pretty canal. Karen was very welcoming and left us with lots of ideas as to what to do. The cottage was also perfect for two people, very clean and well stocked. I would definitely recommend it!

This was my first visit to Bath and my flight from Inverness was delayed by four hours and Brenda was really lovely and came and collected me in person from the airport bus stop in the center of Bath. She is a really nice person and easy to talk to and she very kindly offered to pick me up as I had had such an awful journey. She took me directly to the flat which was perfect and just as I had expected it to be. Everything was spotless and clean and there was a vase of fresh flowers on the dining table. The large bright sitting room has a high moulded ceiling with beautiful silk drapes at the windows and two chandaliers, as you can see in the picture. The bed which is extremely comfortable folds down from a cleverly designed wood paneled wall unit at the back of the sitting room. The bed and bedding are of five star hotel quality. The kitchen is small but perfect and has all the necessary equipment to cook if you want to. I sat on the lovely little balcony adjacent to the kitchen and over looking the gardens at the back of the house having my breakfast every morning. The fIat is only a ten minute stroll down Henrietta Street and over Pultney Bridge to the center of Bath, I had a really lovely time and I would highly recommend this flat for a couple or a lady on her own.
Lovely flat only short walk away from the very centre of Bath. Brenda was there to meet us when we arrived and was full of helpful recommendations about where to eat etc and how the city is laid out. She'd even bought some fresh flowers and stocked the fridge with a few essentials so we could have a cup of tea and a bite to eat before we headed out. Fold down bed was a bit of fun and was comfortable. Would definitely book again. Thanks, Brenda. X
We have just returned from a wonderful stay at this fabulous apartment. Brenda is a charming and very welcoming hostess. The apartment is really well equipped, beautiful and very comfortable with a really lovely welcome pack saving us the dreaded first shop - the last thing you need after a journey. Bath city centre is only a short walk away - and a welcome walk back after eating in any of its delicious restaurants. We can't recommend this lovely place to stay highly enough. Thank you Brenda!
Brenda was excellent dealing with the start arrangements and introduction to flat. Parking was easy and convenient and the 10 minute walk into centre via the Park was very pleasant. The flat was very pleasant as was fully as described. The bed was soft and comfortable standard double. The small balcony for morning breakfast was good.
We had a wonderful couple of days in this apartment which was perfect for two people. The host was lovely and very accommodating. The breakfast items were appreciated too. We'd happily recommend the place to friends and family!
Brenda was an excellent host with a lovely apartment. Very helpful and willing to offer any additional advice or tips to make the stay better. Highly recommended. Thanks again :)
We had expected a 'Georgian' experience and stop-off in Bath, and were not disappointed. Brenda's apartment-suite met our needs for organization, cleanliness, utility and location. And she could not have been a better hostess, providing good advice on restaurants and local services. The Wifi worked perfectly, an essential element in all contemporary travel. Will be recommending strongly. Joseph and Kumru, Vancouver, Canada
Lovely central Bath apartment, just a short walk from everything Bath has to offer! Brenda was a great host, made us feel very welcome when we picked up the key. We had an excellent stay in this flat - the bed is so comfy and it's lovely to have all the amenities provided. Would recommend!

It is a lovely 12 minute walk into Bath centre for all the main sights: Roman Baths & Pump Rooms, the Abbey, Jane Austen Centre, Royal Crescent, Costume Museum and the new Thermae Spa - plus fantastic shops, restaurants, pubs and tea rooms. The pretty route on foot is via Sydney Road or Sydney Gardens, along Great Pulteney Street (film set for Vanity Fair) and across Pulteney Bridge (filmed briefly in Les Miserables). If arriving by car, most guests like to park the car with us and walk into town. The return walk is slightly uphill or a regular bus stops opposite our house, or get a taxi from the Abbey or Train Station for £5-£6. The city has lovely parks and gardens for a stroll or picnic. There are several guided tours of Bath, the "Lord Mayors Walk" is free, or you may prefer the light-hearted walk "Laugh at Bath". Also, there are Open Top Bus tours and boat trips on the River Avon. For countryside walks the Kennet & Avon canal path is just around the corner from our house, with bicycle and boat hire nearby. Bath offers great shops, music /literature events, a Thermae Spa and good theatres - often with famous actors and new productions prior to London's West End. In winter, Bath Rugby and the pre-Christmas Market attract visitors from all over. We are on the edge of central Bath and you can visit most sights on foot. The WALK into town takes approx 12 minutes. The BUS costs c £2, TAXI c £6. and regular TRAINS to London, 90 minutes, Bristol 12 mins, South Wales 50 mins. Some Bank Holidays minimum 3 nights - please check Cot or folding bed is available for child 0-16 yrsподробнее
Fantastic apartment, has everything you need for a short stay in bath and the garden is beautiful for a lovely sunny morning. Is perfectly located, with just a short 10/15 minute walk into the town through the lovely Sydney gardens. Also close by is the canal which is great if you want a longer stroll into bath.
Fantastic weekend in Bath despite the weather. Great location, walking distance to town and lovely hosts. Would happily recommend!
Eileen and Trevor were lovely welcoming hosts. We really enjoyed our stay in Bath, many thanks!
Thank you Eileen and Trevor! We received a warm welcome from our hosts who ensured we had everything we would need, including a delicious breakfast tray. Eileen helped us get our bearings and let us know that, although we would be completely undisturbed, they would be available to help should we need it. A very comfortable, cosy and private place to stay with a beautiful garden. This apartment is perfectly located close to a park and minutes from the centre of town. Eileen and Trevor even posted back our 8 month old boy's precious yellow ball! Well saved Eileen :) Thank you so much. We would be very happy to stay with you again and will recommend to friends and family.
It is a really nice, clean and comfortable flat with a well equipped kitchen and a huge and beautiful garden that I would strongly recommend. Eileen and Trevor are very friendly and gave us a lot of help too :). Thank you very much indeed!
Highly recommend this beautiful apartment/garden flat. Perfect location within easy walking distance to the centre of Bath. Immaculately clean, with everything you need including eggs for breakfast. Eileen met us on arrival and answered all our questions. She even came to say goodbye. Very personal service. If you are going to Bath then we would definitely recommend Eileen and Trevor's.
The garden apartment is a home away from home. Not only is it private, beautifully furnished and very comfortable, the hosts, Eileen and Trevor add the extra special touch which you wouldn't expect in a regular B&B booking. Eileen and Trevor made our stay extra comfortable by being so welcoming, providing us with a basket of delicious goodies and the essentials you would need for a short stay. They were able to guide us on the attractions and general knowledge and history of Bath. This was our first visit to bath and it was fab! The city is truly beautiful. It's a small city so you don't feel rushed fitting everything in, even if your just staying for a day or two.moreover if your staying longer I don't foresee you getting bored as its a city with many hidden beauties, Whilst you could easily spend a day sat by the river or in one of the local parks which are stunning. Eileen and Trevor's accommodation made our trip to Bath affordable and comfortable. We had complete privacy, yet they were easy to access if needed. We will be sure to recommend Eileen and Trevor's garden apartment to our friends and family. If we have the opportunity to return to Bath the garden apartment is where we will be booking! Highly recommend, you will not be disappointed!
We had a great 2 day stay in Eileen and Trevor's apartment. Eileen was very welcoming and left a great breakfast basket the best we had ever seen. The apartment was clean, bright, warm and welcoming, comfy bed and settee. A nice walk into the centre of Bath, a bit of a hill on the way back but that helped burn off a few calories gained in Bath itself!! We hope to come back again soon.

Robin was a wonderful host. Great place and the location was great! Slept like a baby every night! Bath is great. Thank you Robin for the breakfast goodies. They were appreciated. We will be back@
My host was wonderful, able to give me good tips on where to go and what to see. The accommodation was perfect for my two girls and me. Comfortable and cosy and near enough to town to b able not to worry about driving!
This is my favorite rental to date! Robyn and his wife have converted their upstairs into a spacious and cheerful one-bedroom flat, complete with a large working kitchen stocked with everything you could want for breakfast. The bed was extremely comfortable and the living area with tv was a lovely place to hang out after exploring Bath's wonders. I can't wait to come back!
What a lovely, comfortable place so near to all the things we wanted to do. We were able to walk to the Skyline walk as easily as we were able to walk to the city. Slept well. Had a lovely breakfast. Had great support before during and even after our stay ! Thanks Carol for helping me solve my lost swim suit problem !!
Our stay in Bath was lovely. Robin welcomed us, gave us a map and directed us to the centre of the city. The apartment was in a great location (with parking) and we could walk everywhere but it was also really quite. It would be a great place to stay for a few nights with lots of kitchen equipment and lounge area.
What an excellent flat to explore Bath from. The accommodations and location are perfect. Robin and Carol were very welcoming from the beginning to include getting us settled in and dinner recommendation that was some of our best food while in the UK. The kitchen was great so we didn't even need to look for breakfast. The hosts were also willing to let us park for a while after check-out as the next guests were not due to arrive for a few hours. We will definitely look to book again if we find ourselves in Bath.
This is a great place to stay. The apartment is clean, bright and comfortable, with TV, WiFi and loads of DVDs and books to choose from. We really felt at home and our dog did too! Robin and Carol are very welcoming, and more than happy to help with any information or anything you need. A really nice touch is the breakfast offerings To be found waiting for you on arrival. The setting is very peaceful -- situated near the beautiful canal and locks, and we woke to birdsong each morning. It's a beautiful 10 minute walk along the canal, past the cricket club in to town, and only 10 mins walk to the train station. What more can I say? Highly recommended! Thanks, Robin, Carol and the mutts!
Very good, thanks for your hospitality.

An amazing apartment right in the heart of Bath, the perfect location. 100% recommend a stay here. Maureen the host is very lively and welcoming.
Beautiful apartment in a perfect location to explore Bath. Apartment has everything you need including bathrobes and sleepers. Loved our stay and would love to come back.
As first time users of Airbnb we felt like we hit the jackpot with Maureen's flat it was everything and more than we expected. We had a fabulous time time and will definitely be going back. Highly recommended!
Maureen was a fantastic host, very welcoming, very helpful and even bought flowers for the flat for my girlfriends birthday. The flat is even better than it looks in the pictures, it was amazing! It is also perfectly located in the middle of Bath! We would certainly recommend Maureen and the flat to anyone. Thank you again Maureen! Guy
Excellent stay, the flat is just amazing. Location, on one of Bath's historic streets, makes the stay extra special. Very very welcoming hosts! 100% recommend.
We loved staying in this flat, it was so spacious and beautifully decorated. I'd recommend it to anyone over staying in a hotel. It's located about 30 seconds from a park and ride stop and is a short walk from all of the tourist sites and lots of shops and restaurants. Maureen (and Jackie) has been an exceptional host, very responsive and helpful.
What a fantastic apartment! My wife and I enjoyed a short break in Bath, and the flat was perfect - very beautiful and brilliant location to access all the main sights. The only slight downside can be the noise in the morning from the people walking in the flat above (getting ready for work etc) and the seagulls, but I gueas they can't be helped! Overall, we'd highly recommend. As Maureen was away, we met her friend Jackie and we'd like to say a big thanks for such a friendly welcome.
We had a great stay. Lovely flat, central location, Maureen was a very welcoming host.

Our house is a 1940s semi-detached building in a quiet residential area not far from the centre of Bath. We can offer one of our two sitting rooms which converts into a private bedroom. A sofa bed folds out to a king size comfortable double bed. All our bedding is made of 100% cotton and towels and hairdryer are provided. There is also a very small single bedroom (just space for sleeping in a full size single bed) available upstairs. It is very quiet in our street at night and many guests have commented on how well they have slept here. Bathroom and kitchen are shared with the host family. Guests are welcome to help themselves to hot drinks at all times and to store items of food in the fridge. You will enjoy great views across the valley from the garden and its sheltered patio. We are a vegetarian household and provide a wholesome cold buffet style breakfast (muesli/ porridge/ yoghurt/ wholemeal toast or rolls with a number of different spreads or cheeses/ boiled eggs/ fresh fruit and tea, fresh coffee and juice ) included in the price. There is the option of an occasional vegetarian meal with us (by arrangement) when I would ask for a contribution towards the cost. I'm happy to cater for people with special dietary needs provided that you let me know in advance. The house is situated on the north east side of the historical City of Bath, about 30 minutes on foot or less than 10 minutes by car from the centre, yet very close to open countryside with some lovely walks. One of those takes you to an old Norman chapel, surrounded by an old cemetery and a holy well in an enchanting garden. The bus stops opposite the house and takes about 20 minutes to the bus and train station. There's plenty of on-street parking and the neighbourhood is very pleasant. Bath is a popular tourist attraction, with a cosmopolitan ambience but small enough to explore its historical sights and unique architecture on foot. The city has a variety of great restaurants, some of which are very reasonably priced . There are several Indian restaurants where you can bring your own wine, one in fact a mere 5 minute walk from our house. The nearest local shop also is within easy reach on foot. Theatres, cinemas, sport-centres, the famous spa-bath, museums, art galleries, pubs and night-clubs - it's all there. Bristol is 15 mins away by train whilst Salisbury, Oxford and famous sites such as Stonehenge, Avebury, the Cotswolds and Glastonbury or the beaches of the south coast are within easy reach for a day out. Non-smokers. No Pets. Wi-Fi Guests are welcome to sit out on our patio when the weather allows! We have a long garden with a small field at the end, and beautiful views over the countryside to the south east. In summer we often serve breakfast in the garden. Having lived here for a long time, we know all the best places to visit, and we're happy to discuss the local area with guests. We provide a local map and bus timetable too. We are in a quiet suburb with rolling green hills, lovely views, walks into the open countryside 5 minutes from our house, and a 30 minute walk to the city centre, hilly but with great views. The centre of Bath has lots of interesting and unusual shops, and many restaurants and tourist attractions. There is a bus stop right opposite our house, and it takes around 10 minutes to the City centre. To get here from the city, take the No. 6 which is quickest (or the No. 7 but it goes a longer way round), and to return from our house to town take the No. 7 (quickest going to town) or the No. 6. If you feel fit and walk into town there are wonderful views on the way, and it takes 30 minutes.подробнее
Lovely neighborhood, very sweet garden outside with views! Petra was a very gracious host and kindly adjusted her schedule in order to drop us into town when we arrived early. Delicious breakfast!
Petra and Dick are really kind.. really helpful. Provide really great service and nice breakfast. Thanks alot Petra! Love the place! ... definitely will visit you and Dick again someday..
Un accueil très chaleureux, une chambre très agréable et un petit déjeuner délicieux.
We came to Bath for a short getaway and we could have not ask for a better host. Both Petra and Dick were really friendly and made us feel at home right away. Both the house and the neighborhood were beautiful and the delicious breakfast made us forget about the rain!
Petra was the perfect host, nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast was served in the dining area with a magic view of their terraced garden. The room had it's own tv which meant we had privacy when we required it. Bus at the door step meant no problems getting in or our of Bath. Thoroughly recommend this BnB.
We had a wonderful stay at Petra and Dick's home. They made us feel very welcome and were lovely people to meet. The rooms were clean and the beds were very comfortable. There was a wide selection for the breakfast and lots of tea and coffee. Their home was ideal for walking into Bath and there is a bus stop outside their house which we used in the evening. We found it very quiet there even though they are very close to the city. We even saw some deer running into the woods behind their house. On the walk into Bath the views were spectacular. We had a great weekend and will certainly stay there again.
It was a great pleasure staying Petra's place. Nice house - clean and cozy. Breakfast has a lot of variety of choice. feel warm and welcome. Highly recommended.
The landlord couple is very good, the room is particularly warm and beautiful. The British breakfast is very good, the wife of the landlord, made all kinds of jam, especially good. The landlord couple warm hospitality, black tea is also very good oh. The garden is very beautiful.

A 'Grand Designs' style self-contained studio with its own parking and private entrance. The studio is a pleasant stroll down to the city centre and on the edge of National Trust countryside. We provide complimentary continental breakfast provisions so our guests can enjoy breakfast in bed! The studio offers a place to relax and a haven from the nearby city bustle. This award winning architect designed apartment is contemporary, but also warm and cosy with a light and airy feel. The living area has a comfortable sofa and armchair as well as a dining table and chairs. It enjoys underfloor heating and electrically operated curtains. It is separated from the deliciously comfortable king size bed and sleeping area by a cleverly designed room divider that offers plenty of storage (including a range of DVDs, board games etc). There is a large T.V, wifi, a DVD player and a fully equipped kitchen with tea, coffee, fresh milk, biscuits and cereals as well as a fridge (with breakfast provisions), separate mini freezer and a washing machine. The shower room is just off the bedroom. Towels and bed linen are provided plus a tower fan for warm nights. We also have a travel cot that can be made available at no cost for very little ones. The studio suits holiday makers who wish to explore and enjoy the World Heritage city of Bath and/or the surrounding areas of Somerset and Wiltshire. It is also ideal for anyone visiting the University of Bath or just looking for somewhere lovely to relax. A parking space near the city is a rare treat in Bath, but at the studio you can enjoy free off road parking on a private drive. The accommodation is accessed via a small spiral staircase from the drive and has its own private entrance off a balcony, part of which is reserved for our guests. We are delighted to greet you personally if we know the time of your arrival and where possible we will be happy to collect you from Bath Spa train or bus station. Alternatively, we can make arrangements to leave a key at the studio. We are happy to include simple self catering breakfast provisions at no cost. There is lots to see and do in Bath and great places to eat out and we would would be delighted to make recommendations to you. The studIo benefits from proximity to both city and countryside. It takes just 20 minutes to wander into the city and the walk takes in spectacular views (or there are buses that run roughly every 10 mins). Should you wish to drive into the centre, there are plenty of car parks. Once there you can wander among the Georgian splendours of the Circle and the Royal Crescent or meander along the less well known avenues, cobbled streets and canal tow paths. There are no end of lovely places to stop for refreshment when the mood takes you and some fantastic award winning restaurants. A trip to the Abbey is well worth making, as is an excursion to one of the many galleries or museums. The Roman Baths offer an amazing glimpse back through time, whilst the modern Thermae Bath Spa is a wonderful way to relax and indulge in some pampering. Bath also offers fantastic shopping as well as great entertainment at the Theatre Royal, the Rondo, the Mission and the Komedia. The studio itself is situated on Bath's skyline, which was purchased by the National Trust many years ago and is a largely flat and very beautiful path which stretches around the 'bowl' of the city. You may like to wander, run or cycle along it. We like to walk to Combe Down, where the Darling Deli offers delicious breakfast and lunches Monday to Saturday. Prior Park Landscaped Gardens and the American Museum are also close by. Widcombe Village itself is at the bottom of the hill. It has a lovely artisan feel and two great restaurants, the White Hart and The Ring 'O' Bells as well as a pub and a small supermarket that is open late. There is another shop at the university offering a wide selection of international food. You are welcome to use the parking space provided for the duration of your stay if you wish, allowing you to travel around by foot, bus, taxi or train (to other destinations). The main bus and train stations are just over 20 minutes walk away down Widcombe Hill, but there are buses roughly every ten minutes (U1 and U18) that take you from near the studio directly into town or to the railway station. There are also plenty of car parks in the city and free places to park in the evening. Widcombe Hill is on the edge of the renowned National Trust Skyline Walk. The stroll down the hill into Bath takes just over 20 minutes and offers great views of the city. If you don't fancy walking down, or indeed back up, you can take the U1 and U18 buses in both directions. The buses run roughly every 10 minutes during the day and continue into the early hours. There are taxis always available from Bath Spa station and plenty of car parks around the city.подробнее
Lovely, modern, well equipped property. Julie is so welcoming and full of knowledge in terms of resturants, travel and leisure activities. Walking distance to Bath centre and close to a bus stop if you don't fancy the walk. Will most definitely be back again.
Julie and Ashley made us feel extremely welcome, and The Studio was exactly what we were expecting from the description, and just perfect for our stay in Bath. It was beautifully decorated and most comfortable. There wasn't anything they hadn't thought of to make us feel at home. We would recommend this to anyone in a heartbeat, and we would most certainly stay there again if we were to return to the city. Thank you so much. We loved our stay with you. The bottle of wine was a fab touch! Sarah and Warren Ash
Julie and Ashley's house was beautiful! Well equipped and great location. The tokens on arrival were a very nice touch. Great hosts and will definitely be recommending to friends and family. Hopefully we'll be back again soon! Thanks
The host was excellent! super friendly and helpful! especially with access to the property, and gave all the information needed for access to local amenities.Julie went out of her way to make my stay as comfortable and pleasant as possible! The studio itself had everything one could need, and more. super clean and chic!
Every little detail was polished off so nicely. From the compliment wine and breakfast to the board games and movie discs, made our stay incredibly enjoyable. The studio while within walking distance to the city center and Bath University is also very quite. We‘d like to come back to Bath some day and there is no doubt that we will choose this studio again.
Julie was an amazing host and provided more than what was expected, the location is beautiful and perfect for heading to the city centre. We have already discussed when we can come back and stay there again! Thanks Julie and Ashley!
This was a surprise celebration for my birthday and we couldn't have been happier with the accommodation. Julie met us when we arrived and showed us around the apartment with a thorough and detailed explanation of how everything functioned. Julie and Ashley really have thought of everything from the complimentary wine to the delicious breakfast supplies. The bed is super comfortable, the accommodation spotless. The location is excellent and the recommended walk from Margaret's Buildings to the other Margaret's Buildings is a delight. The Green Bird cafe is indeed a delightful place to eat with lots of choice for all tastes and everything was absolutely delicious. Julie and Ashley have furnished the accommodation with great taste and it is an amazing architectural example of how to maximise space without compromising on style. From tin foil and olive oil to recommended eateries and destinations we felt that genuine care and attention to detail was given and it made our break away even more perfect. Thank you Julie and Ashley. Highly recommend. X

My husband and I stayed for 2 mid-week nights in July and loved every minute! Just 10 minutes outside Bath it felt like a little haven in the countryside. Cabin beautifully decorated and the hot tub was amazing. Would highly recommend :) Thank you!
Our stay in the cabin was fantastic! A great place to get away and unwind. Rebecca was extremely friendly and even dropped off a few goodies for us (the pain au raisins were lovely). If you're looking for a quiet place to relax with some lovely scenery then look no further. My partner and I shall definitely be coming back.
We had a wonderful stay. The hosts were lovely. They were there when we arrived to show us around, they'd bought us some basics and some treats, and then left us alone for the rest of our stay. The cabin was wonderful, the hot tub was heaven, and the location was perfect. Close to Bath, but enough of a drive out to be in the country. We would definitely stay again.
This is such a special place. We were greeted so warmly by Becci and Martin, who showed us around and then left us to it. It's a cosy little cabin, perfect for a romantic get-away and the hot tub is such a treat! Becci was so prompt at replying to my tiresome enquiries and I really appreciate their effort at accommodating our needs. Down the road is a lovely place called The Shed with local artisan food and art. I feel like we really found a beautiful pocket of the country. I can't wait to come back. Thanks for a fantastic stay Becci. Exactly what we were after!
We had a wonderful weekend in Rebecca's log cabin. From the bottle of prosecco waiting for us to the beautiful and cosy decor, you couldn't ask for a better way to experience Bath and the surrounding countryside. Rebecca was an extremely helpful host and very quick in responding to any queries we had. All the facilities were of top quality and the hot tub was a lot of fun! A perfect weekend away.
Stayed at the 'posh shed' for 2 nights in May, we didn't get to meet Rebecca but all had been provided to make our stay wonderful. We bumped into Martin (who was lovely) a few times whilst he was personal training at the front of the house but this doesn't get in your way. The box of malteasers and breakfast supplies were a lovely touch! The weather was amazing and the hot tub already on for us! At night it gets dark and if you need to cross the garden for any reason, a torch is provided and a security light comes on to help you find your way! This helped us a lot. A suggestion would be to possibly have decking lighting around the cabin in order to enjoy the hot tub and outside at dusk. Would definitely recommend and had a wonderful time - so much infact I now want to know where you got it from so we can live in one! Thank you for making our anniversary perfect! :) xx
My boyfriend and I had a lovely 2 nights here for his birthday. Becci left us to it and was always on the end of the phone. The cabin and grounds are beautiful as is bath which is a 5 minute drive away!
Lovely time - Thank you!!!

It feels very safe to wander back from the town centre even during the long dark winter nights. The Half Penny bridge across the river behind the station, and high street are well lit. As the train & bus station are very close you can go on day trips to nearby towns or villages like Bristol, Bradford on Avon, Freshford, Wellow, Laycock etc. However, if you come by car I can give you a resident's parking ticket for visitors for £1 a day. Safety - the flat has a smoke detector but does not need a carbon monoxide detector because the hot water & heating are electric.подробнее
Bath is a great city to visit, but if you want to see more of this beautiful and lively city, talk to Geraldine ;). On my arrival she spent about 45 minutes to explain me the must to goes and to sees. For sure with a cup of tea! Everything including the staircase was really clean and smells nice. I could also sleep like a log. Bath worth another visit and I will be back again.
Great experience with Geraldine. My train was delayed, so I arrived slightly after 11pm, but Geraldine was very understanding. She took the effort to welcome me and prepare a light snack for me, and give me directions and tips for my trip, even though it was so late in the night. The place is a pleasant walk from the city centre and surrounded by restaurants, and very safe. Wonderful experience!
Great host and great place. Feel like at home! Geraldine is the most welcoming hist I have met so far oin Airbnb
Pretty close to the train station. Geraldine is the best host I ever had in Airbnb. I enjoy the one-night stay:D
Geraldine is the best host ever! I could enjoy in Bath and relax in her house. If I travel Bath later, I will saty at her house again!
I had such a lovely few days staying at Geraldine's! Unfortunately, due to illness I wasn't able to spend as much time with her as I would have liked but nevertheless she was really warm and welcoming and gave me lots of hints and tips about how I could enjoy my time in Bath! Her house is really gorgeous and comfortable and ideally located to explore the surrounding area!
Great hospitality by Geraldine. When I arrived she taken me though eveywere I could visit and different ways to walk to collage so I could see the sights. I was visiting bath for study so I was gone early in the morning and back in the evening. There was alway breakfast out to help myself too. Really really nice lady.

Highly recommended! Mark & Jane are looking belt people and their home is charming. Breakfast was tasty (especially the very fresh croissant!) Comfortable beds.
I had a great experience staying with Jane and Mark. We were in touch via txt message and we were able to secure an early check in time, which helped me massively. Extremely friendly and approachable company with a spacious room with a view of Bath to die for. Walk into Bath took just under 10 mins, around 15 on the way back. I would recommend staying here for a comfortable, hassle free stay.
Mark and Jane went far and above what ever a host would be expected to do. I am a solo female traveler from the US and I really appreciated their help. Jane was planning to pick me up at the bus station, but I didn't realize my email with the time didn't go through, was an easy bus ride. Mark took me to pick up my car rental which was huge because it was a lot further away than I thought, plus finding my way back would have been a nightmare. My Garmin wasn't working, so they loaned me one, for my whole trip! Picked me up one evening from (URL HIDDEN) goes on and on. They are easy going hosts and I felt very comfortable. The room was very bright and had beautiful views of Bath, would definitely return.
Fantastic location, easy access to town by walking. Hosts were very accommodating. Breakfast is wonderful. Great trail along the Avon River for runners.
The view from Bath does not disappoint. Mark was incredibly nice and picked us up at the bus station and dropped us off at the train station the next morning. The included breakfast was delicious as well. Would suggest this place to anyone!
Jane and Mark are both lovely and hospitable people who provided a very comfortable stay in Bath for my mum and Gran following my graduation. The view from the main room was magnificent and everything was very clean and pleasant. Highly recommend.
Jane and Mark were gracious hosts and we loved Bath so much that I was sad to leave. The room is absolutely lovely! We walked back and forth (a quick 10 minutes?) from the house into town and though the hill is a trip, it was totally worth it for the gorgeous view from the bedroom. We'd love to stay there again!
Lovely room with fantastic views and a pretty walk into Bath (though a climb back for those who can't manage hills). We only met Mark but he was a very attentive, friendly host. Thanks for a great stay.
