The apartment is situated on the first floor in the house which has 3 apartments more and it is 50m2 big. It has its own terrace and its own parking place, which is I think very important. In the big garden there is a barbecue with the table under the tree which hold the shadow all the day, the trampoline and the swimming pool. The outside area it is shared .

In the neighborhood you can find also post office, caffe bars, tennis courts, restaurants, ecc. and a hospital is 10 minutes away by walk. On request, it is possible to rent only half of the object for 6 persons with correction of the price.
