Forest access is amazing: 100's km of hilking and biking trails across the road. 5km from the centre of town and good restaurant/cafes/takeaways/local shops within 1km. There is some noise travel in the kitchen area as it is adjoined to our home.

A great place to relax and explore the wonderful attractions that Rotorua has to offer. Looking for somewhere to stay that doesn't cost a fortune. We have a comfortable caravan complete with fixed double bed, shower and toilet. There is a well equipped kitchen with oven, hob and fridge. It is suitable for one or two adults. It is just a few minutes walk or bike ride to the Redwood forest trails and famous Treewalk. There are several eating places close-by.
