Booked a few times for work colleagues. Lovely property, straightforward checking in.

The apartment was easy to find with Lisa's accurate instructions. Beautiful apartment with a view of the sea, and immaculately clean with secure gated parking too. Great location for walking along the seafront with plenty of restaurants and bars nearby. Lisa's communication was excellent throughout and she went out of her way to check everything was perfect for us. A lovely apartment for a relaxing weekend away. Highly recommended.

Great stay and perfect location for visiting Margate. Towels and bedding were clean and fresh and the apartment was very clean and tidy. As per previous guest reviews, there’s an issue with the water temperature when using the shower but we found a workaround that balanced the temperature out (Hint - use the shower attachment connected to the bath taps and put that in the shower holder, it just about fits. You can control the temperature much better). I had to give Arnold a low mark for communication because I literally never heard from him the entire time leading up to the booking and right through to checkout. Although clear and concise, the only information we had was what was on the booking app. This was enough for us to check in and enjoy our stay but an acknowledgment of messages would have been nice (I hope the lack of response didn’t indicate that he was ill). A lovely, short break in a good location.

My second time of staying here and it was as lovely as the first time. Place is kept lovely and clean and the instructions from Lisa are brilliant. Lisa is very helpful and answers messages very quickly. I'll be back next year!!

It was our second stay in Rhoda Houses and it certainly did not disappoint. There can be nothing you would need in Roger’s apartment that was not provided! Luxurious bedding and very comfortable bed. It was so handy having the easily transportable beach chairs as the weather was beautiful. We enjoyed a bottle of Cava sitting on the beach late afternoon in the sunshine……just perfect. Parking was a dream that we could just renew on our phones. Everything is walkable, great shops, restaurants and bars on your doorstep. We will look forward to visiting again.

We really enjoyed our stay. Great location as everything was walking distance. We’ll definitely be back again. The flat was cosy spacious and a great nights sleep. Vicky was so friendly and super responsive when we had a few questions about the flat. Thanks again.

We couldn’t have been happier with the place. Deborah was very helpful on our arrival day and the place was spotless, spacious and had the most comfortable bed of any air bnb we’ve stayed in. Would love to stay there again if she’d have us. We loved Deal.

We loved our two nights at Genevieve’s place. Looked just like the pictures, with great style and layout. Very quiet bedroom considering the location! 15 mins walk to most places we wanted to go, which was fine, and just 2 mins across the road to the Bus Cafe, which we highly recommend for a great breakfast! Feeling very inspired by Margate’s brilliant independent shops, restaurants and artists. Make sure you visit Hawley Street and the old town for some of the best shopping we’ve done in ages! We had a lovely stay at Alana’s place it was well equipped everything you needed and more. Clean and very homely feel to the place Would recommend Alana herself was very friendly and quick to respond not that we had any problems. Thank you for letting us stay in your lovely cute place 😊

A stone's throw from the beach with plenty of interesting things to do nearby. Ann was the communate host, thoughtfully sharing her knowledge of the local area, with tailored suggestions based on the make-up of our family group. We've enjoyed enchanting walks along the coast - especially at sunrise and sunset, interesting local shops just a few minutes inland, and superb local transport links to the larger towns in the area.

Jess’s place is incredibly well located for Whitstable beach, literally a 1 min walk via ‘Wave Alley’ and the high street is also walkable. The house is warm and spacious, with a large light filled kitchen and access to the garden. I really liked the private parking, a huge bonus in Whitstable. Jess was helpful and responsive to our questions, and she really went out her way to make sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay!

We had a great stay here! It's in a great location, and easy walking distance into Deal and to the beachfront. The property was spacious and very clean on arrival. Would definitely stay here again!

Just finished a wonderful few days break at this house. Its a lovely place, the photos do not do it justice - two super spacious bedrooms with really comfortable beds, great kitchen and living space too. Loads of lovely little touches and treats left out which our daughter enjoyed. Terry was really communicative throughout and a pleasure to deal with. The location is perfect for Herne Bay, you can see the sea and the beach is literally a minutes walk to be on with the town centre a short stroll along the seafront to get there. Would highly recommend this house to anyone looking in the area, you will not be disappointed!

Toyin's place is quite a place to be, i will really love to use their facilities anytime I have need to be around dartford. Very peaceful home!! greetings from Victoria nederland

Wow! it's the easiest way to describe our whole stay. The apartment was fantastic, from the moment you stepped in, it felt like home. A place to unwind and relax. Everything is placed in such a lovely way that it feels like you put it there yourself it genuinely felt like our own home. The view from the balcony was incredible. Being able to sit there and drink a coffee looking out over the ocean was amazing. We really enjoyed our stay here and would love to come back again for another get away!! Thank you to Mark and Maxine for hosting such a fabulous apartment!

Sue was super responsive and very friendly. Great local recommendations and lots of clear instructions. The apartment is really lovely with convenient car park a few yards away and immediately oppose pier - Very nice eatery at the end of the pier. Sue provided lots of lovely extras, snacks, toiletries milk, lemons and even a bag of ice! All very lovely and much appreciated. Unfortunately a lot of late night noisy revellers well into the wee hours on Saturday night / Master bedroom was quiet but 2nd bedroom took the brunt of street noise. Windows had to be closed and the apartment is very warm after a couple of lovely sunny days! Will take ear plugs next time:-).

Amazing location right on the beach with easy and right outside the apartment street parking. Fit 5 adults and 2 dogs perfectly (however no outside space for dogs to go toilet, have to take them over the field but again right outside the apartment so easy) Lovely apartment with all essential amenities, I would stay here again. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay with my family. The apartment was beautifully decorated, and the kitchen was well equipped inc a delightful array of kitchenware ( I appreciate this so much ). The location is fantastic.. easily accessible to great shops & restaurants. Julia’s recommendations were much appreciated. Angela’s & Dory’s were excellent. Most importantly.. Julia’s place was cleaned to a high standard.. we highly recommend to anyone interested in booking.

What a fabulous apartment in the perfect location, had everything we needed and the best welcome pack EVER! The balcony is bright and sunny, the beds are enormous and super comfy, we loved everything and hope to be back one day, thank you Janey!

Samantha’s Penthouse apartment was exactly as described and so much more. So airy and spacious and decorated so lovely and thoughtful. Had me looking where things came from to get for my own home. Communication was perfect, also checked in with us to see everything was ok and checked in smoothly. Location was just enough out of Southend to have a good 20 min walk to the pier. Recommend the train on there as well. Toby Carvery was 2 min walk and easy food for a night out. Also the chip shop 5 mins walk was really nice too. Overall such a lovely stay and shall be returning as some point. Thank you ☺️

We enjoyed the visit to Whitstable. The location was ideal and ability to park the car was very useful. The apartment was very clean and matched the high standard we expected. Definitely recommended.
