Welcome to our cozy home, ideally located for those on the move or working as travel nurses or construction workers. Positioned right off Interstate I-95 and Highway 74, our house offers easy access to Lumberton, Laurinburg, and is roughly 2 hours from Raleigh, Charlotte, and Wilmington. Not to mention, it's only a 1.5 hour drive to the sunny shores of Myrtle Beach, perfect for a quick getaway. Our location is a prime spot for travel nurses, with major hospitals nearby, and construction workers.

The suite is next to the main house, with private bathroom and its own entrance, front yard and pond. It is completely isolated from noise and view from others. It is only 10 min. from I-95, 20 from downtown Fayetteville, the hospital and Hope Mills and 5 from groceries, pharmacy, ATM, gas station, convenience stores, and food. Includes a private walking trail, a book nook with a divers collection of more than 2000 books and a Mediterranean court with fire pit area, for grilling and eating.

Legacy Farms Leisure Area

We aren't a self check in stay & our normal check in hours are 3pm to 8pm since we are a working farm. If you are looking at booking a longer stay & a night seems blocked, please message me to confirm that the night is truly booked. Legacy Farms has a 23 foot RV in its own little area on a 43 acre horse farm. All kinds of farm animals & activities to enjoy. Peaceful getaway yet close enough to civilization to almost be "glamping." (Disclosure we are well water which can have a sulfur smell)

Parkton Place Campsite #3

Parkton Place is a working equestrian farm with an eclectic menagerie of animals. We offer guest rooms inside of the home as well as sites for your rv/camper. Your site backs up to one of the pastures where you may be visited by horses, donkeys, alpacas, a mini cow and others. Dogs (even off leash) are welcome! We have 3-50 amp and 1-30 amp hook ups. There is a 1-acre pond in which swimming is available. They are close together, but everyone has been quiet and respectful.
